Sometimes it hurts. Maybe just a slight bearable pain. Or maybe a horribly awful pain that you feel will never go away. A pain that never truly goes away until it's soothed away. Slowly. By someone you love. Through words of...compassion. Apology. Care. And most importantly...love. Words that soothe your aching chest. Calm your shaking hands. Ease your pounding head. Turn that pain and suffering into love and happiness.
It's not easy. Even though it may sound like it. Easing someone's hurt can seem near impossible, and it can be...for the wrong person. The right person can dry your tears and put a smile on your face, even if it still hurts. Over time, that hurt subsides, and your happy again.
That hurt and rebuilding becomes a permanent reminder. It gets better. Pain ends. You can and will find happiness even in the darkest of places if you keep fighting. Keep pushing. Keep trying.
