Eunchae's POV
I'm here inside the Music Hall. Wearing black cap ang black mask for them not to notice me. I went to the current room where all the main switches were placed. I'm planning to switch all the currents off to sabotage the contest. If you think my twin's powerful than me, do you know where did she get that character from her DNA? Meaning to say, I'm scarier than her. I'm her sister so she can't beat me. I'm more powerful than she think.
"If you think you win Sky in the battle, you're wrong." I whispered as I switched the currents off. I smiled when I heard people's reaction outside. Exactly where both of them were in the middle of the stage, you'll hear how tense everything are. "Awww. How sad for you. I'm your sister but I'm doing this to you? Mianhe. Dongsaengie (little sister/sibling) is different from snake."
"Your sister is a snake? You're treating your sister bad, Eunchae." A voice I heard at my back. I turned back slowly to see who it is, and it's Minho.
"What are you doing here?" I asked seriously.
"I asked first. Answer me." He sarcastically answered. He really doesn't change.
"Isn't it obvious? Sabotaging the contest." I said as I crossed arms. "Now answer me. What are you doing here?" I added with my coldest voice.
"Stop doing this. You'll never win to her." He said that changed the topic.
"And do you think because of it we'll have a comeback, Minho? No. And we'll never be." I said to make him realize.
"Well, it's not bad to hope." Haha. He's really insane.
"First Minho, past is past. I don't love you anymore and that's the reality. I don't like to be with a cheater again."
"Is it really me? Or you?" He asked. "Am I the one who broke up without a reason? I think you're just describing yourself. We're just together then a day after I'll know that you're already Sky's boyfriend?" He added.
"And don't tell me you're bitter?" I asked as I smirked.
"Why would I?" He asked as I lost my smirk. "Eunchae, based on life, evil never wins. I don't think you'll win against them."
"Don't bring me to your stupid logic. I know myself better than you."
"But do you also know your sister well?" He asked as I stopped talking. "You don't have to do this to Sky and to Laila. I'm telling you this as his friend. Not as your ex." He said as he went outside. And does he think he can stop me? As long as I'm alive, I'll never give up.
I picked a combination plier and cut one wire. To make sure that no one can fix everything easily. I accidentally stucked the skin of my finger on the plier and it was peeled off. But I just ignore it. I went outside the Music Hall.
"Eunchae, are you really that obsessed to Sky that you almost sue your sister?" I was shocked when Ahra talked leaning on the wall and looking at me.
"What are you talking about?" I asked hoping for her to think that she was wrong for her idea.
"You can't let it pass even she's part of your family. Just for Sky? Eunchae it's not you." She said as she held my hands.
Ahra's POV
"Know what? You should've helped me. If I just don't protect your relationship with Taeshin it'll never go this way." She said as she stare at my eyes so bad. "Because of you, we broke up. I'm your bestfriend but you're with her. How disappointing." She said as my eyes were full of tears.
"I didn't told you to do that for me. It's your choice. Eunchae I don't have any bias in the situatuon. I'm just doing what's right." I complainted.
"Right? Do you still hear yourself? No. Is that still you, Ahra?" Eunchae asked as she walked away. I was left in tears in the corridor. Taeshin came and hugged me in comfort.
"She'll realize she's wrong. Trust me." He said while petting my back and I bursted in tears.
Maricx' POV
"Class, we have an early dismissal." Announce ng teacher namin dahilan para maghiyawan lahat ng kaklase ko. Mga tamad talaga eh. "But I'll assign an activity."
"Awww." Reaction ng mga kaklase ko matapos niya magbigay ng activity.
"You need a partner. But it's drawlots." Ano na naman kaya ipapagawa samin ng teacher na to?
Sinabi na niya yung mga magkakapartner. Kapartner ko si Suho. Yung kaklaseng nahuli kong binubully.
Madali lang naman pala yung pinagawa. Naka-assign sa grupo namin na gumawa ng props para sa darating na singing contest. Kaso sa Lunes na agad ipapasa kaya kailangan nang tapusin ngayong gabi.
