The way you make me feel
Like I am nothing
Not even a crack in the sidewalk
Like I don't matter
But I should be used to this
I never really did matter
And yet it comes as a surprise every time
And everyday I think it will be different
That you will care
But after a while everyone stops caring
No one wants to keep fixing someone so broken
Day after day it's all the same
And for some reason it still hurts
But you don't have to know the pain
I would hate it if you did
Because for you to know pain is a sin
Because no one should hurt you
And although I say I hate you
I really don't, I hate myself
