Dean sits in the hospital waiting room, his knee bouncing up and down with his face in his hands.
She has to be okay, she just has to be. thinks Dean trying to convince himself that you would be alright
Dean was right by the time they got you to the hospital down the road, you were almost gone. You were on the verge of death. Luckily by some miracle, the doctors have seemed to keep you alive so far at least no one has come out to inform Dean you have passed away and he is the one who brought you here.
"Come on, sweetheart. Hang on." said Dean, almost pleading as he held you bridal style in his arms while heading towards the Impala
You were still breathing it was slower than normal and definitely more than it should be. Still, it was good news to Dean since that meant you are still alive just unconscious at the moment.
"Okay, Argent, I really don't want to be doing to your funeral instead of our date so...so just don't give up, fight it." said Dean while placing you in the backseat of Baby
Dean then rushed to get in the driver's seat before speeding, going as fast as possibly can, to the hospital.
Now all Dean has to do is sit, wait for a nurse or doctor and worry about you.
Is waiting this long a good sign or a bad one? thinks Dean while still bouncing his leg
Sam is now on his way to the hospital after being delayed due to having to help burn the bodies of the werewolves. Dean has no clue where your parents are.
"Everything is going to be fine." says Dean again trying to convince himself
"Dean?" He hears a voice say
Dean looks up to see Allison Argent, your little sister.
"Do I know you?" asks Dean, who never has seen Allison before
"I'm Allison, Y/N's little sister." says Allison while sitting down next to Dean with sadness swirling in her eyes
"Oh, I'm Dean Winchester." introduces Dean softly
"Yeah, the guy who is dating Y/N." says Allison a forced smile
Dean nods a slightly pink tint forming on his cheeks.
"Do-do you know what happened?" asks Allison with a small sniffle while she tries to repress her tears
Dean remembers you telling him that Allison has no clue about the supernatural so he scrambles to come up with a lie.
"What happened was...-" starts to lie, Dean, until a nurse cuts him off
"Anyone here for a....Y/N Argent?" calls out a nurse
"We are." says Dean and Allison in unison as they both quickly get to their feet
"Are you both family?" asks the nurse eying them both curiously
"He isn't, but the rest of us are." booms Chris answering the nurse as Victoria and he walk up to the nurse
Dean's brows scrunch up when Victoria shoots him a glare.
"Well, as long as there is one family member I can tell you. Y/N lost a lot of blood and we lost her for a few seconds." begins the nurse, her words causing Dean to suck in a deep, scared breath
"But we have her stable now after stitching her up and giving her some fluids. The bad news is she's in a coma due to her head trauma. We don't know when or if she'll wake up." says the nurse making Dean's stomach drop
Y/N might not wake up. Thinks Dean causing fear to course through him
"Can we see Y/N now?" asks Chris though Dean doesn't detect an ounce of sadness in his voice just firmness
"Yes, I'll show you to Y/N's room." answers the nurse
The nurse starts down the hallway and Dean starts to follow after her until Chris placing a hand on his chest stops him.
"You aren't going back there, son. Sit down." barks Chris while Allison and Victoria follow the nurse
Anger bubbles up in Dean's chest as he looks at Chris's hand on his shoulder before his eyes trail up to look in Chris's. Dean's eyes now holding a fire in them that wasn't there before.
Dean opens his mouth to argue but Sam Winchester calling his name distracts Dean for a second. That second is enough time to give Chris time to get down the hall.
"Damn it." mumbles Dean annoyed at himself for letting Chris get away while Sam rushed up to Dean
"Is Y/N alright?" asks Sam oblivious to the fact he just ruined Dean's chances of getting back to your room easily
"She's in a coma....they don't know if she'll wake up." answers Dean softly, a small crack in his voice
"Y/N will be okay, she's a fighter." says Sam while placing a hand on Dean's shoulder to comfort him
"Yeah, but I don't know if that's enough." says Dean looking back at where the rooms are, sadness and worry gleaming in his green eyes
In the hospital room, Victoria, Chris, and Allison are all gathered looking at you. Tubes and wires are all in your body as you breathe calmly and steadily almost unnervingly perfect. Bandages are wrapped on almost every part of your body. Allison runs to your bedside tears rivering down her face as she sobs for her dear older sister.
"She should have been more careful." says Chris with a hard look, not an ounce of emotion in his eyes
Dean sits still in the waiting room next to Sam watching for anyone of the Argents to exit so he can try and see if they will sneak him back to you. Sadly though Chris is the first one to show up.
"I want to see her." says Dean rushing to stand in front of the older man
"Yeah, well, that's too bad cause as long as I'm around you won't." says Chris with a glare
"Why?" asks Dean, who didn't get Chris's sudden beef with him
"Because you're not good enough for my daughter." answers Chris with a glare
"Yeah, like you're the dad of the year. Who sends their daughter into a place where an Alpha of Alpha's werewolf is waiting all alone?" retorts Dean with an equally harsh glare
"Stay away from my daughter or you'll regret. By the way, I already told the nurses and doctors you aren't allowed to be in Y/N's room so good luck getting back there." says Chris with a look of victory in his eyes as he thinks he has beaten the young man in front of him
Chris passes by Dean heading out the front door.
I'm going to see Y/N no matter what it takes. Thinks Dean with sheer determination while he stares after Chris
Dean tried to sneak his way past the nurses but every time he would get caught by either a nurse or a doctor. Finally, Dean though got back to your hospital room, the bad news is Victoria hadn't left yet and promptly kicked him out before he even laid eyes on you. Dean gave up trying to get your room for tonight after him plus Sam was thrown out by security but internally vowed to see you in the morning.
