Eden sits in my lap, gently moving his hips as he kisses me. I don't think he is aware that he's moving so much, and it's doing sinful things to my body and mind. I grip his hips forcing him to stop his movements. He whimpers and moves closer to me.
I pull back and stare into his beautiful mismatch eyes. One bright blue and one bright green. His cheeks are flushed and his bottom lip stuck out in a pout. His white hair stuck out in every which way. I smooth his hair down, feeling his ears twitch.
"How do these work?" I ask tugging softly on the ears.
"Oh, um... well I have normal ears where you have them. I can hear out of them. But if my... top ears are covered by like a hat or something else I can still hear. And if they get damaged I can still have normal ears to hear out of. And I can hear a lot better than most people can. And I'm an omega. They're usually used in packs for doing chores and used for pleasure. I guess the ears just add to the innocent aura to omegas. If that makes any sense." He explains. I nod.
"Can we keep kissing now?" Eden asks. I chuckle and bring my face down to meet his lips. I run my tongue along his bottom lip. He mewls and parts his pretty pink lips. I slip my tongue into his mouth. He makes a small noise in the back of his throat. Eden sucks on my tongue and I groan. I pull his lips away from mine again. Eden whines in protest. Making child-like comments to me. I chuckle and kiss his cheek.
"If we keep going I'm afraid that I won't be able to stop myself. And I don't want you to be forced into anything you don't want to do." Tears well in Eden's eyes.
"No ones ever cared about how I've felt before." He whimpers, burying his face into my neck. I hold him close rubbing his back.
My wolf Killian makes me focus in on the crook of Eden's neck. He howls at me. Begging me to mark our mate. Eden senses the presence of my wolf and his head snaps up. His eyes are completely black. His wolf is finally able to come out after being so weak that he couldn't even be present through the human form. Killian howls in delight scratching and whining to be let out to the front of my mind.
"Fawn?" I whisper. He smiles gently. He leans in and runs his nose along my neck. Breathing in deeply.
"Will you let me mark you?" Fawn says.
"But what about Eden? What is he going to think?"
"I always check with him before we make decisions that will affect us. We have a very close relationship. I make sure he is safe. Eden wants this as much as I do. And I know you want this. And Killian. Will you let him out for me? I want to meet my mate as well. We haven't gotten the chance to talk yet. And I'll let you mark him. Killian and I will go through the same process of marking when I will be able to shift for the first time. Can he come out now?"
"Of course I'll let you meet him. If you hear my parents coming to make sure to make it seem that you are helping me..." I look around the room trying to get an excuse if it comes to that. I see the pile of clothes at the end of my bed, reach over and mess them around. "Tell them you were helping me fold my clothes. Alright? I don't want you getting hurt."
"Okay."
I close my eyes and let Killian take over, my vision going black.
Church
Wade decided to leave early. I had said bye to my mama and daddy and Val. We packed our bags and left.
Before I got in the car they all gave me very big hugs. They put their numbers into Wade's phone telling me to call or text them whenever. Val gave me another very big hug and told me he loved me. That he'd been waiting so long to get to meet me. I told him that I loved him too. He smiled and began to cry. I also said 'I love you' to mama and daddy. Momma made fresh banana muffins for me and Wade to eat on our way back.
I'm eating one of the muffins now. Crying softly, not wanting to leave. But I do feel a little bit of relief being away from them. They were all very clingy and didn't give me a lot of space. They had me sleep in a room with them and I didn't have time with Wade. I miss him.
Wade sees me crying and pulls the truck over into an almost empty parking lot. There were only two other cars parked. There is a small cute building. It is painted a soft baby blue and white. There is a sign in big neon letters. The sign says Betty's Diner.
"What's wrong Church?" Wade asks me. I whimper and begin to sob. Wade reaches over and unbuckles my seatbelt. He pulls me into the driver's seat onto his lap. I wrap my arms around his neck and cry into his shoulder.
Wade holds me until my crying has calmed down a bit.
