Will took a deep breath and tried to get the words out. His hands were sweaty and his whole body trimbled.
"F-For Go-ah" he choked on the word, his mouth burning and tears filling up his eyes. He spit blood and continued.
"S-S-So lo-loved Th-The w-wo-world...h-he gave h-his-" Will tried to calm himself. He was shaking badly and the holy book was burning his poor hands. As he gathered the courage to continue the male sitting in front of him got fed up.
"William! I told you to read! You insolent demon! Can't you follow instructions correctly the first time?!"
Will's eyes filled with terror as the male stood and advanced towards him. "M-Master!
P-Pl-Please!" he cried out softly trying to make his voice work.
His throat was raw and any word that left his mouth now caused him immense pain. He tried to scramble back but slipped on some of the bloody bile he had spat on the floor. A low groan escaped him and he realized his mistake.
His whole body shook like a leaf, terror written out across his face. Master Gleeful only grinned down at him with sadistic pleasure.
"You actually thought you could get away?" his laugh was cold and sharp. Will flinched away as if he had been struck. He had no time to react as he was dragged up off the ground by Dipper. Who had the small males bright blue hair grasped in his fist.
Will kept himself quiet as he was slammed into a wall. After all he knew his whines and sounds of pain only angered and fuled the male.
"You. Will. Learn. To. Obey. Me!" each harsh word was punctuated with Gleeful slamming Will into the wall. He suddenly let go and Will slipped boneless to the floor. Blood dripped into his eye, making it harder for him to see with his already blurry vision.
He tried to force his unwilling body up off the floor, but only managed to get a few inches up before collapsing back down. He coughed up blood and looked up at Dipper.
"P-Pl-Please...." he rasped trying to get the male to stop. But his words only infuriated Gleeful. Will paled when he saw the unfiltered rage on the boys face.
"You will regret this." Gleeful promised darkly and when the hits began Will couldn't contain his screams of pain.

When Will regained consciousness he had no more open wounds. But he was laying in an old pool of his own blood and his body felt like it was on fire. He dragged himself up and looked around weakly. He was both physically and emotionally drained.
As he looked around the cell he called a bedroom his eyes stopped on a note resting on top of a book.
William, a gift for you. We expect you to be reading it in your free time. All your punishments from here on out will be you reciting it from memory.

Will picked up the book before dropping it to the floor with a hiss. The Holy Bible. He looked at it with horror. Before he broke down.
"What did I do to deserve this fate?" he whispered before crumbling to the ground and crying uncontrollably into his hands. He didn't know how much more of this he could take.... He was reaching his limits. He didn't know how much more he could handle....or how long it would be until he finally snapped.
