Emily's pov
"I know that you don't wish to know who the biological mother or father is, however, I can tell you that our scientists have cultured blastocysts from both of your ova and have chosen embryos to implant into the surrogates uterus"
"I'm sorry, but I'm an English teacher and biology is definitely not my strong suit"
Dr. Ward laughs at me before explaining the process to me in English
"The scientists have put fertilised eggs into the surrogates womb" she smiles
"So what happens now?" Emily asks, scribbling notes onto her notepad
"We have successfully began the process of pregnancy, so now we treat this as a normal pregnancy. The surrogate will go to regular scans and will carry your child. Congratulations Emily and Alison, you are pregnant" Dr. Ward grins
Emily's pov
"Do you think we should've adopted?" I ask
"Why? Do you?"
"I'm just worried because I know that you really wanted a boy and you know pregnancy is a fifty-fifty chance"
"Emily babe, a few months ago I had a long conversation with Hanna and she basically told me to get my shit together because having another baby wouldn't make our family perfect, because it already is. She reminded me of what I already have. Em, I don't care whether we have a girl, a boy or a fucking alien. All I want is to have another child with the woman I love, I want Lily and Grace to be big sisters and I want our already perfect family to grow" Alison passionately says before flashing me a flirtatious smirk
I smile while I pull her hair away from her face, I anticipated kissing her however, I get lost in her eyes and begin to lovingly process every detail of her face
"What?" She awkwardly giggles
"You are so beautiful"
"No I'm not" Ali sheepishly blushes
"Yeah you are. You are gorgeous inside and out"
"Are you saying that because I finally got rid of the bangs?"
"No" I giggle "But I do prefer your hair like this, because I get to see more of your beautiful face" I run my hand between her long hair as she traces her fingertips along her; as Lily and Grace say 'naked forehead'
"You're such a dork" Alison smiles, standing up from the sofa
"Can you believe we are actually going to be moms again?" I excitedly ask, following her to the kitchen
"Don't jinx it. But I can't wait, just another nine months"
"Are we still waiting until the end of the first trimester to tell anyone?"
"Yes, just in case. Touch..."
"Touch wood" I finish Ali's sentence while over estimating my strength as I almost knock myself out by hitting my head
"Wow, are you okay Muhammad Ali?" Alison laughs as I fall into the worktops
"That's a bit of an exaggeration, but, yes I am okay" I giggle
"We need to start thinking of girl names" I tell Ali
"No we don't because it's going to be a little boy"
"What makes you think that? Did you slip them a tenner to pick a male embryo?"
"One no, two I don't even know if you can chose the sex of the baby and three I can just feel that it's going to be a boy. We already have two gorgeous princesses and we'll soon have a handsome prince, plus we've already decorated the nursery for a boy"
"I think it's going to be a little girl" I tell Alison
"Well we'll have to wait and see" she laughs, grabbing cans of pop from the fridge
"I think that if we have a girl we should call her Emerson because I love that name and if we have a boy we should stick with the name we choose"
"Do you still like Noah?"
"Yeah. Don't you?"
"I don't know anymore, I would say Emerson for either boy or girl"
"I like Noah because like we said Lily and Grace both have short names, with their huge last names. Do we really want a long first name with our long surname?"
"Grace Jessica DiLaurentis-Fields, Lily Pam DiLaurentis-Fields and Noah Wayne DiLaurentis-Fields. Alison, Emily, Grace, Lily and Noah" Alison mutters
"Or Grace Jessica DiLaurentis-Fields, Lily Pam DiLaurentis-Fields and Emerson Wayne DiLaurentis-Fields. Alison, Emily, Grace, Lily and Emerson. Uck I don't know" She continues
"Are they both for boys?"
"Well Emerson Wayne DiLaurentis-Fields, would be for our daughter or son"
"Wayne? For a girls middle name?"
"Yes Emily, because you're dad was the best guy we knew and girls can have male middle names"
"Okay. So we are definitely either doing Noah or Emerson?"
"I don't know but we are definitely having a boy. I'm telling you, I think when Mrs. Grunwald pulled me out of the ground some of her powers passed from her hand into me because I swear to fuck I can see the future"
"If that did happen then why did you hide it all these years? I mean seeing the future would've been good when A was trying to kill us"
"They've only just started to work. I mean, I'm ninety percent sure that over the past few months my eyes have became more blue. I'll look like her soon"

"Whatever Emily" Alison sighs, walking back to the living room

"You know that saying don't be mad makes it more likely for me to be mad?"
"I won't tell you then, I'll just wait till you find out yourself" She sighs
"Uck Emily you can't do that. Just tell me"
"Okay, So I was trying to send you a text about the baby being a girl and I kind of, accidentally...sent it to Hanna"
"For fuck sake. What did you say? Can we pretend you were talking about something else?"
"No" she sighs handing me her phone
