The importance of riding in my life.
I have ADHD so it is therapeutic for me after a stressful day at school. It is totally relaxing for me and I love jumping and doing shows at summer camps and I love doing summer camps. For my lessons when I get there I look on the board at what horse I am riding and than go to that horse and groom her and put my saddle pad and saddle on than hop on when I trainer gets there. I do riding with groups so I have people to talk too if I am waiting for my turn. Horseback riding is the best thing that has ever happen to me. It is very fun. I love it.
