Gue De Meng was currently fiddling with an electronic sign with his Business' name while he talked to one of the twins. It had been two months since he arrived to this world and both he and the men were extremely busy so they've only been able to go out to eat a handful of times.
"Ouch," Guo De exclaimed and cut Xie Kai off mid sentence. He looked down at his left hand that had been touching the outside of the piece of the sign he currently was working on.
There was a slightly sharp piece of metal that barely stuck out and sliced into the pad of his pointer finger.
"Are you alright?? What happened," Xie Kai got overly excited, thinking that he seriously harmed himself. Over the phone the sound of rushed steps could be heard.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Damn sign had a piece of metal sticking out and ended up cutting my finger open."
The person on the other side paused his steps but then it continued again. "I'm going to tell Xie Chang that I'm going to head over. You shouldn't be working there alone. I've already told you to hire some workers to help around with these small issues. You're doing a job that could easily be taken care of by someone less qualified."
Guo De huffed into the phone as he reconnected a few wires that had needed to be replaced and then shut the panel.
"I've got extremely capable hands. I'm not completely incompetent."
It sounded as though Xie Kai growled into the receiver before he begun mumbling to someone on his end. Guo De looked over at his laptop set up near his knee and began typing a few codes that were connected with the signs hookup. Doing this would allow him to power down all the lights within the building without having to lift his hand.
"I'm on my way, Lover. I'll be there soon," Xie Kai spoke over the phone and then hung up before Guo De could respond.
"Huh? Lover," he asked into the phone but received no answer. His face instantly flushed red in embarrassment.
[Host is extremely excellent! Our two Male Leads have barely paid attention to Guo Fei Yan. Even though she has a disease that they've never seen before, they only spend the normal amount of time researching it because they want to spend the rest of their time with you!]
System began bouncing in the air as though she was a bouncing bean with to much sugar.
"We're just friends," he weakly protested the tiny ball.
[Hmm.. Host, you are definitely more than friends! You talk on the phone every day to at least one of them.]
Was that true? He looked back on the past two months and couldn't help but be secretly shocked. Car was correct. No matter what he was doing or how busy he was, Guo De made time to talk to either of the men at least once a day.
"Hush your nonexistent face, Car. I just don't have anyone else to talk to so... we talk a lot."
[But Host, Xie Chang and Xie Kai have friends other than you yet they talk to you the most.]
Guo De had no response to that so he decided to ignore the hyperactive system. Car began zipping around the room in her own world as he made his way into the product room. He had installed high tech security for this room and added a few of his own counter measures. There was a LED screen stuck to the outside which required a long sequence of codes as well as a bit of Source Energy to unlock.
He'd found items in this world that were capable of being used in items from his World. On the far left table was a relatively clean table with two strange bracelets set on small pedestals. It had a self-adjustment function that fit to the wrist of the wearer and the inside was padded with a soft material to ensure comfort. On the top was a small interface that connected with another product Guo De invented and allowed the wearer to see a hologram of the sender. This product's primary function is to act as a computer but it also could act as a cellphone.
Guo De picked up an ear bud and a pair of glasses that was set next to the bracelet and slipped them on. At first the glasses looked completely normal but the temples of the frame were thicker than normal ones. He adjusted the bracelet and held it up to the side of his head where the glasses rested and waited for the slight beep before fiddling with the bracelet again.
He picked up the second bracelet and said 'Dial Product 1'.
The second bracelet lit up with a blue light before it dialed the bracelet on his wrist.
"Answer."
His bracelet flashed green and the glasses he was wearing clicked before the temples released three barbs which hooked to the lense. He looked at the bracelet and saw an image of himself being projected back at him from the second bracelet on his other hand.
These bracelets were capable of doing 3D skype calls to the other person, however it needed the glasses to function this way. Using the earbud was also needed in order for the bracelet to make phone calls. Guo De made the product this way in order to make more money in the long run plus these were highly advanced compared to the products being released on the market.
"What's this?"
