It was Sunday night and Shanks was in the kitchen cooking dinner while you were chilling with the boys in the living room.
You had your head on Laws lap taking your usual pre-dinner nap with Zoro who was using you as a pillow while he had his legs on Killers lap, he sat next to Law and Luffy was sprawled out across the floor, watching Evil Lives here on Destination America.
Kid let out a slight yawn as he stretched his limbs then laid back in his recliner, it's costume made leather groaning from the movement. " Dinner is done! Come and eat!" Shanks called from the kitchen. Everyone got up and shuffled to the kitchen, Law sighed realizing that it was now up to him to wake you and Zoro up.
" Zoro-ya, ___-ya wake up the foods done" he cupped both sides of your face and wiggled it side to side while nudging Zoro's side with his foot.
' Mmmm...what is touching me?' you thought and lift your eyelids slightly to see a pair of silver eyes staring at you. " Morning sleepy head" law chuckled " If you sleep all day then Luffy will eat all your food."
That woke you up. You rose to your feet and proceeded to bite Zoros pants leg and tug him off the couch and on the floor. Shaking your head violently and made his body shake back and forth until he got up and started yelling " Oi! Cut that shit out dammit!!" He went to reach for his pants but you quickly dragged him into the kitchen.
He squirmed and yelled when you turned the corner and dragged him to his seat. You finally let go of his leg and nagged him with a spring of barks ' Hurry up and sit before Luffy eats your food idiot!' You implied through your barking. He hushed you by flicking your nose harshly before sitting down.
' Dick ' you huffed as you rubbed at your nose with your paw. You skipped happily to your food corner to find a variety of goods. There were seven huge turkey legs, a whole chicken, a mountain of berries, and a bowl filled with bones, gravy, and scraps. Drooling up a storm you plunged into your meal, savoring every bite.
Everyone at the table engaged in a conversation on small subjects in their daily lives and school was one of them. You always wondered what school was, being a werewolf you couldn't exactly just decided to randomly go to school. It's troublesome actually, little things that wolves do could get us caught easily by the monster hunters of the R.O.M.C.C.
You stopped eating.
'H-how do I...that?'

Sighing you pushed the thought aside for later and continued to eat your food.
Kid decided to ignore the topic Shanks had brought up about his constant detentions and behavior at school. He sighed and turned his head to steal a glance of you. He raised a nonexistent eyebrow " Hey " he said " is it me or did ___ get...bigger?"
His question earned a confused look from the teens and they all shared a glance at you. They eyed your body up and down as you were occupied with stuffing your face in a bowl to lick it clean. Shanks hums and smiles " ____ come here girl" he cooed. Hearing his call you perk up and trot over to him. Bringing your bowl to tag along you set it on his lap then wag your tail. 'Feed me human that I love!' You demanded in your mind and your look said it all. He smiled down at you and grabbed the bowl and placed it on the table " Of Course you can have more sweetie but daddy wants to see how tall you are that okay?" He asked and you barked in agreement.
He leads you to the back porch where there was a small corner that connected the dining room and the porch.
You walked over and stood with your head pressed up to the wall. He picked up a blue crayon from a shelf and quickly jotted down your height before reading it aloud for the boys to hear " 5 foot...5?!" The boys jumped and ran to the porch to find Shanks trembling slightly, clutching onto the crayon for comfort before it snapped in half.
" S...she...she was barely 4 inches tall when he first got her.." He mumbled incoherently under his breath.
' Really?' Looking over your shoulder you take a look at what was written on the wall and to your surprise you have gotten taller. You smirked and puffed out your chest and held your head up high ' Ha! Now I'm tall enough to reach the cookie jar bitches!' You wagged your tail rapidly at your newly found advantage in this house.
" You know that would explain the constant changes in her appetite " Law spoke, softly stroking his quotee. Killer nods " I'll call the Vet and schedule an appointment" going on his phone and dialing a number.
You stopped and straightened up at Killer who now held up his phone to his ear, expecting someone to answer, you, However, had other plans. You ran over to him and stood up on your hand's legs then snatched his phone away ' Nuh- uh, fuck that!!' You screamed and burst through the door and outside.
Everyone stood there with a shocked look plastered on their faces. This was a first for you so of course they're gonna be surprised! You're usually well behaved.
Killer took half a second to think things through before high tailing it after your ass.
Smoker sat at his desk pissed off at the world. There were papers scattered on the floor, various food packages lying around, coffee mugs piled high on his desk, and he was down to his last two cigars that he was currently nursing on.
He was trying to solve the Red Line Lake case and he knew he hadn't made a single dent in the cursed thing! And it was driving him insane. After dealing with you there were several more bodies found at the lake and to make it worse several of the bodies were matched up with a few missing child cases that went unsolved. He needed a breakthrough and he needed it fast because his gut was telling him "or else worse is yet to come".
" Captin!" A feminine voice snapped him out of his thoughts as his partner burst through his door with an alarmed look on her face. Smoker groaned and leaned back in his chair " what is it now Tashigi " he said slightly annoyed with her presence.
" I hate to bother you when your busy but...." She hesitated and that set off his buzzer.
" For god's sake, woman SPEAK!!" Smoker growled and slammed a fist on his desk causing all of the mugs to fall on the floor with a 'crash' she jumped at the sudden flash of anger towards her and squeaked out the rest of the sentence " There are several calls about a wolf running around some neighborhoods. We have yet to classify it as a threat or not!"
Smoker was about to lash out again but stopped himself " wait" he started "did you say wolf?" His partner nods " Yes sir and by the looks of it a big one. A few people mistook it for a bear."
"How come?"
" Well, a few people reported
' A wolf...brown fur...large enough to resemble a bear..' A lightbulb went off in his mind as he took a deep swig of his cigar, then proceeding to exhale a huge cloud of smoke.
" Tashigi"
" Yes...captain Smoker?"
" Select a few officers who and go after it. I believe we might've found a little breakthrough for the Red Line lake killer" he breathed and felt a sudden sense of relief sweep over him.
" I'm dead. I'm so fucking dead " you told your self. You were currently hiding from Killer behind an Mc Donald's drive-through menu, curled up in a ball trying to blend in with the background. " Gosh Darnit ___ you just haaaad to steal his phone. I mean what's so bad about the vet anyway? I have never been to a vet!" You spoke and pawed your head out of frustration, giving a small whine once you felt a headache beginning to surface.
"Okay ___ breathe in, breathe out..breathe in....breathe out..." Now you started to cool down and chill for a bit before biting the lemon and going home. " But first lemme scroll through his gallery" and with that you unlocked his phone and proceeded with the evil deed.
Killer sighed a depressed sigh as he stared outside the passenger window of Kids truck. Kid didn't like seeing his blonde companion in this state of mind. Once you and killer took off everyone except Shanks piled up in his truck to go and capture the both of ya but sadly he only found a tired and sweaty Killer, who was sitting on a corner panting a dozen blocks away.
Being so caught up with his friend he didn't hear the woman ask for his order. " Sir?! Can you tell me what the hell you want to eat? I don't have all day!" She groaned and with that attitude of hers, you could tell she was one of those major bitch employee's that worked there.
Kid's temper reached way to pass his limit. Before he knew it his foot slammed on the gas pedal and sped up to the screen window of the fast food franchise madder than Luffy who realized his food wasn't ordered. The moment he saw a head full of pink hair...he had a feeling he might get arrested that night.
Who did Kid see? Will there be a part 2? Maybe there will maybe there won't. Sorry for taking so long to update, school still has me fucked up bad and I tend to sleep a lot.