"I miss them," I whisper.
"I know sweetheart. I know. It'll be okay. You can talk to them whenever you want. And when I'm not working I'll take you."
"T-thank you." I murmur into his shirt.
"While we are here do you want to grab some lunch?" Wade asks.
I nod, saying "Yes please." I lean backward leaning against the steering wheel. The horn goes off, I squeal and jerk my body forward. Wade begins to laugh. I giggle, leaning forward to press my forehead against his. He kisses me softly.
"Ready?"
"Yeah. I'm starving." I say. Wade gets us out of the truck and carries me towards the diner. He sets me down as we reach the door. Wade opens the door for me and I walk in. Some booths are pastel purple. A long white bar table with round pastel yellow seats. The walls are pastel green. The floor tiles are like the baby blue and pink on the outside of the diner. The diner gives off a very cute cheerful atmosphere. All the colors are pretty.
There are four people at the diner. Three are humans, one a werewolf. The werewolf boy has his arm around a human girl. They look to be in their early twenties. The girl has a very large belly which she is stroking with her hand.
I put my hand to my flat tummy and softly stroke it like the girl is. I look down closing my eyes tightly.
I look back up towards the other two people in the diner. They are seated at the bar table. They are both older men eating sandwiches and talking quietly amongst themselves.
Wade catches me stroking my tummy and meets my eyes. "I want a pup," I say softly. "Can we have a baby?" Wade's eyes widen. His mouth opens but before he can speak, a short round lady with blonde hair in a big bun walks over to us. She has a big smile. Her lips are a bright red color.
"Hello! Welcome to Betty's Diner! My name is Karen, let's get you two a table!" She says cheerfully. She is a werewolf as well.
Karen leads us to a booth and Wade slides into the seat. I sit down beside him, resting my head onto his arm. We both look up at Karen and she slips out a little book and pen from her apron.
"Can I start you two off with something to drink?" Karen asks.
I look down at the menu and see a banana milkshake.
"Wade they have Banana milkshakes!" I exclaim. Karen laughs and I blush sinking back into my seat.
"Would you like whipped cream and a cherry on top?" Karen asks. I nod shyly. Karen's smile only gets wider.
"Alright sweetheart! Coming right up! And what can I get you, sir?"
"I'll take a strawberry milkshake please," Wade says.
"Alright, your drinks will be out in a couple of minutes. Look over the menu and choose anything from our breakfast and lunch menus."
Karen walks away with our orders. I turn back to Wade and snuggle into his side.
"Church," Wade whispers. "We need to talk about wanting to have a pup. Don't you think that,"
"But I am ready. I want to have a pup. I'm ready to wash away the memories of those other men. Even though I've only known you for a little bit I want to be with you forever. From what I've heard when people find their mates they usually get pregnant in the first month. I just want a baby." I whimper.
Karen comes back with our drinks. Two tall glasses with lots of whipped cream. On Wade's milkshake, there is a single cherry and strawberry on top of his whipped cream. On mine, there are several cherries and bananas.
"I put on a little extra just for you sweetie," Karen says.
I blush and thank her.
"Have you thought about what you'd like to eat?" Karen gets out her little book and pen again.
"I'll have the pancakes bacon and sunny side up eggs, please. And he," Wade says referring to me. "Will have the banana pancakes with a bowl of fruit salad."
"Coming right up," Karen says smiling.
We continue our conversation after Karen walks away.
"You want a pup? Okay. But you have to promise me something. Will you meet my parents first? They live close to this diner. If you meet them we will start trying for a pup. And your pregnancy will not last as long as if you were mated to a normal wolf. Their pregnancies last nine months. If an alpha impregnates you the pregnancy lasts only three months. A Betas mate's pregnancy lasts four. A Gamma, me, your pregnancy with me will last four as well."
"I wanna have your pup," I whisper. Wade tilts my head up and captures my lips into a soft sweet kiss.
Karen comes back with our food and we break away to eat before the food gets cold.
