"All these words swirling in my head"
Constant floating thoughts just
Drifting through my mind.
A compulsion takes hold of me
An irresistible, persistent, impulse
An incredible need
It will not be quelled.
Paper, pen and mind merge
Cannot supress the urge to purge
So in the end I write and cleanse.✍
My mind is now tranquil
Yet I know, it's only momentary
Before the urge to purge my mind
Takes hold of me yet again..
