Her eyes became pale due to continuous crying. She didn't had her dinner, too. She was looking so weak. She also avoided Rudra and Bhavya's calls. In the last she mumbled only one thing.
'aap mujhe chodkar kyun chale gaye...mumma papa!!!'
It was 5:30 in morning. She went to take a shower. After taking shower she was looking somewhat fresh. She came out and took her parent's photoframe in hands.
Gauri: Mumma, papa, sumo...I miss you. kyun chale gaye aap log? agar aaj aap hote to meri halat aisi nahi hoti...aapki purani Gauri kahi kho gayi hai...par mein aapse vada karti hoon jisne bhi ye kiya hai usko saja to mein dilvakar rahungi!! ye mera vada hai aap logo se....aur Mr. Omkara Singh Oberoi ab tumhe pata chalega Gauri Sharma kya chiz hai...
In the office:
She merely barged into Omkara's cabin. She threw some files on the table while Om looked at her.
Gauri: complete this files. I want it by tomorrow morning. Kal jab mein office mein aaun to mujhe ye files chahiye.
Om(he looked at that files once): but Ms. Sharma ye to almost one week ki files hai!!
Gauri: I don't care. I want it by tomorrow and that's it.
She left from there. Om looked at that files and then understanding why she was behaving like that he started working on it. It was almost lunch time when Ishana entered in Om's cabin.
Ishana: Omkara, tumne Aakash ki baby ki picture dekhi?
He was so engrossed in his work that he didn't looked at her.
Ishana(tapping on his shoulder): Omkara...
Om: han...han bolo?
Ishana: it's almost lunch time.. tum abhi tak yaha kya kar rahe ho?
Om: mujhe thoda kam hai, aap log please lunch kar lijiye. aur han...tumhe koi kaam tha?
Ishana: han, ye dekho(she showed her phone) Aakash ki baby...looking cute na?
Om(a smile came on his face): yes, she is beautiful!
Ishana: tum lunch k baad kam kar lena,,abhi chalo na!
Om: nahi Ishana, tum please abhi jao...mein baadd mein kha lunga..
Ishana: thik hai, par kha lena... okay?
Om: hmm..
It was almost evening.Everyone were leaving office. Om was still there. Gauri was passing by there when she heard Om saying to Ishana that he has to stay there and he didn't eat anything from morning.
Khanna: sir, office bandh karne ka time ho gaya hai...aap kab tak rukenge?
Om: tum ek kam karo keys mujhe de do aur tum chaho to ghar chale jao...par please make a cup of coffee for me.
Khanna: sure sir..
After giving him coffee khanna left from the office. It was 8:00 a.m when he completed his work. He was working overnight without taking lunch and dinner. He was looking tired but decided to take a quick shower to feel fresh. He immediately left for home and came after an hour. There were only few employees when he came so he went directly to his cabin. Gauri was already there.
Om: good morning, Ms. Sharma.
Gauri: morning.
Om: aap yaha,iss waqt?
Guari: aapka aaj ka schedule batane aai thi.
Om: par vo files jo aapne kal di thi...
Gauri: vo files ki abhi jarurat nahi hai...aapko aaj 2 meeting attend karni hai aur phir Aakash ka 2 din ka kam bhi pending hai vo aaj sham tak ho jana chahiye. Aur han aapka kam to hai hi...so lag jaiye kam par.
Om: thik hai...
He first started with his work. He was feeling sleepy but tried to keep himself awake. After sometime Rudra and Bhavya came there.
Rudra: hii Om..
Om: hey Rudra, Bhavya..tum yaha? something important?
Bhvya: hum tumse kuch puchne aaye the..
Om: kya?
Rudra: aaj friday hai, aur ek bahot achi movie aa rahi hai...tum agar free ho to mein ticket book karvata hoon...
Om: yaar aaj to mein free...(suddenly an idea came in his mind)kon kon ja raha hai?
Bhavya: sirf hum teeno...vo kya hai na Gauri ne na bola aur mujhe kab se jana hai movie dekhne...tum chal rahe ho na?
Om: han, sure...
Rudra: to phir mein ticket book karta hoon!
Om: vaise tum dono 2 din se office mein nahi dikh rahe ho! kya baat hai? Tum to uss din meeting mein bhi nahi the...
Rudra and Bhavya looked at each other and shared a small eyelock.
Om: ahmm...ahmm...(they broke there sweet eye lock)
Bhvya: mein to apni duty mein busy thi Om...
Rudra: aur mein bhi meetings mein busy tha...
Om(he thought to not stretch that topic): ohh..
Bhavya: acha, mein chalti hoon...bye Om, bye Rudy..
Rudra and Om: bye...
Rudra: acha Om mein bhi chalta hoon, tum ready rehna...
Om: han..
