I finally get to take Jasmine out today. I pulled out my phone and messaged her to be ready by 5:37.

My phone beeps. I open it up to see a message by an unknown number. I look at the message.
Unknown#: Be ready by 5:37.
I wonder...
Me: Jesse?
Unknown#: Yeah?
Me: Making sure it was you.
I knew it. I changed his contact name. But how...?
Me: How did u get my #?
Jesse: Your friend gave it to me.
Me: Which one?
Jesse: Shelby.
Me: Sounds like something she'd do.
Jesse: Haha. Get ready.
Me: Yes, dad.
Jesse: Don't call me that. Your friends will kill me.
Me: Yes, dad.
I mentally giggled to myself. On second thought, I can't wait for this date.

Well that was weird. She called me dad. I wonder what it would sound like when she calls me daddy face to face...
Snap out of it, Jess. What am I even talking about? I like her. She is a smart, beautiful, capable, young girl. I want her to be mine, that's for sure.
