Gone

Her heart is beating.
Snow is falling,
She's waiting,
She's waiting for her, to come back.
Waiting for her, to not hold back.
She misses her.
She misses the calls that they made.
Misses the songs that they sang.
The bells rang,
'Merry Christmas', the neighbors sang.
She still waited,
And waited, for her,
But she was long gone.
