Only Time Will Tell

I look out my window at night counting the stars wondering if you're counting them too. My mind goes to different places when I think of you, its like a mirage. In time you will come back to me, but until then this is where I'll be. As the sun goes down im looking at the sky taking in all its vanilla twilight hoping that in a few short minutes I'll hear you coming up beside me, we'll hold hands, kiss and leave this world behind us, but only time will tell.....only time will tell.
