I never really took time and reflected, you know? Like all teenage girls I have other stuff to do: crazy teachers, stacks of homework, work obsessed parents, dramatic girls, and uncaring guys. See I have a pretty tight schedule.
Anyway, I had no idea that a single flannel (seriously it's like one piece of fabric). I also had no idea that it would be my mom's, supposedly, missing brother.
Yea, that's a long story. Let me give you the 5 second version: Uncle went to school, didn't come back home, police couldn't find him, all this was 20 years ago, he was 17 (he'd be 37 now).
So no one heard from him in 20 years until I picked up a flannel from the local thrift store and he started to try and kill me every time I wore it. So, yea, what's new with you?
