Funny Story!
(Anyone who has ever dressed a child will love this one!!)
Did you ever hear the story of the pre-school teacher helping a student put his wellington boots on his feet?
He asked her for help and she could see why.
Even with her pulling and pushing, the wellies didn't want to go on.
By the time she got the wellies on, she had worked up a sweat.
She almost cried when the little boy told her, "Miss, they're on the wrong feet."
She looked, and sure enough, they were.
It wasn't easier pulling off the wellies than putting them on.
She kept her cool, however. She managed to get the wellies back on, but this time on the correct feet.
Than the boy announced. "These aren't my wellies."
She bit her tounge, so she wouldn't get in his face and scream. "Then why didn't you say so?!"
No sooner than when she got the wellies off he said,
"My mom sent me to school with them. They're my brothers."
She didn't know weather to laugh or cry.
But, she mustered up the grace and courage to slip the boy's wellies back on his feet.
Helping him into his coat she asked, "Now where are your gloves?"
The boy smiled and said, "They're in the toes of my wellies."
