I was in my huge bedroom watching my super sweet sixteen. I'm telling you right now that not all rich girls are like those bitches on the show. I sure as hell aren't like them. Everyone thinks being rich is so easy. It can be hard. I know that I sound ungrateful right now but it's true. Everyone thinks our lives are so perfect,but really no one's life is.Especially not with a mom like the one I've got. She can be so annoying thinking that she's better than everyone. She always expecting me to be like her and "not to tarnish our family name." She is also super controlling. She even chose an "appropriate" boyfriend for me that just means he comes from a wealthy family. I miss my dad he died 5 years ago of cancer. My whole family was heart broken especially my mom. I guess something in her just snapped,and she started acting the way she does now. She has at least 3 different "boyfriends" each month,but really they just want her for our money and sex. Occasionally one of them will smack my ass and when I tell her she says it's my fault cause wear"trashy"clothing. Anyway enough of the ranting. I was talking to my best friend Chloe about going to a Katy Perry concert in two weeks. We would go with our other best friend Leo. My mom didn't approve of them because we they didn't have the same connections as us. I went downstairs to get something when I saw my mom holding a big yellow envelope. "What's that," I asked. "Your acceptance letter," she replied as if that explained anything. "To what," I asked."Litchfield Academy,an elite all girls boarding school,"she replied."What boarding school!?!?How could you do this to me,I yelled. "It will be good for you,"she said. "What about Chloe and Leo," I said. "It will be good for you to make new friends," she said."I don't want new friends," I snapped. "My grades are pretty good but they're not perfect.How did I get accepted," I asked. "I have my ways,"mom said mysteriously. I was so mad at her she just wanted the house to herself. My older brother Chris had just moved to his college campus and now she wanted to get me out. I couldn't take it anymore so I snapped and said"You just want me out of the house now that Chris is gone just so you can sleep with your different boyfriends who don't even care about you because you're a major SLUT!" That was all it took she slapped me hard on the face. "Crystal Monica Johnson I am your mother and you will not talk to me like that,"she replied madly. I felt anger tears pouring out of my eyes so I ran up the stairs to my room. "You leave in a week," my mom called out from behind me. I looked at myself in the mirror I had beach blonde hair and emerald green eyes. My mascara was running because of my crying. Sometimes it hurt to look at myself in the mirror because I looked so much like my dad. I ran to my room and cried myself to sleep.
