"You only have one hour and thirty minutes to answer" the professor said as he distributed the test papers.
"Okay, your timer starts now" he said while looking at his watch.
I grab one of my ballpens and wrote my name on the paper. Jho gave me three pens just in-case daw.
Suddenly, a chinita girl infront of me caught my attention. She's like looking for something in her bag, but she cannot find what she's looking for.
I approached and ask her. "Miss? Are you okay?"
She looked at me in frowning face. "Not really"
"Why?"
"I think i misplaced my pen somewhere. I cant find it in my bag" she answers. "Do you have extra?"
"Yeah, here" i said and landed her my extra pen.
"Omygosh! Thank you!" she almost shouted kaya napatingin ang iba saamin.
I smiled at her nalang and started answering the questions.

"Okay, Time's up! Pass your papers now then you may leave" the prof says.
I quickly passed the paper and i was about to leave the room when the chinita girl called me.
"Miss! Your pen!" she said and raise the pen she barrowed.
"Keep it" sabi ko.
"Thank you, as much as i want to treat you but i left my PURSE on my Tita's car" she says.
"Nah, it's alright." i said and smiled.
I looked at my clock and it's twelve minutes before 6. Dumidilim na rin ang paligid.
"I'm Madeleine Yrenea Madayag pala, Maddie na lang"
I smiled and gave her a shake on the hands. "Isabel Beatriz de Leon, you can call me Bea"
She was about to speak pero tumunog ang cellphone niya; someones calling her.
"Bea, nice to meeting you. Thank you ulit. Pero kailangan ko nang umalis, susunduin ako ni Tita" she says habang tinuturo ang cellphone niya. Tita Cathy ang nakalagay na caller.
"Nice to meeting you too, Maddie. Ingat pauwi" i said and started walking towards Eliazo dorm.
Should i text Jho na pupunta akong Eliazo? Huwag na lang, i want to surprise her. Hihi.
Wait. Bakit ako kinikilig? In just a thought na i'll see her, parang nagwawala ang boung sistema ko.
Ugh! Erase! Erase! Erase! Napakit na lang ako sa mga pinag sasabi ko.
"Uy, Bea!"
"What the fuck!" I shouted sa sobrang gulat. Oh no! si Jia.
"Sorry, Ji. Nagulat lang" namura ko ba naman siya. Shocks.
"Sorry din. Iba talaga kapag mayaman no? pati mura english" She says and we laugh.
"Is Jho here?" i asked.
"Wala siya dito. Pero tinext niya ako, ituro ko daw sayo ang kotse mo" Tuloy-tuloy niyang sabi.
"Huh? Sabi niya dito lang siya" naguguluhan kong tanong. We are now walking to where my car is parked.
"Kasama niya si Marci. Hindi siya nag sabi sayo?"
I slowly shook my head. Nakakatampo ka beh.
"Sabagay kasama niya ang crush niya slash manliligaw nya...charet"
"What? Manliligaw?!"
Someone is courting Jho? No way!
"Hindi pa. Pero feel ko may gusto yon kay Jho. Kaya kung gusto mo siya, naku! dapat ngayon pa lang sabihin mona. Baka maunahan ka pa ng iba dyan. Alam mo naman habulin siya.......ng aso HAHAHA" sabi niya at hinampas pa ako sa braso, may pagka sadista din to e.
"Tss. May gagawin ka ba ngayon? Let's eat, my treat"
She did not answer at agad siyang sumakay sa car.
"Oh? Kala ko ba kakain tayo?" she asked at binaba ang window.
I quickly went in and drove.
"Did she text you, if what time she will be back?"
"Hindi, For sure nag eenjoy pa yun kasama si Marci" Ngiting ngiti na sabi niya.
"Tss. I'm sure mas pogi pa ako don" I mumbled making sure na hindi niya narinig.
"Huh? Ano yon?" she asked at inaayos ang buhok niya sa mirror.
"I said where do you want to eat?"
"Starbucks na lang tayo. Susunduin ako ni Miguel later eh" she says still fixing her hair.
"Ay, Oo nga pala. Miguel is my boyfriend, papakilala kita sakanya soon"
"Woah! Buti ka pa meron" i laughed.
"Umamin ka na kasi kay Jho" pang aasar niya.
"Wala naman kasing dapat aminin" pangungumbinsi ko.