Dean awoke the next morning to his phone ringing with a groan he quickly grabs it. He checks the caller ID and immediately hope sparks in his eyes.
"Y/N?" He says as he answers a slightly breathless sound in his voice
"No...uh, it's Allison. I didn't have your number so I used Y/N's phone." responds Allison Argent as she stands in your hospital room
Dean's face falls a little as disappointment creeps in.
"Oh....well, um, is everything okay?" asks Dean after he racked his brain for why the younger Argent has called him
The only thing Dean could up with is that either something good has happened to you or something very bad. He really hopes it's not the latter of the two.
"Yeah, um, she's still unconscious but she's stable.....the doctor's though say after 24 hours though her chances of recovery are going to go down a lot." answers Allison with a sniffle
"Oh...I'm sorry." says Dean, not sure what to reply with, though he feels his heart clench
"Um, I actually called you to tell you my parents aren't here right now and I don't know when they will be back so you need to hurry if you want to see her, but if you do, I'll sneak you up to Y/N's room." responds Allison
"Really?" asks Dean now sitting straight up in bed
"Yeah." answers Allison a soft, sad smile on her face
"I'll be right there." says Dean before he hangs up and swiftly stands up
I'm really going to push Baby today. Thinks Dean Winchester before he slips on his shoes and heads out the front door
Dean rushes into the hospital his heart beating incredibly fast and only speeds up with he sees Allison waiting for him.
"You have to hurry." says Allison grabbing Dean's arm tugging him towards your room
Dean doesn't reply as he is too distracted by his heartbeat pounding in his ears.
"Okay, here we are." says Allison shoving Dean inside your room
Dean shakes out of Allison's grip as she checks to make sure nobody saw her sneak Dean in. Dean heads towards the curtain that hides you from him, feeling like he is in a trance. He can also still hear his heart pounding as Dean reaches his hand up to the curtain. Dean pulls back the curtain in a Grey's Anatomy fashion to see you. Dean's breath quickly leaves him.
You're paler than normal and you are covered in a lot gaze but seeing you're alive gives Dean some glimmer of hope.
"The doctors say she can hear you if you decide you want to talk to her....I'll give you some privacy." says Allison now standing by Dean's side
"Thank you for sneaking me up here." says Dean slowly, a soft grateful smile forming on his face
"It's no problem, I...uh, I, this might be silly, but I thought if you talked to her, you might get her to wake up. The doctor's said that hearing us might remind her of what she has here and it could get her to wake up. I thought you might get her to wake up, everyone else has tried and failed." says Allison softly
She-she thinks I can get her to wake up? Thinks Dean slightly shocked and a bit stunned
"I'll be back." says Allison giving Dean a small smile which he returns forcedly before she heads out of your room
Dean makes his way to your bed slowly before he sits down in the chair next to your bed. Softly and almost hesitantly he reaches his hand out to take your hand in his.
"Hey sweetheart, it's me, Dean." says Dean
"The, uh, doctors I guess say you can hear us so if that's true sweetheart, maybe you can give me a sign or something." says Dean with a hopeful look as he scans over you
Normally Dean hates chick flick moments like these but right now, he needs one.
Your hand twitches a little barely enough for Dean to notice, barely enough that Dean thinks he might have just imagined it, but still a smile
slips onto Dean's lips. Tears of a little bit of happiness and hope gather in Dean's eyes.
"Thanks, Y/N. I...uh, I need that." admits Dean quietly as he wipes away some of the tears on his face with his free hand
"Look, you know, I hate talking about my feelings unless I'm drunk or something....but here I am about to talk about them without a sip of liquor so...so you are pretty special for me to be doing this." says Dean trying to lighten the air and maybe trying to play his feelings off
"You scared the crap out of me, Y/N, I thought you were gone when I saw you on that floor with blood surrounding you. I thought that I was going to lose you before I even got to really know you. I was scared...I am still scared that I am going to lose you...I can't lose you Y/N. I have feelings for you and I can't bare the thought of loosing you without showing you those feelings." says Dean looking down at his shoes with more tears slowly falling down
"Plus you promised me a date, Y/N, and I'm going to be pretty upset if you break that." adds Dean now looking at your face
Dean scans over at you almost waiting like, almost expectantly. Like he is waiting for you to wake up, but you don't.
My whole life I never got what I wished for, why would that change now? Thinks Dean letting out a sad sigh
Until the hospital room slamming open ruins the moment.
"What the hell are you doing in her?" booms Chris as his eyes land on Dean
"Dad, stop. I let him in." says Allison hurrying in the room after her father
"Why?...Actually that doesn't matter. I'm getting security." says Chris
"No." protests Dean standing up, your hand still in his
"What?" asks Chris
"I'm staying." responds Dean with a strong look that shows he means what he says
"Really? Because now I think I should throw you out myself." says Chris taking an threatening step closer
"I would like to see you try." says Dean letting go of your hand to step closer to the Argent
"Guys-" starts Allison not wanting a fight to start right now
"That's funny because I would also like to see you try to stop me." interrupts Chris getting in Dean's face
"Stop!"

Honestly I think Dean is going to be the vessel for Michael, like to me it's the only thing that makes sense, but I feel like that is so over that it can't be that, you know? Also what the hell is wrong with the CW? They aren't going to do Wayward Sisters?! I'm disappointed and sad. I was really looking forward to seeing more of Jody, Alex, Claire, and mostly Sheriff Donna.