He didn't get time to take lunch again because meeting was scheduled at that time. He attended both the meetings... And it was almost evening. Still some work was pending. After sometime Rudra came to his cabin.
Rudra : ye kya Om? Tum abhi tak yahi par ho! Yaad hai na movie ka time 9:00 baje ka hai and it's already 7:30...hum late ho jayenge...
Om: yaar, tu aur Bhavya chale jao na,,mujhe kuch important kam aa gaya hai...
Rudra : matlab tum nahi aa rahe?? (he make a sad face) to thik hai,, hum dono bhi nahi ja rahe... Mein Bhavya ko inform karta hoon..
Om : nahi Rudy aisa mat kar, vaise bhi use hardly apne busy schedule se time milta hai... Agar tum bhi nahi jaoge to use acha nahi lagega!! Please tum dono meri vajah se apna plan cancel mat karo... Please!!
Rudra: thik hai hum iss baar ja rahe hai lekin agar next time tumne aisa kiya na to mein tumse baat nahi karunga...
Om: thik hai baba, abhi tum log jao..
Rudra: bye.
Om: enjoy guys...(Rudra went from there)
Chalo aaj kuch to acha hua(he smiled satisfactory)
Yes! it was his plan to send them alone on the movie so that they can come closer but unknown to some facts and unknown about their personal life.
He went home very late around 1:30 that day. It was so late to eat something still he eat some noodles and then went to the bed as he couldn't sleep last night. As soon as his head touched the pillow he went into the deep slumber which was disturbed by a phone call. He looked towards the clock and it was 3:15 and then looked at the person who was calling. It was showing- 'Miss. Sharma calling'.
Om: ab inhe itni raat ko bhi chain nahi hai...
hello, kya baat hai Ms. Sharma?
Gauri(smirking evilly)(innocently): aap so rahe the Mr. Oberoi?
Om: aam insaan iss time pe so hi raha hota hai...(to himself) sirf ullu iss time pe jagte rehte hai!!
Gauri: aapne kuch kaha?
Om: aapne mujhe itni raat ko mein kya kar raha hoon ye puchne k liye phone kiya hai?
Gauri: ohh! mein vo files dekh rahi thi aur usme kuch problems hai to maine soacha aapse puch loon...
(She make him talk for almost 15 minutes by asking different questions. After an hour again his phone rang. She told him to reach office by 7:00 a.m.)
Om: what? 7 baje..lekin office timing to 9 baje ka hai na?
Gauri: but ye files mein jo problem hai vo solve bhi to karne padenge. So reach by 7:00.(she cut the call)
Om:(mimicking her) reach by 7:00....huh...mujhe pata hai aap ye sab kyun kar rahi hai Ms. Sharma lekin Omkara Singh oberoi bhi har manne valo mein se nahi hai....
(he set the alarm of 6:00) chal Om so ja,,lagta hai aaj bhi teri nind puri nahi hogi...
He woke up in the morning due to alarm. He was feeling dizzy and he had a headache, too. But he ignored it and went to take the shower.
Sharma Industries:
He was not feeling well and thought to ask Gauri for a leave but then he shrugged off his thoughts. She again gave him work for the whole day.
Guari: I need this files in next three hours. meri meeting hai(it was a lie).. so complete this before it.
She came after 3 hours in his cabin.
Gauri(entering in the cabin): so Mr. Oberoi are the files ready?
Om: han, ye lijiye (he stand up from his place and was coming towards her to give her files but suddenly he felt weak and held nearby sofa, she noticed it and rushed to him. But before that he fainted and fell on the ground. She immediately went to him and took his head in her lap. It was burning with fever. She became nervous for two minutes but then he called Khanna.)
Gauri: Khanna....Khanna...(Khanna came running inside the cabin and in next few seconds everyone gathered there.)
Khanna: yes mam?
Gauri: jaldi Doctor ko phone karo.
Rudra: Om...Gauri Om ko kya hua?...Om wake up..
Gauri: he was feeling dizzy...
Rudra made him sleep on the sofa and sprinkled some water on his eyes. He was not opening his eyes. Now everyone became hell worried. In next few minutes doctor arrived.
Doctor: aap sab please bhar jaiye, I'll check him.
Everyone went outside the cabin. Till then Bhavya came there. She went to Gauri.
Bhavya: Gauri vo mujhe kuch saboot mile hai...(but then she noticed everyone were standing outside Om's cabin) aap sab yaha kya kar rahe hai...aur Om vo kaha hai?
Rudra: vo andar hai,,use chakkar aa rahe the to doctor use check kar rahe hai...
Bhavya: what??? par kaise? I mean kal tak to thik tha vo..
Rudra: yahi to nahi pata chal raha hai...ab ye to Om ya doctor hi bata sakte hai..
While Gauri knew the reason of his unwellness. She knew that why he has fever and was feeling dizzy. But will she accept her mistake?