Guo De jumped a bit and clutched his chest before looking pitifully at the door where Xie Kai was standing. He began chuckling at the slight teary eyed look that Guo De was giving him.
"You startled me. I was to immersed in my work."
"I can see that. You didn't even lock the place up. Anyone could've walked right in and harmed you but you were completely oblivious," he angrily spoke as he stepped closer to Guo De he had returned his attention to the bracelet on his wrist.
Guo De merely waved his hand in the air as if to say 'it's alright I have everything handled'. Xie Kai became frustrated and stepped forward until Guo De was trapped in his arms against the table.
Guo De looked away from the bracelet and stared up at Xie Kai before asking, "What are you doing?"
"You're very frustrating, Lover. I'm trying to express my concern and you're completely ignoring me," he whispered into the ear without the ear bud. He removed one of the hands off the table and stroked Guo De's face when he pulled back to stare at the smaller boy.
His thumb stroked across Guo De's bottom lip which caused Guo De to move his tongue to swipe across his mouth. Both tongue and thumb intersected and Guo De felt the blood rush to his face in embarrassment at his bold action.
Xie Kai chuckled huskily as he leaned closer to Guo De's face, causing his warm breath to mix with Guo De's. Before he had time to move out of the way, his face was gripped by Xie Kai's strong calloused fingers and he was forcefully kissed. Their first kiss was aggressive and left Guo De not only speechless but breathless as well. Wet tongues danced together in perfect harmony as if they'd belonged together since the very beginning.
Strong hands wrapped around Guo De's back and pulled him closer to that strong chest in front of him.
"Mmm.. . aghnn.." Guo De attempted to pull away but just as he had barely taken a breath, Xie Kai pulled him back in for another passionate kiss. When he was sure that he was going to die from lack of oxygen, Guo De was finally released from the heart palpitating kiss.
When Xie Kai pulled back he couldn't help but feel immense satisfaction of the hazy lust filled eyes staring unfocused back at him. He pushed a few strands of silvery hair behind Guo De's ear and leaned forward to kiss his forehead.
"Are you going to tell me what you've been making now?"
Guo De finally woke from his stupor and blushed profusely before turning around in Xie Kai's arms to face away from those penetrating eyes. Xie Kai chuckled into his neck which gave him goosebumps.
"Sure. Can you step away though? It's difficult to concentrate with you so close."
"Sure, Lover," he agreed as he reluctantly stepped away from the smaller man and sat in the chair to his right.
Afterwards, Guo De explained what each of the products did and how they worked. Xie Kai was thoroughly shocked and at first didn't believe that they would do what he said until Guo De showed him. Unless the glasses were worn no one else would be able to see the hologram that popped up from the bracelet; sound could only be heard from the cordless earpiece as well. This product was perfect in Xie Kai's eyes.
"When will you be releasing this to the public? You're going to give your lovers some, rightttt," he tugged 'cutely' on Guo De's arm and gave him puppy dog eyes.
Guo De rolled his eyes at the man's antics. "Sure. And, I'm not really sure when I'll be releasing them. Once I find an investor it would make finding employees easier as well as buying the required items needed to put them together.
"Xie Chang and I will invest!"
Guo De raised an eyebrow at Xie Kai. If Guo De was a normal person he'd probably ask how they'd invest if they were merely doctors but since he knew all about their shady business he kept silent.
"Discuss it with your brother first before agreeing."
"Okay," he agreed before pulling out his phone and dialing Xie Chang's number.
"Hey, Guo De made this really awesome product and needs investors.. huh? O-okay," he hung up and looked at his phone with a raised eyebrow.
Guo De stared at him in confusion before Xie Kai said," Uh, he said to invest."
"Huh? But he didn't even know what product was made.." Guo De was completely baffled.
Xie Kai knew why his brother didn't even ask about the product but wasn't going to clarify it with their Lover. He merely smiled reassuringly at Guo De and changed the subject. It was rare that either him or Chang were able to spend time with Meng'er so he wasn't going to waste his precious time.