Suho's POV
It's class dismissal finally. I fixed my things to went out of the room.
"Hey." Kim approached me. "Let's meet in the parking lot later to go on my house. We'll work there."
"B-But why don't we go there together right now?" I asked nervously.
"I'll just go somewhere for a while. Tell your parents. Annyeong!" She answered as she went outside.
"Bro, she noticed you." My friend said.
"Of course, she's my groupmate." I complainted.
"Bro, it's your chance."
"Huh?"
"She's the girl stared at you in class, right? Yieee. I think she fell in love with you when you eye-to-eye." He said as I beat him. "Awh!" He shouted as I went outside the classroom planning to follow Kim.
I'm still following her. She's turning back that's why it's hard for me to hide from her. We're now here in front of the Music Hall. I hide myself for her not to notice me. She's peeking inside. I think she's finding someone.
I smiled when I remember something. I opened my bag and picked a small box. I want to give this to her as a thank you gify for protecting me. But I'm nervous.
"Park Suho, you can do this. Be brave." I whispered to myself as I went out from hiding but...
*Are you ready kid? Aye aye, Captain!
I can't hear you! Aye aye, Captain!*
My phone rung with Spongebob Squarepants opening themesong. I quickly picked it and saw it was just an alarm that I forgot to switch off yesterday. I turned it off quickly. I looked at her and she's giggling. I just covered my face with my hand because of shame. Park Suho. It's too embarassing.
I peeked from hiding in my hands slightly and saw her in front of me that surprised me to death that causes me to toppled over.
"You're so weird." She said as she scratched her head and lend her hand. "Stand up, stupid." She said as I held her hand to stood up.
"Kamsahamnida." I thanked as I vowed.
"What are you doing here? I told you we'll meet in the parking lot." She asked.
"Ahmm... I... I just passed by here after meeting someone." I lied.
"Okay. Did your parents allowed you?" She asked.
"Ne." I answered.
"Arasso. Let's go." She said as she held my hand and pulled. I hid the box on my pocket and smile a bit because she's holding my hand.
I must try falling down on the floor many times for her to continue holding my hand. Haha
Laila's POV
Magkasama kami ngayon ni Sky papuntang parking lot. Matapos kasi naming magperform isinuspindi yung audition pati yung klase. Medyo mahihirapan daw na ayusin yung kuryente eh.
"Why do you think the current lost?" I curiously asked.
"I don't know. Why are you asking me? Ask the school. Not me." Laila bakit mo pa kasi tinanong yang kutong yan? Alam mo namang abnormal yan eh. Sensya na nakalimutan lang.
"Psh. I'm asking you properly. Then you'll answer me like that? You're really not scared of me." Sambit ko matapos kong tumigil sa paglalakad saka rin siya tumigil.
"I'm dating you. Why would I be scared to my honey?" Tanong niya saka nag init ulo ko.
"Aish youth were so different now, right. Dating me? You're still not asking me and having my approval. And, Honey? Do you still love your life?" Galit kong sigaw habang siya nakangiti lang. Lumapit siya sakin saka kinurot yung ilong ko.
"You're really cute when you're piss off." Nakangiti niyang sambit.
"What?" Tanong ko.
"I'm Han Skymin. I can do everything I want. No one's allowed to tell me what to do." Hayys. Kayabangan nga naman. Ako nagtitimpi lang ako. Sa totoo lang gustong gusto ko na tong bugbugin. "Except you." He whispered.
"Huh?"
"Nothing." Sambit niya saka siya naglakad pero tumigil agad. "Know what? I tried my best to stop falling in love with you. But like counting all the stars in the sky, staring at the sun without sunglasses in one hour, and combining fire and water, I failed." Sambit niya saka siya tumuloy sa paglalakad. Ang weird naman niya. Naisip pa niya yun?
