Season 2 Chapter 16: Hope
~Y/Ns POV~
It was lunch time and all of us were downstairs eating lunch.
Jimin was scrolling through his phone while eating and Yoomi had a nervous look across her face.
Y/N: Yoomi, is everything okay?
She looked at me and then back at her plate.
Y/N: Yoomi.. You can talk to me about anything.
She sighs and then starts to fiddle with her hands.
Yoomi: Okay so you know the beach house next to this one?
I nodded my head and waited for her to continue.
Yoomi: Well.. I met one of the people that were staying there and he was really nice and he was about my age.
Jimins head instantly shot up and joined in on the conversation.
Jimin: Did you say "he"?
She nodded her head.
Jimin: Wait. The guy you met at the beach? Daniel or something?
Yoomi: Y-Yeah
Y/N: Okay well what about him?
Yoomi: Well he and his friends are throwing a beach party kind of deal and I was wondering if I could go..?
It grew quiet while I thought.
Jimin: No. Absolutely n-
Y/N: Sure. I don't see a problem with it. I mean it's literally right there.
Yoomis smile widened but Jimin gave me an "Are you serious" look.
Y/N: Jimin, it will be fine. And Yoomi you can go but there's rules.
She nods her head.
Y/N: You have to be home by 11. No drinking. No drugs. And no sex.
Both Yoomi and Jimins eyes widen by the last thing I said I'm assuming.
Y/N: What?
Jimin: She's a little too young to be doing that kind of stuff don't you think?
I look at Yoomi but her head was lowered and her face was bright red while she was biting her bottom lip.
Wait.. has she already..?
M-maybe she's just embarrassed about this topic..?
Yeah let's just go with that..
Yoomi: Deal. Now I'm gonna go upstairs and think of an outfit to wear.
She puts her plate in the sink and walks upstairs.
As her mother I am very curious right now.
Y/N: Jimin?
Jimin: Yeah?
Y/N: Do you think that Yoomi has.. ya know.. had sex already?
I whisper the last part.
His eyes widened and he chocks on his orange juice.
Jimin: W-What?
Y/N: I mean she is getting at that age.
Jimin: No. No. No. Do not put the image of my only niece doing that sinful shit in my head.
Y/N: Sinful?
Jimin: Yes. Sinful.
Y/N: Jimin I was told that you lost your virginity at the age of 13.
His eyes widened even more.
Jimin: Damn you Min Yoongi.
I giggled and put away the dishes.
I wonder how he is doing..
I'll call him later.
After washing the remaining dishes I went to my room and grabbed my phone.
I got on the contacts and just started at Yoongis name and number.
After a few minutes of debating on whether I should call or not my finger hit the button.

Straight to voicemail...
I sigh and toss my phone on my bed.
Oh how I miss you..
~Yoomis POV~
I was lookin through my closet trying to find something to wear.
I mean I have never been to a beach party.
What am I supposed to wear?
I'll text Daniel and ask him.
Y-Yooms?
I could feel my face grow warm.
After a few more minutes I finally found something to wear.
I look at the clock and it was 3:45
I'll just take a nap.
~A Few Hours Later~
I take a shower and get myself ready.
I put my bathing suit on underneath my clothes.
I look at the clock.
7:15
I take one more look in the mirror and smile.
I make my way downstairs and see my mom in the kitchen.
Yoomi: Bye Mom.
Y/N: Bye sweetheart. Have fun.
And with that I walk out of the house and go next door.
Even though it wasn't that much past 7 there were already a lot of people there.
Some people were outside and some were inside.
The music was loud and the lights were dim.
People were making out or dancing on each other. Some both.
Boys with their shirts off and girls in their bathing suits.
Not gonna lie it's making me feel a little insecure.
I didn't know anyone here.
No one but Daniel.
And I have yet to find him.
I look to the left and see him talking to some girl.
He quickly notices me and smiles.
Daniel: Oh Yoomi!
