I never knew that life was so complicated
And full of a million lies
I couldn't believe that all this stuff
Was going on behind my very eyes
I try to tell someone
But it's hardly possible
When no one finds it logical
So I learn to live with it
And find ways around the insanity
Even when it worms its way into my head
And finds little places to creep up beneath my bed
I want to say I'm sorry
If I've ever done wrong
I want someone to believe me
Before the world falls down
It only takes one voice to spread it around
It only takes another to keep it moving along
So if we want all this peace and love
Why not pass it around to everyone deep down and up above?
