The little creature looked at her. Her pretty face, her button nose, her cheerful smile. He purred as she stroked his head. Giggling, she said, "Don't worry. You're safe now... Mano."
She smiled down at him. A beautiful beast, with fur that had the night sky woven into it. She loved him. She was already attached.