Tinanggal ko na yung lock ng bike ko. Natanaw ko si Maricx kaya pinuntahan ko agad.
"Akala ko iiwan mo na ko." Sambit ko habang nakangiti. "Oh. Hello, Suho." I noticed him as I vowed.
"Annyeong haseyo." Sambit niya saka siya nag vow.
"May napapansin ako sa inyong dalawa ah. It seems like you're always together. Yieee." Sambit ko saka ko tinulak si Maricx.
"We're groupmates for an assignment Ms. Do assigned for the upcoming singing contest."
"Ahh. I think I'm excused for that because I'm a contestant." Sambit ko. "Let's go." Pagyaya ko saka namin pinaandar yung mga bike namin.
Makaraan ang ilang minuto, malapit na kami sa bahay. Nagkukuwentuhan kami habang nagbabike pauwi. I mean, kami lang pala ni Maricx. Si Suho ata may ibang mundo. Napakatahimik niya ngayon. Pag nag uusap kami ni Maricx napapansin kong nakangiti siya kay Maricx. Something's going on here.
Itinigil ko ang bike ko nang matanaw ko yung bahay. Si Maricx at si Suho napatigil din matapos kong gawin yun.
"Why?" Maricx asked.
"Anong ginagawa niya dito?" Tanong ko saka sila sabay na napatingin sa bahay.
"Is he Sky?" Tanong ni Suho. Nagsalita rin. Napatingin sa kinaroroonan namin si Sky kaya nakita niya kami. Pinaandar nalang namin yung mga bike namin papunta sa bahay.
"What took you so long to went home?" Tanong niya sakin. "I've waited thousands of hours here."
"It's just twenty minutes. Is that seems like an hour for you?" Tanong ko sa kanya matapos kong tignan ang relo ko at namataang dalawampung minuto lang naman ang lumipas.
"25, actually." Pagtama ni Suho saka kami napatingin tatlo sa kanya.
"What are you doing here?" Tanong ko kay Sky.
"Psh. Stupid. Isn't it obvious? Of course I'm visiting you! Is that how you treat a visitor?" Ginawa pa kong stupido. Eh malay ko ba ayokong mag assume.
"Is confirmation stupid?" Tanong ko sa kanya saka death glare. "Why do you want to visit me?"
"Psh. Is that how you treat Taeshin when he visits you here? I envy him." Tanong niya habang hinahawakan niya yung noo niya at hinihilot.
"Taeshin's different to you."
"Alam niyo sa loob na kayo mag usap kanina pa kami nakatayo ni Suho dito!" Angal ni Maricx saka niya kami hinawi ni Sky sa harap ng pintuan at hinila si Suho papunta sa loob.
"Change clothes. Come with me." Utos niya saka siya bumalik sa kotse niya.
"But-" aangal pa sana ako kaso pumasok na siya sa loob ng kotse niya. "Hays bakit ba kailangan akong utusan ng lokong to?"
Pumasok nalang ako sa loob. Nakaupo si Suho habang nagse-cellphone at si Maricx may kinukuha sa cabinet niya.
Binaba ko nalang yung bag ko saka kumuha ng juice. Kumuha na rin ako ng tatlong baso para kay Suho at Maricx. Yung isa sakin. Anong akala niyo? Kay Sky? Hah! Never. Inilagay ko na sa tray yung juice at ipinatong sa lamesa.
"Here." Pag alok ko sa kanila na uminom ng juice.
"Your house is beautiful. I just live near here." Sambit ni Suho saka uminom ng juice.
"Jinja? Where?" Tanong ni Maricx.
"Based on your house location, I think just 10 houses away." He answered.
"When we finish here, can we go there?" Tanong ni Maricx.
"Ahh... Uhmm... If you want." Sagot niya habang nakangiti. Ngumiti rin si Maricx. Tsaka tumingin sakin ng seryoso.
"Bakit?" Tanong ko.
"Hindi mo ba yayayain yung bisita mo sa labas na pumasok o kaya uminom man lang?" Tanong sakin ni Maricx.
