Ellie’s P.O.V
We were stood in the queue waiting to have a go at the water obstacle course and it was getting near to mine and Alice’s turn. I was really nervous because I needed to try and control my excitement and try to not fall so that I could try and impress Jordi.
“Wow look at this teacher” I heard the girl in front of me say.
I just thought to myself how hard could it be as I walked up to the starting line.
“Good luck!” Alice whispered to me.
“Thanks, I think I’m going to need it” I replied.
First up were so small inflatables which I had to try and run across without falling into the crash mats below and luckily I completed it quite easily. The obstacles seemed to be quite easy; well that’s what I thought until I reached the final obstacle, the big red balls. I could feel my heart beat rapidly increasing and I could hear Alice shouting me encouragement from the side. Even Jordi was clapping so I took one last deep breath, jumped onto the first ball, then onto the second one which I bounced straight off and ended up on the crash mat.
“Good try” I heard Jordi shout to me as I felt myself going bright red.
Alice’s P.O.V
Ellie had just fallen of the balls and this just increased my fear of doing it next.
“You’ll be fine” I heard Ellie shout across to me.
I’d never been good with these types of things and unfortunately I fell at the first obstacle. I could hear the whole class laughing at me but Jordi told them to all shut up and he came over to me to check I was okay.
“Are you okay?” he asked me.
“Yeah I’ll be fine” I replied.
“I’ll tell you what, if you want to, why don’t you and your friend wait behind after the lesson ends.” He said to me
“Umm sure” I replied knowing how much Ellie would love to hear this.
“That’s great, see you later” he replied.
“Okay bye” I said.
Well that was weird I thought to myself as I went back over to Ellie to tell her the news.
Jordi’s P.O.V
I really liked this girl, with her light brown curly locks of hair and big blue eyes. I felt bad for her when she fell off the balls because she looked so embarrassed and I felt even worse for her friend who fell right at the start because the whole class was laughing at her so I decided to go and speak to her and told her to stay behind after the lesson with her friend. I hope she liked me too I mean I know I’m 4 years older, but she’s the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen.
Before I knew it, the lesson was other and these two girls began to walk over to me, I couldn’t help but stare at her and I think she liked me too.
