ive been a fool

jaehyun was an exceptionally bad liar. it was the summer now- and he was being shipped off to america for the next school year. taeyong had already told him he was dropping out the week prior- and he felt an odd sensation of emptiness.

leaving behind his only friend to do god knows what is a scary thing. especially since his mental health had been on a decline for months.

he begged his parents to let him stay– but after they found the identity and status of the boy he was 'seeing'– they thought it was disgusting, so they were moving him to america with his aunt and uncle to 'straighten him out ' (no pun intended),

he didn't want to tell taeyong- he was stressed enough as it was. it was just that they'd shared almost every day for the past three years of their lives together. dropping out of the others life would be a disaster.

when jaehyun saw taeyong that night, he didn't tell him he was leaving- but he did leave him with a kiss he never would've thought he could've gotten to courage to give.
