I feel tears trickling down my face.
I feel my hands going numb.
My mind buzzing with all the things I don't deserve.
My heart screaming for the pain to be relieved.
It feels hard to breathe.
The darkness englufs me .
The only way I see is to giveup on myself completely.
My heart is being ripped into pieces again and again.
I am desperate for some peace.
I want to feel loved.
I want my insecurities to go away.
I want to be alive again.
But there is nothing anyone can do.
Not even me.
Because my life has stopped at this point,
where I can no longer recognise the person
I have come to be.

Whenever anxiety hits the whole world stops and there is only one emotion that's pain.
Which is different for you, for me and for everyone.
Everybody around you needs you.
Make sure you are there for people regardless of what and how they are.
