I threw myself against him and his arms immediately wrapped around me.
I pressed my face into his chest as his hands rubbed my back slowly.
We stayed like that for a while without any words or sounds.
After a while, I pulled back. "What happened?"
The only thing I could here was my own breathing,
"Harry?"
"Harry, what happened?"
His hand cupped my face, rubbing his thumb against my jaw softly. "You got in an accident."
"Do you remember Aiden?" His voice was near as gentle as his touch.
I tried to think but I was completely blacking out on nearly everything.
"No."
He sighed, and kissed my forehead as of relief had came over him.
"Why?"
"No reason, I just wandered." I could sense him trying to avoid the subject and veer in a different direction.
But before I could ask, he spoke again.
"What do you remember?"
"My name is Charlotte Winters and my parents are Mark and Elise' Winters."
"And who am I?" he asked.
I hesitated but came out with it rather quick, "Your Harry."
"My boyfriend."
It was quiet again until I felt him standing up.
"Where are you going?"
He leaned down beside me and kissed my cheek, "It's closing time."
"But I still don't know what happening. Harry -"
His footsteps left the room quickly and I heard the door shut behind him. Followed by cursing and yells outside of it.
I sat still on the roller-bed and listened as he dished out repetitions of 'Fuck' followed by mumbles.
And then it stopped, and soon enough sleep took over. Not allowing me long to go over my thoughts.
