@sapphire: after reading the shocking comments on my last post, it has come to my attention that a certain post from a news outlet sparked all of this hate.
the only thing i've got to say is that don't believe everything you read on the internet. social media is different from real life, and the things that go on here sometimes doesn't match what really happens. everything can get twisted and turned under the hands of malicious people by just editing out or exaggerating or assuming things based off of a single picture/video.
we're more than just pictures on the internet with fake gossip attached to it. we're actual people, with real feelings and real lives. you cannot just immediately assume that you actually know what's going on after reading gossips or news online. please delve deeper than that before saying things that could hurt other people. thank you. 💗

And Sean immediately ran inside the house, looking for the girl he grew worried for after seeing all the drama bump up on social media. She was fine through text but Sean knew there was more to it than that.
"Where's Sapphire?" Sean hurriedly asked Kenneth who was watching TV.
"She's with the others in the entertainment room." Kenneth had a look of pity in his eyes. "She didn't deserve any of that."
"She really doesnt," Sean muttered, shaking his head angrily as he remembered all the comments that were downright rude and negative. How can people carry the weight of so much hate in their hands?
Not wasting any time at all, he ran up the stairs two steps at the time and he bursted through the entertainment room's doors.
The tension in his body released dramatically as relief replaced it when he heard and saw Sapphire laugh at something Nat showed her. The way her eyes lightened up upon seeing Sean made the boy's heart skip a beat, his arms automatically engulfing the girl in a warm hug when she stood up.
Sean inhaled her scent, burying his head at the top of her head. "I was gone for like the majority of this day, and something like this comes up. Tell me, Case, this drama is spicy."
Sean felt her laugh against his chest, and he pulled away to see her finding hilarity amongst all of this. My strong girl.
"I honestly do not know," she genuinely said, "we were just walking to the elevators when paps appeared. And hours later, when I checked my phone to post, it blew up with comments."
"She was shook," Bailey commented, "like literally shook, meme kind of shook because she didn't know where it all came from."
"But now it's fine. I just didn't mind it at all." Sapphire shrugged indifferently, but Sean knew her by heart, and he could see that this bothered her.
"Can you guys leave us for a minute?" Sean requested, "we just have to talk."
The girls complied immediately, standing up and leaving them at peace on their own. Julian was a little reluctant, but with Nat's push, he gave the two privacy. Once Lexee, the last one, was out the door, Sean stared deeply into Sapphire's eyes that were wide in wonder.
"Now spill," Sean seriously said, "I know you're not okay at all."
Sapphire's smile dropped, her eyes flickering a little under the light in the room.
"What do you mean? I'm perfectly fine. See!" She took a little twirl infront of Sean with a slight giggle, but the boy didn't miss how her eyes looked forced.
Sean sighed, "S, you know you can talk to me right?"
It hurt Sean to see her like this; like she was physically pained by every word that was thrown at her. Sean knew her better this time, and he knew she was keeping up this facade to convince herselfthat she was fine.
With a defeated sigh, her lips quivered as she let her walls down.
"I just don't get it, Sean," she quietly whispered, biting her lip, "I don't get how people would just immediately believe the things they read, and then say negative things about a person they don't really know. I don't get it.
"Words hurt. They really do," she sniffled, and Sean could see how she was holding back from actually releasing her tears.
He pulled her close, and gently scooped her up. Her arms automatically went around his neck, her legs wrapped around his waist, and her head rested on his chest while he walked over to the couch.
Carefully, he laid down on his back, letting Sapphire comfortably snuggle herself into Sean.
His fingertips slowly raked through her hair, weaving softly through the locks as he hummed a mellow tune in her ear. He could feel Sapphire's breathing go from rigid to relaxed, her body relaxing into Sean's as they laid in the warm position.
But moments on, Sean felt wetness in the middle of his shirt. He didn't care if he was going to be drenched, or if this was his favorite shirt. This was his favorite girl, and he'd let her cry over all of his sweaters if he had to.
Kissing the top of her head, he rubbed her back comfortingly, silently urging her to release all of it.
"I don't get it. I don't get it. I don't get it," she repeated over and over again, her voice cracking amidst the sobs, "why are people so hateful?"
"Because they think they have the right to judge people," he replied, "even though they clearly don't."
"I didn't do anything wrong, S, I promise. I didn't cheat on you, I would never do that — Oh god, please, never." The pain in the way she said it made Sean's heart ache. "I just—"
"Ssh, relax, baby," Sean whispered, rubbing circles in her back as she hiccuped. "I believe you. Please don't let them affect you like this — they don't deserve any of these tears."
"But it hurts, Sean, it does." She sniffled, her hands balling up into tiny fists at her sides. "Words can hurt, too."
"I know, baby, I know." Sean gently tipped her head up the slighest, his thumbs wiping away the tears under her eyes.
Her red rimmed eyes met Sean's, and Sean felt every single bit of hurt she felt. Sean almost wanted to bash people's heads against the wall after seeing how torn she looked.
"You know, being the person I am, I would have ignored this and carried on with my life," she chuckled bitterly through the remnants of tears, hiccuping a little, "but everything's so different now. Everything is a lot bigger, and it's getting a little harder to cope up with."
"You're one of the strongest people I know, S." Sean softly smiled as he playfully teased her. "Are you going to let these dummies beat you down?"
Sapphire paused to think about it, her head tilting to rest on Sean's chest while she stared at nothingness. And then she turned her head, with the familiar glint of lightheartedness in her eyes.
"I guess not," she giggled quietly, "I should fight off the big bad wolves."
"That's right! Beat them with your punches, and scare them off!" Sean exclaimed, his hands doing comical gestures that made the girl laugh even more.
"And then they'll go away, and they won't come back unless I let them!" She continued, wiping the remaining wetness on her cheeks with a grin on her face.
Sean gently helped her wipe off the tear streaks that were left, his fingers gently gliding on her skin until his hands rested on the opposite sides of her face.
"But before we fight off wolves," he said, "I left your milkshake and ice cream downstairs. But you'll eat dinner first. Deal?"
She sniffled, and then nodded with enthusiasm. "It's a deal!"
