Carmen and Niall have been friends for as long as they both can remember, they were always at each others side.
Niall leaves to try out for the X-factor, leaving Carmen broken, she was devastated. Her best friend would leave. but she would support him all the way.
Carmen is sick, they found out she had a disease which hadn't got a cure. Carmen knew she had feelings for Niall, and those feelings kept her alive. but now Niall leaves.
they meet again when Carmen is rushed into the hospital. She finds out he is in a world famous boy band. She has to fight her disease, her feelings, Niall's band mates and the change of fame.
Niall is shocked to see her again, he didn't see her until now. he was worried about Carmen, but now he heard she was sick, it made him only more concerned.