"Ihhh. Hayaan mo siya dun." Sambit ko saka ko kinuha yung juice ko sa table at ininom. "Bisita mo atupagin mo.
"Alam mo, nakakaawa naman. Puntahan mo na sa labas. Alam mo naman mababa ang temper nun eh." Pagyaya ni Maricx saka ako tumingin sa bintana. Andun pa din yung kotse ni Sky. Pumunta ako sa pintuan saka ko dahan dahang binuksan. Sumandal ako sa gilid ng pintuan habang naka cross arms at tinitignan lang siya dun sa loob na nagse-cellphone.
*phone ringing*
Kinuha ko yung cellphone ko at nakitang tumatawag si Sky. Sinagot ko naman.
"Why are you taking so long?" Tanong niya.
"Or you're taking so long to go outside the car and look at the door?" Tanong ko sa kanya saka siya tumingin sakin na nandito sa pintuan. Lumabas naman siya ng kotse niya at lumapit sakin.
"I told you to change your clothes." Utos na naman niya sakin.
"Are you telling me what to do?" Pagtataray ko sa kanya sabay taas ng kanang kilay. "And when do you want to tell me where we're going?" Tanong ko.
"You'll know when we're there." Sagot niya sa tanong ko.
"How are you sure I'm going with you?" Tanong ko sa kanya. Siyempre hindi naman ako sasama sa kanya agad agad noh.
"Do you know what I don't like a lot? Questions." Sambit niya saka ako binuhat na parang sako papunta sa kotse niya.
"Hey! Let me go! Yah!" Pagpupumiglas ko saka niya ako pinasok sa loob ng kotse niya at inilock yung pinto at pumasok siya sa driveseat.
Maricx' POV
"Does their tandem looks scary? They're always fighting and screaming. Isn't that uncompatible?" Tanong ni Suho habang pareho kaming nakasilip sa bintana at pinapanood si Laila at Sky.
"Do you know the motto 'The more you hate, the more you love'? I think I like their tandem more than Taeshin." Sagot ko sa kanya.
"Is our tandem also compatible?" Bulong niya.
"Huh?" Tanong ko saka ako napatingin sakanya.
"Ahhh. Nothing." Sagot niya habang nakangiti. Ang weird naman nito. Baka mamaya bumulong na ng spell to at maging daga ako dito.
Eunchae's POV
"Eunchae, it's not good anymore." Ahra talked.
"Is that what you want to say? Please, Ahra. I'm not interested." I asked as I stood up to walk out but she held my arms.
"Eunchae, I'm your friend. I'm telling you what's for the good."
"For who? For my good or for her? Am I really that important to you? Or it's just you're protecting her because you know I can beat her?" I asked seriously. "Ahra I protected your relationship with Taeshin against her even Sky broke up with me-"
"Which I hope you never did." She cut my words.
"What?" I asked with confusion.
"We misundertood everything. Taeshin broke up with me because he has a mission. Eunchae, the girl Sky's finding for a lot of years in the Philippines, it's her." She explained as I was shocked.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Taeshin knew it. But he thought Sky don't know because they're fighting so he planned to broke up with me. If he would be jealous against both of them, Sky really know everything. And he confirmed everything the night we're in the hospital."
"You know everything?" I asked. "Without telling me?"
"I just confirmed it to him yesterday. I also don't know anything."
"But you don't stop him, right? You know it's wrong. I'm still Sky's girlfriend if you stopped him doing this, Ahra!" She shouted as all of the people inside the coffee shop looked at us. "I'm your friend but you were with her? Even you know he's doing this to break your friend's relationship you're still on their side? What's the sense of having you as my friend?!!"
"You don't understand-"
"I do. It's clear. It's clear that you're betraying me. It's clear that you're betraying your friend!" She shouted as she stood up and walked outside the coffee shop. I just sighed in stress.
