1 Month Later:
Naruto was walking through Wave as he looked at a book. On his left was Retsu, who had put her hair in a braid that went over her chest and white robes. Her eyes that used to be filled with bloodlust, were now opened and showed a shade of blue that Naruto shared with her. On her shoulder was a sheathed sword that she used to fight Naruto. On Unohana's right was Isane, who was holding his hand as she licked ice cream. She wore clothes similar to Retsus', but they were smaller. Her dirty silver hair was now clean and styled as two thin braids. They walked through the village as Naruto was reading... until he sensed something "Tch... about time they got here!' he said as he shut his book "Retsu, take Isane to Inaris'" he said as he handed her to her
"Yes, but why, sensei?" she asked
"Because, I have some business to take care of," he said as he disappeared.
At The Bridge:
"You better be right about this, Uchiha, cause if not I'm going to give you nothing but Tora missions!" said Tsunade with rage
"I'm sure, Hokage-sama, he has to be here," said Sasuke
"I'm still not sure why Naruto-baka would leave!" said Sakura
"He better have a good reason, I was going to take him on a training trip!" said Jiraiya as they walked to the Great Naruto Bridge. Along with Sakura, Tsunade, Sasuke, and Jiraiya were the rest of the Rookies and Kakashi... who was reading an Icha-Icha Novel. As they walked... Kakashi suddenly found his hand empty "Oh no... WHERE'S MY BOOK!" shouted Kakashi with worry
"What are talking about? You have it in your hand," said Sasuke as Kakashi looked back at his hand to find the book
"What the- but- how?" asked Kakashi
"You're too attached to your books, Kakashi-sensei," said Sakura
"Way more than you know," said Naruto as he sat on top of the bridge with Kakashis' book in his hand. Everyone looked up and saw him... while Kakashi looked back at his hand "IT WAS YOU!" shouted Kakashi
"Yup... now goodbye," said Naruto as he tossed it off the bridge
"NOOO!" shouted Kakashi as he dove off the bridge with a big splash
"Now that he's out of the way... why are you here?" asked Naruto as he looked down at them
"What's with the get-up dope?" asked Sasuke
"Well, I needed something other than kill-me orange, Uchiha," said Naruto from behind him
"How? When?" asked Sasuke
"Well, I've been better than your for years," said Naruto as he looked at Tsunade "now why are you here?"
"Naruto, why did you burn down the Red Light District and what did you take from the Scroll of Sealing?!" shouted Tsunade
"Well the original plan was to burn down my place, but you ignorant assholes let the fire spread because it was my place, and I took this," said Naruto as he showed them Kinpika
"You defaced it?!" shouted Tsunade as she tried to punch him... only for it to be caught
"I didn't deface what was mine, to begin with, and it has a name," said Naruto as he pushed her off him
"Why would a rowboat paddle have a name?" asked Tenten
"It just has the appearance of one and its name is Kinpika, now leave before I lose my temper," said Naruto
"We can't do that Naruto, you've been labeled as an A-Rank missing-nin, we have to bring you in," said Tsunade with guilt
"A-Rank... that it?" asked Naruto, surprising everyone
"W-what do you mean, 'that it?', you're a missing-nin, BAKA!" shouted Sakura as she went to punch him... only to be flying off the bridge. Naruto was gone from his spot as he had a fist extended where Sakura was standing... on the opposite side "As I said, leave before I lose my temper," he said as he walked away
"Sorry, Naruto, but we can't," said Shikamaru as he tried to stop Naruto with his Shadow Possession Jutsu, only to have Naruto keep on walking
"Leave... now," said Naruto as he released his chakra, shaking the bridge and sending fear into them. H gave them a look that promised death as the Rookies dropped to the ground. Tsunade was astounded by this level of chakra as she looked into his eyes. Not only did they reek of death... but they showed sorrow, anger, and a broken feeling that she saw only in veterans of the Third Great Ninja War. Naruto then dialed down his chakra as he turned and walked away "NARUTO!" shouted Tsunade "WHY DID YOU DO IT?!". Naruto turned around slowly as he said this "I left because I was tired... tired of all the lies, the smiles of plated gold, false promises, empty smiles... I was left in the dark after I got the Uchiha back, but I can only say that it was fair as I kept to myself all these years,"
"W-what do you mean?" she asked
"Tsunade Senju... you're a disgrace when it comes to the practice of medicine," said Naruto with grinding teeth
"W-what do you mean? I'm the best medic in the Elemental Nations!" said Tsunade
"When you operated on Lee, you made the procedure a 51% chance of survival... I could have given him a 75% chance at survival and made him better than before the operation," said Naruto
"H-how?!" asked Tsunade
"Simple..." said started as he disappeared and reappeared behind her "White Bone Hell," he said as he swung Kinpika and both Tsunade and the Rookies were swept away by a blast of hot water. When Naruto set Kinpika on his shoulder, they were gone. Naruto then walked back to Wave with a bored expression. When he got to Inaris' home, he walked in and looked at Retsu and Isane and said "We're leaving,"
"Why, sensei?" asked Retsu
"Because... I did something that may or may not have angered the Fifth Hokage," he said
"What did you do?" asked Retsu
"I just beat her in a fight," said Naruto "now pack your stuff... we're heading to Kiri,"
"Yes, Sensei, come along now Isane, we need to pack our things," she said
"Okay, Nee-chan," said Isane as they went upstairs, leaving Naruto alone with Inari, his mother, and Tazuna. Naruto looked at them with a sad expression as he said "Now I know you may be angry, but I'm leaving for a good reason," he said as Tazuna took a swig of his sake and said
"I know, brat... make sure to send letters, alright?"
