Zack looks at me sadly." no, it's not your fault. " Max looks at his son and smiles." wow so grown up. " he says while messing up his hair with his hand. i grin. " welcome home son."
Now:
Zacks P.O.V
The building infront of us, awarding us for the long walk through the woods, was made of stone. The door was made of oak, the hint of nettles still on the wood. I smile." who's house is this?" I look at my dad, he smiles back. "Mine." Say's Takeshi. " Really?" he laughs and looks at me like i'm lost. " Yes Zack, it is." I frown, "don't mock me." All i get from that is answer is all of them bursting out laughing. i put my hands in my pocket and look down at the ground. Just like school' i turn around and open the door and head to the room they asigned me outside. I slam the door and drop down on the bed, warm tears claw at my face, and landing on the bed underneath me. My hand was on my forehead, hiding the tears from anyone who enters my room. I cried for what seemed like hours. i managed to cry myself to sleep.
A nightmare of shadows, calling my name and pushing me to the ground, punching me and kicking me. I cry harder. I was terrified. My father dosen't know about me being bullyed. at all. My dad stood over me in my nightmare, asking me how school was, i try to answer but the presser is to great, i fall to my knees and whimper. 'why won't you answer me son?' Clawing at the ground i feel a weight push me down, making me collapse to the ground.
I scream, the room was black, and it took me a few minutes to register where i am. My heartbeat was loud in my ears.I was sweating. Because my body was drenched, a mark on my bed showed where i slept. i sat up and hugged my knees. Rocking back and forth, tears dare to escape my eyes, but i hold them back. My body was shivering from the nightmare, no matter what i did, i couldn't shake it off. 'offfffff......course.....you can't......' My eyes widen," whos there?"..' haha.......' was all i got, ' leave me be' i feel i cold hand on my shoulder, i look up and see a kid, around my age, he had shaggy blonde hair and red eyes." calm down, my fathers mocking you." I look at him," who...a-are you?"he smiles calmly." Names Dexter, i'm the reapers son." I jump back," are-are you here to k-k-k-...kill me?" he laughs," No Zack, i'm here to protect you" i look at him in disbelife." really...from what?" i say sternly." from your new enemy." then i hear a thump come from downstairs." Get ready" the battle begins.
