A week had passed, pero hindi naman ako pinansin ni Lucas. It was like I never existed. Pinansin niya lahat nang mga girls sa room namin pero ako lang hindi.
Aishhh! Hello? Lucas Vergara? I'm here! Ughh!
I walked in class like I own it and flopped in my seat. Mr. Gonzaga, came in a few minutes after that and started babbling about his stupid life.
Others were listening to his babble pero ako lang ata na hindi nakikinig sa mga sinasabi niya. Kinuha ko ang pocket book at nilabas ang aking iPhone.
I pretended to be reading where infact I was playing Mobile legends. Hahaha! I'm such a genius aren't I? *wink wink*
"okay, class I want you to write on your paper an essay, a poem, anything you want about Love. This is 50% of your grades. So kung hindi kayo nag pasa, don't expect to get a grade of 98. And I'll be only giving you 15 minutes to do so."
Sa sobrang engrossed ko sa sinabi ni Sir, hindi ko naman na pansin na nadestroy na pala ang base namin! DEFEAT! argh!! Rank pa to e!
Oh well, at least naka MVP ako diba? 14 kills, 3 deaths at 10 assist?
Shemays! Ang galing ko talaga. *giving myself a pat on the back*
I kept my phone and took my paper out. Hindi naman ako nahihirapan magsulat nang essay at poem dahil talent ko yun. Hehehe. *flips hair*
I decided to do both dahil hindi naman ako maaabutan nang 10 minutes magsulat nang essay or poems. So? Why not?
Phew! At last! Natapos naako sa essay at poems. I look to my right to see AJ having a hard time writing his poem. I snickered at him which makes him glare at me. "Bakit ba ang bobo mo? Alam mo naman na hindi ka magaling sa poem writing na yan, nag poem writing kapa! Eh ano tawag sayo? Bobo!"
I hissed jokingly at him. "tumahimik ka jan nga Ven. Hayaan mo na lang ako."
"Hayaan mo si AJ mag sulat nang poem diba?" hahahaha" kinanta ko ang song nang Exb.
"okay class, time's up" Mr. Gonzaga clapped his hands. I pursed my lips and glanced at AJ. Alam niya na basta nag pursed ako nang lips ko, I am holding back my laughter and teasing.
hahaha hay nako Andrei James, kung nag essay ka lang sana, edi hindi kapa mahihirapan.
Ugh. Mas gago ka pa sa gago Andrei.
"So, who would like to read their works infront?"
"Sir, si Venice raw. Gusto niya basahin ang poem at essay niya." narinig ko. Pinigilan ko ang sarili ko na hindi ko susuntukin si AJ dahil baka madention paako.
All eyes were on me. "Miss Venice?" Mr. Gonzaga smiled.
I stood up lazily and snatched my paper that was lying on my table. I walk to the front and handed my paper to Mr. Gonzaga.
"Hindi ko na kailangan ang paper sir, I memorized it already." I muttered.
My eyes landed on AJ who has a stupid smug on his stupid face. I fought the urge not to walk up and slap him on the face to wipe of his stupid smug.
I started reciting my poem while fiddling with my fingers.
"I once loved you,
You said that you love me too,
How foolish of me to think that it was true.
You gave me high hopes,
And shower me with butterflies,
That made my heart flutter up to the sky-
But one-"
"Go Venice" I heard a familiar voice said that made me stop mid sentence.
Holy effin shit! Lucas Vergara just cheered!
The class whooped.
"But one day, my whole life became blue,
Because of what I saw in you,
Wished badly that it was not true.
I came to realize that your love was just a game,
I accept and face reality,
That you never had once loved me."
I finished reciting it. Everyone applaud and that made me blush.
"Wow, Miss Venice. That was really deep. Nice work."
I thanked him and went back to my seat, ignoring AJ's look.

The school bell rang, signalling that it's recess time already. I gathered my things and put it in my bag. "Hintayin kita sa labas Ven." AJ said and walked out of the room, leaving only me and Lucas.
"Umm. Venice? If it's okay with you and your brother, can we have recess together?" I stared at him blankly. "Well, my friends are there too. It would be nice for you guys to get to know each other." he added quickly.
I smiled and nodded. Lumabas kami sa room. "AJ, kasama ko si Lucas at mga kaibigan niya mag recess. Doon ka nalang sa mga cheap chix mo hah? Bye." sabi ko sa kanya.
"Wait? Diba puros mga lalake ang kaibigan ni Lucas?" he questioned me, raising his eyebrows.
I shrugged and gave him the 'ISN'T IT OBVIOUS?' look.
Before he could say anything, I grabbed Lucas' wrist and pulled him with me to the cafeteria.
"uh, Venice? Sigurado ka ba okay lang sa brother mo? Baka kung ano ano ang gagawin niya saakin. Ayaw ko nang gulo."
"psh. Ano kaba? Hindi niya magawa yun. At kung gagawin niya naman, hindi ko siya hahayaang saktan ka."
We approached a table with about six boys.
"oy! Luc andito kana?" tanong nang isang lalake na parang siopao ang gawi niya pero hindi naman siya mataba. Okay okay lang naman.
"Nakita mo naman ako dito Paul hah." Lucas said sarcastically.
Ah si Paul pala yun. "Oh? Yan ba ang bagong chix mo Luc? Alam mo, sa lahat nang mga chix na ipinakilala mo samin, eto lang ang maganda. Makinis at maputi. Eh yung iba? Parang mga ano." sabi naman nang isa sa kanila. Oh? Classmate ko yun pala pero hindi ko na ala ala ang pangalan niya.
"Tsk. Hindi ko siya chix Joshua hah." Lucas rolled his eyes. "Tara upo na tayo."
"Ganda, dito ka oh, sa tabi namin ni Paul." sabi nang isa pang lalake na parang donut ang pisngi. Medyo chubby siya pero cute.
Umupo ako sa tabi nila. "Hi, ako si Elnath." sabi nang tabi ko na parang donut.
Wait, nag rhyme to hah. Elnath, donut? HAHAHA
i smiled at him and muttered a Hi.
"Ako naman si Stanley." sabi nang isa sa katabi ni Lucas. Guwapo siya pero hindi kasing guwapo no Lucas. Hehe ayiee.
"Ako si Dion." sabi nang tabi ni Stanley. He has a cold expression, halatang halata na suplado siya.
"Ako si Benedict." sabi naman nang tabi ni Lucas.
Ang isa sa mga na notice ko, hindi gwapo ang hinahanap ni Lucas sa mga kaibigan niya kundi attitude.
"Kilala mo na kami, so pwede mo na bang ipakilala sarili mo?" tanong ni Paul habang kumain nang French fries.
"Oh. Sorry. I'm Venice." I said shyly.
"Woah, you're from Australia?" Elnath asked.
I nodded my head. "Where in Australia?"
"Sydney." I replied shortly.
We started to talk about ourselves. It wasn't awkward at all. It feels like we had known eachother for a long time. And that's when I realized, that this six dorks, will be my bestfriends and sidekick.
Hindi ko naman na realize na wala na si Lucas hanggang umupo siya at binigyan niya ako nang sandwich at juice.
I thanked him and continued chatting with the boys.

Hey ya'alls! Yes, I haven't updated for almost a month? Yeah almost a month. Well I'm so so so sorry because school just started and we had plenty of homeworks, quizzes and projects.
I know! Crazy right?!! I'll try to update every chances I get.