"Wala pa sa ngayon. Tignan natin sa mga sumusunod na araw"
"Matagal na kayo ni Miguel?" pangiiba ko ng topic.
"Matagal na, mga two months" Kilig na kilig nyang sabi.
Napakunot ang noo ko when i saw a familiar figure sitting on a bench.
Is that Maddie? But she said na susunduin sya ng tita nya?
Sinundan ko siya ng tingin to confirm. Siya nga.
I stop my car and called her. "Maddie?"
She look shocked to see me. "Bea?"
"What are you doing here?" i asked.
She stood up and says "Waiting for my Tita. Nasira daw yung kotse, pero patapos na rin daw"
"Oh! Hop in. Hahatid na kita"
She looked at who's sitting beside me. Her eyes widened. "No, Hindi na. She will be here later"
"I insist. It's getting late already" pagmamaktol ko.
She was about to speak pero inunahan siya ni Jia. "Bes, pumayag kana. Delikado na sa labas"
Bes huh? Haha.
Maddie sighed. "Okay, Thank you"
When Maddie got inside the car, Jia spoke.
"Hi, I'm Juli---"
"Julia Mellissa Morado" Maddie cutted her off.
"You know her?" naguguluhang tanong ko.
"Ofcourse! She's Jiamazing!" she exclaimed. "Cant believe she's infront of me right now"
"Hi po. I'm Madeleine Yrenea Madayag, Maddie nalang po" she added shyly.
Jia chuckled. "Drop that 'po'. Nice to meeting you, Maddie"
"You're playing Volleyball?" Jia asked.
"Yes po--i mean yes" Maddie answered shyly.
Tumungo na ako sa 'drive-thru' ng Starbucks.
I open my window and asked Jia what she like. "Ji, what's yours?"
"Horchata Almondmilk Creme Frapp" she answers.
"One Horchata Almondmilk Creme Frapp, Triple Mocha Frappucino and Java chip Frappucino" i ordered.
We waited for few minutes before they gave our order.
I landed them a one thousand peso bill and started driving.
I gave Jia her drink and the other one for Maddie. "Thanks Beaa!" they said in Unison.
I smiled on them and started driving back.
"May try outs kami bukas, sasali ka?" Jia asked Maddie.
"Oo, hopefully sana maka pasok. Haha" she answered.
"Really? Me too" sabi ko. "I play Middle, Ikaw?"
"Middle din" she laughed.
I cant stop myself think of Jho, Psh. I'm sure she's happy because she's with her Crush. Nakalimutan na niya ata ako, she didnt even texted me.
I took a deep sigh before asking Jia. "Ji, did Jho text you na?" Hindi ko na napigilan ang sarili ko.
"Haha. Huwag kang masyadong mag worry. Sa tingin ko naman hindi yun pababayaan ni Marci" sagot niya.
"Bea, Bababa na ako sa 7/11 nandoon si Miguel sya na daw ang mag hahatid sakin sa dorm" Jia said while looking at her phone.
"You sure?" i asked
"Ya, Okay na ko dito"
I nod and stopped the car infront of 7/11. "Thanks sa Libre, Bea" she says before leaving the car.
Suddenly, i recieved a message from Jho.
'Saan ka?'
'Near katip lang beh, You? I went on ur dorm kanina, u wasnt there. Sabi mo doon ka lang.' I replied.
'Sorry beh. I saw my classmate kasi kanina and parehas kaming walang gagawin today kaya ginawa na namin yung Research namin.' she replies.
Classmate huh? He's your Crush kamo.
'Yeah, that Marci guy.'
Psh.
'Sabi ni Jia may nakilala ka daw na girl sa ACET, sino siya?'
Wow Jia, youre so talkative.
'Yes beh, Shes Maddie Madayag. Im with her right now.' i click send and focus myself on driving.
'Enjoy sa date nyo. Jk. Wag ka ng mag reply matutulog ako beh.'
I dropped Maddie on her tita's house. Malapit lang sa 7/11 kaya agad kaming nakarating.
"Ingat pauwi, Bea. Thank you" She said.
"Welcome, Maddie" i said and flashed my wide smile.
Should i go to Dorm? But she said she's gonna sleep, I dont wanna disturb her. I decided to go to the house na lang and have rest.
What a tiring day, indeed.
