Mario bursted through the doors. He looked around. The goombas were alerted and charged after him. He easily squished them to death, one by one.
He climbed the staircase and bursted through another door.
There she was.
Peach was locked in a cage with a mattress on the bottom. She gasped as she saw Mario and reached her hand through the bars. "Mario!" she called.
Mario ran up to her. "Where's Bowser?"
"He's waiting for you in his room."
Without another word, Mario ran away to face his foe.
