Jungkook flicked my forehead again. "You're dumb, did you know that?"
I rubbed at the spot he flicked especially hard. "What?"
"I was obviously joking, me and you have been best friends for years, like that would ever change."
"So, uh." I was still in a little bit of a daze from the whole thing. "When did the joke start?"
"Does it matter?"
"Yes."

This guy gets on my nerves. I groaned in agitation. "Whatever, let's just go onto the next ride."
We began to wander around, searching for whatever would interest us. Jimin caught up to me, attempting to take the plushie from my arms. "I'll hold that for you."
Before he could grab it, Jungkook snatched it away. "I'll carry it for her."
They stared at each other. It was a fiery glare, intense. There's definitely some type of problem between the two, I wonder how much more they can take before someone snaps.
"Whatever." Jimin huff, looking more pissed than ever. The annoyed expression didn't last long, Jimin had Taehyung and Hoseok to the rescue. They cheered him up by doing some type of dance that definitely looked weird, but was the funniest thing on Earth to Jimin. And, everyone else.

After a few more rides, Hoseok was on the verge to snapping. I don't think he appreciated the little trip to the fair grounds. And it was also getting late.
Hoseok tapped my shoulder, the last ride left him in complete shambles. "Hey, what time is it."
I turned on my phone reading over the digital clock. "It's six, we still have a lot of time left, so-" Looking back at Hoseok's face, he seemed terrified.
"Shit, shit! Fuck!"
"What's wrong?"
"I have one hour left, but I'm also two hours late to work. What should I do?" He mumbled to himself, but everyone confusingly listened in.
Taehyung came over, checking to see if Hoseok was okay. "What are you talking about? You have time left but you're also late? Are you okay?"
"No, I go to work around four, but visitation hours end around seven. What the hell am I supposed to do!?"
We all shared confused glances with each other. Visitation ends seven? Visitation for what?
"You're not talking about the prison visitation hours, are you?" Those words could only come from Jin.
Namjoon stared at him curiously. "How do you know the prison's visitation hours?"
"My uncle was convicted for fraud, he's serving seven years, this is his third year."
Namjoon seemed suspicious of Jin's answer. Of course he didn't deny his truth, he just thought the story seemed oddly familiar. Too familiar.
"Jin." Namjoon started. "Is your uncle-"
Before he could finish, Yoongi cut him off. "Hey, focus on the current situation at hand." Yoongi refocused on Hoseok as well. "Hobi, do you have to visit someone that's in prison?"
Hoseok nodded, he was close to a mental breakdown. "But I'm not old enough to go in by myself." He turned towards Jin. "How old are you again? Over twenty right? Can you come with me? Please?"
Jin was flustered. He didn't want to turn Hoseok down, but he barely knew the guy. He's more comfortable being with either me or Namjoon. "I'll come, but can Namjoon come too?"
Hoseok's gaze switched from Namjoon, then back to Jin. "Fine, but please, let's hurry."
They made their way off the fair grounds, Jin gave me a wink before he was out of sight.
Oh, I see why he chose Namjoon instead of me.

It was just me, Jungkook, Jimin, Yoongi, and Taehyung. We rode a few more rides, played a couple of games, we even socialized. But now, the fun must come to an end.
The fair would be closing soon and it was a school night. It was time to depart.
"Welp." Taehyung looked down at his phone screen. "My uncle is here to pick me up, I just have to stop by Hobi's house to get Yeontan."
"Bye." I waved to Taehyung.
To my surprise, Tae pulled me in for a quick hug, giving me a boxy smile once he pulled away. "Bye Jiyeon, get home safely."
Taehyung soon left, now cutting our numbers down to four people.
"Hey, Junghyun is picking us up soon." Jungkook said to me.
I looked at Yoongi and Jimin. "And you two have a ride, right?"
Yoongi nodded but Jimin shook his head. "It's past eight, my parents would be pissed if I called them now." Jimin said. "I'm better off walking."
I was going to tell Jimin that he could ride with us, but Yoongi beat me to it. "You can ride with me, my step-mom should be here any second." Yoongi looked towards me, digging through his pocket until he pulled out a bracelet. "Jiyeon, this is for you."
I took the silver bracelet with teal colored pearls, and pulled it onto my wrist. "It's very pretty."
"And expensive, but worth it."
"Where did you get it?"
"Some jewelry shop has their employees out here selling products at a booth. I saw that one and new I had to get it." Yoongi's phone buzzed in his pocket, he checked it quickly but ignored whatever notification it was. "I got the bracelet for you for a reason."
I looked down at the sentimental gift I wore around my wrist. "Why?"
"Because my mother had the exact same one. I bought her one of those to be a reminder of how much I love her, and now you have a reminder too." To avoid any questions from me, he grabbed Jimin's wrist and began pulling him away. "My step-mom is here, I'll see you guys tomorrow."
Yoongi smiled brightly as he left with Jimin. His gummy smile was on full display, he seemed especially happy.