He walks away from the girl and she instantly gives me a glare.
Daniel: I'm glad you could make it.
Yoomi: Yeah me t-
(BZZZZZZ)
I look at my phone and my mood instantly changes.
I sigh.
Daniel: Is everything okay?
Yoomi: Yeah it's just my arch nemesis.
Without hesitation I open the Snapchat.
I could feel Daniel looking at my phone but I didn't care.
It was a video of Lisa and she was at a party.
Someone else was videotaping.
I then see her walk up to Vernon and.. kiss him..
I could feel my heart slowly breaking.
And Daniel noticed.
Daniel: Yoomi..?
(BZZZZZZ)
We both look at my phone and it was from her.
Lisa: Sorry. Wrong person😏😘
What. A. Bitch.
I could feel myself begin to tear up.
Daniel sighs and grabs my hand, dragging me into some room and shutting the door.
Daniel: What's wrong?
Yoomi: Nothing..
Daniel: Come on Yooms. Tell me.
I sigh and sit on the bed.
He then sits beside me.
Yoomi: So this is what happened..
After telling him the story he sighs.
Daniel: This Lisa sounds like a bitch.
Right?
I giggle and he smiles.
Daniel: You need to forget about him.
Yoomi: I'm trying..
Daniel: Well it looks to me like they're trying to make you jealous.
I nod my head.
Daniel: Well if they wanna play that game then let's show them hows it's played.
I give him a confused look.
Yoomi: What?
He laughs.
Daniel: Take a picture of me on Snapchat.
Yoomi: Ummm. Okay?
I get my phone and take his picture.
Wow. That is actually a great picture..
Yoomi: Okay.. Now what?
He grabs my phone and starts to type something on the picture.
Daniel: There.
He hands me back my phone and I'm still confused.
Daniel: Look on your story.
So that's what I do.
And my eyes widened.
Yoomi: Daniel!
He laughs and stands up.
I look back at the picture and I gasp.
Yoomi: HE SAW IT!
Daniel: Good. Now let's go swimming.
He grabs my phone and tosses it on the bed.
He removes his shirt and my eyes widened.
The abs..
I'm mentally screaming right now.
Daniel: You did bring something to swim in right?
Yoomi: Yes. I'm wearing them underneath my clothes.
Daniel: Well what are you waiting for then?
I look down and play with my fingers.
Yoomi: W-Where's the bathroom?
He chuckles and points to a door that was in the room.
I nod my head and walk inside.
~Daniels POV~
I sat back on the bed and waited for Yoomi.
But her phone started to ring.
I picked it up and my eyebrows frowned.
Does this bitch think he can just call her whenever he wants to after what just happened?
Nope.
I instantly end the call and turn her phone off.
She then slowly walks out of the bathroom and my eyes widened.
Daniel: Wow...
Yoomi: What? Do I look bad?
Daniel: No that's definitely not it.
Almost every girl here is in their bathing suits but none of them compare to Yoomi.
She looks not only hot.
But very..

~Yoomis POV~
Why is he staring at me like that..?
I clear my throat and he looks into my eyes and smiles.
Daniel: Are you ready?
I nod my head.
Yoomi: Can you hand me my phone.
Daniel: You should probably leave it in here so you don't loose it.
I nod my head.
He stands up from the bed and grabs my hand.
Daniel: Let's go!
~Y/Ns POV~
I sat at the kitchen table and ate my bowl of grapes.
I hope Yoomi is having a good time.
Jimin went out for the night and my aunt is staying the night at her new boyfriends house.
So I was alone.
After I finish the grapes I put the bowl into the sink.
I turn on the water and was about to wash it.
That is until I heard the doorbell ring.
I look at the time.
8:30
Yoomi shouldn't be home yet.
Maybe she got bored and locked herself out of the house.
I turn off the water and walk to the door.
Once I open it my heart dropped and my eyes widened.
Y/N: Y-Yoongi..?