Laila's POV
Kanina pa kami nasa sasakyan nitong kutong to. Walang nagsasalita saming dalawa. Siya nagda-drive, ako nakabusangot. Saan ba kasi ako dadalhin nito?
Itinigil niya ang kotse sa tabi ng isang puno. Tinanggal niya yung seatbelt ko saka siya lumabas ng kotse at pinagbuksan ako ng cardoor.
"What place is this?" Tanong ko sa kanya.
"Can you walk for a long time? It'll be such a long way to get in there." Tanong niya sakin.
"But why? Can't we use your car instead?" Tanong ko sa kanya.
"We can use it." Oh yun pala eh. "But tell me first how to pass my car to a ladder." Hagdan?
"Okay, seriously. Where are we going?" Tanong ko sa kanya.
"Tell me if you're finally tired of walking. I know you're weak." Sambit niya saka niya isinarado yung cardoor at naglakad papalayo.
"Yah! I'm not weak! I'm not like you that can't walk in a long way and impatient!!" Sigaw ko sakanya saka tumakbo para maabutan ko siya. Sanay yata ako sa lakad. Palagi pag pupunta kami ni mama nung bata pa ko sa plaza, sa palengke o kaya magbabayad ng kuryente kahit sa kabilang bayan pa yun nilalakad namin yun. Hindi ako magpapatalo sa kutong to.
Katabi ko si kutong naglalakad. Kanina pa kami naglalakad dito. Grabe. Seryoso talaga siya na malayo ang lalakarin namin. Hindi naman sa pagod na ko pero, kanina ko pa kinakaskas yung braso ko ng kamay ko dahil ang lamig. Tingin ko ito ang problema.
Tumigil si Sky sa paglalakad kaya napatigil din ako ng konti. Tumingin ako sa kanya at nakita kong naghuhubad siya ng suit niya. Lumapit siya sakin at isinuot yung suit niya sakin.
"I told you to change clothes, right? You're making everything hard for you." Sambit niya saka hinawakan ang kamay ko at itinuloy ang paglalakad. Sumunod na lang ako. Kaya ko pa. Buti nalang hindi na ko gaanong nahihirapan.
Pero sa totoo lang mayamaya....
"Wait." Tawag ko sa kanya saka ako umupo sa gilid ng kalsada at tumingin siya sakin.. Ang sakit na ng paa ko. May heels ang sapatos ko. Kahit di ganun kataasan hindi ko na kayang maglakad kasi papataas yung daan. Ang ayoko sa lahat yung daang papaakyat dahil nakakapagod talaga yun. Seryoso saan ba ako dadalhin nito?
"Don't tell me you give up now?" Tanong niya saka ngumisi. Ayan na naman tayo sa ngisi mo Sky.
"We're not just walking, Sky. We're climbing up!" Reklamo ko saka ko hinilot hilot yung paa ko. Tumawa siya ng konti tsaka lumapit sakin at umupo. Hinawakan niya yung dalawang kamay ko saka tumalikod at ipinasan yung kamay ko sa leeg niya.
"Hold tight." Sambit niya saka niya ako binuhat. Hinawakan niya ang bandang dulo ng palda ko para takpan ang dapat takpan. Buti nalang pala may stockings ako kaya hindi ako ganun makikitaan.
Naglalakad kami nang bigla siyang ngumisi.
"Wae(why)?" Tanong ko sa kanya. Baliw na yata ito. Ngingiti ng walang dahilan.
"I think it's fun being with you." Sambit niya saka ngumisi.
"What do you mean?" Tanong ko saka ko siya binatukan pero hindi siya sumagot. Nakangiti lang siya.
"We're here." He told me saka niya ako ibinaba mula sa piggyback ride.
"Wait. Don't tell me we walk for so long and you'll just bring me to a highway?" Tanong ko sa kanya. Kasi nasa highway lang naman kami. Puro mga sasakyan.
"Aniyo(no)." Sagot niya saka siya may itinuro sa itaas ng bundok. "That's our destination." Waah?!!!