"You know I will," replied Naruto with a grin "Inari, keep up your training, when I visit you in the future I wanna have a 1-on-1 with ya, got it?" asked Naruto
"O-Of course, and I'll beat ya!" said Inari
"Good, and Tsunami... I'll miss your cooking the most!" he said with a smile
"It was great while it lasted, and I'll miss you too Naruto-kun," said Tsunami
"I'll miss you all too," he said as they hugged him goodbye. When they were done hugging, Retsu and Isane came down with bags and they said their goodbyes. Naruto walked out to the back and looked at a tarp, covering something. He took the tarp off to reveal a large fishing boat and on the side was 'Maelstrom' (メイルストローム) "Hmph, old man knows a thing or two," he said "hop on, we're taking this to Kiri,"
Meanwhile:
Tsunade awoke coughing up water. She gasped for air as she sat up and looked around and found herself on a beach "W-what happened? NARUTO!" she said as she remembered what happened. Next to her were the Rookies, Jiraiya, and Kakashi. She stood up as she wobbled over to them and said: "G-GET UP!"
"Hmmm~ five more minutes," said Jiraiya
"NO NOW!" shouted Tsunade as she kicked him into some trees. Everyone slowly got up and they heard the sound of bones breaking. They looked around and saw the beach they were on
"Where are we?" asked Sakura as Kakashi said
"We're still in the Elemental Nations, and still in the Land of Fire," said Kakashi
"How do you know that?" asked Sasuke as he ringed out his shirt
"Look over there," he replied as he pointed at the Great Naruto Bridge about a few miles away
"Now what?" asked Choji
"To be honest, Choji... it's too troublesome to know, first Sasuke defects, Naruto gets him back, then Naruto defects, the only thing I'm waiting for is either Sakura or Kakashi to do the same if this pattern continues," said Shikamaru as he was hit over the head by Ino
"NO WAY WOULD THEY DO THAT, PINEAPPLE!" she shouted as they all argued what to do next. Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Kakashi, on the other hand, were talking "I'm such a failure as a Godfather," said Jiraiya
"You wouldn't have been a good Godfather in the first place if you did he would have been a pervert by 8," said Tsunade
"Oh yeah, and why didn't you take care of him when Kushina asked?" said Jiraiya
"What are you talking about?" asked Kakashi
"Kakashi, what I'm about to tell you is an S-Rank secret... Kushina Uzumaki is alive,"
"WHAT?! AND YOU KEPT THIS INFORMATION AWAY FROM ME!" shouted Kakashi
"What's going on sensei?" asked Sakura
"Nothing Sakura, go back to your bickering," said Kakashi as she just shrugged
"I. Want. To. Know. Everything!" said Kakashi as Tsunade sighed
"Kushina survived the Kyuubi attack, and Naruto isn't an only child. He has a sister who was named after my grandmother, Mito, and is being trained by Kushina at this moment," said Tsunade
"And what was the plan with Naruto!?" asked Kakashi
"He was supposed to be looked after by me and Jiraiya, but I was told he was dead," said Tsunade
"As was I," said Jiraiya
"So... what do we do now?" asked Kakashi
"I have even more bad news..." said Tsunade
"What can be even worse than Naruto defecting and Kushina taking his sister to be trained?!" asked Jiraiya
"Kushina is coming back next week," said Tsunade
