2nd Person POV
It started out relatively normal - you were doodling in your notebook as the teacher rambled on about how to cook or something when you heard the words 'group project'.
Needless to say, you nearly had a heart attack.
You glanced around the room to spot Teruteru, the kind-of-creepy-but-also-kind-of-cute chef in your class. With your luck, you were bound to get put with him.
You dismissed the thought, until you realised that everyone was approaching their friends.
You didn't have friends in this class.
"Hey, wanna be in a group?"
Heart attack #2.
"O-Oh, hi. Teruteru." You forced a smile. "Sure, yeah, just... yeah."
"Nice. So, what were you thinking?"
"M-Me? Well, I um—"
"I just figured someone as pretty as you must have a high IQ."
Heart attack #3.
If you were drinking, you would have done a spit-take. "W-What?"
"You heard me." He leaned in slightly. "I called you pretty and smart."
You shuffled back, and he laughed. "So easy to get flustered. You're definitely the most fun." ((I swear his isn't a lemon lol))
"H-Huh?" It took a second for the penny to drop. "Why you little—"
"Perv? Yeah, yeah, whatever, now, what're you thinking?"
"About that..."
He smirked smugly, his eyes glistening with a slight sense of pride. "You weren't listening were you?"
"I- uh - no - um - Fine... I wasn't..."
He petted your h/c hair before covering his nose. "Um, I-I'll be right back." Wait, was he nervous? Without another flirtatious comment he sped off to the bathroom.
Teruteru's POV
My nose was bleeding, my nose was bleeding, ah, no, why?
The second I got into the bathroom, I stared at myself in the mirror, wiping away the blood. "Okay, Teruteru, relax." I told myself. "She probably doesn't even like you anyway."
"My interest has been piqued."
"Dammit, Nagito, what'd you want?" I turned to see the one and only person who dared to spoil my fun, Nagito Komaede.
"I spotted you with that Y/N character. She doesn't seem your type."
"What that's supposed to mean."
The blonde ran his fingers though his hair. "Nothing, nothing. I'm just curious."
"Relax, I just want to ask her out."
"Ah, I see." Nagito winked. "Alright then. Need advice?"
"Me? Need advice? From you?" I chuckled at the thought. "No thanks, now leave me alone."
"It was only a suggestion. Just... don't be a perv, okay?" And with that slice of 'advice', Nagito stopped looming in the doorway like a creep and left me alone.
I re-stared at myself. "Okay." I told myself. "I can do this."
Y/N's POV
I was forced to finish the project on my own (with a little help from some of my fellow classmates) and was about to leave the classroom when I saw Teruteru stroll up to me. I didn't want to get him pissed at me, so I stayed quiet about the project and asked him politely where he was.
"Oh, hehe, yeah... I was just in the bathroom."
I was tempted to ask him what took him so long, but I figured that I didn't want to know. The short figure then asked if I was willing to meet him by the gates in the school courtyard. I said yes, hesitantly, and only asked if Nagito could accompany us.
"Am I that suspicious?"
"Yes, yes you are."
"Fine..." He grumbled, before perking up again. "See you there!" Again, he dashed off.
You chuckled to yourself. "What a character..."

Teruteru had forced Nagito to just sit in one of the bushes, so that him and I could be alone but I could still feel comfortable.
So, there we were. He was leaning against the gate while I shuffled from foot to foot.
"So..." I mumbled. "What did you need?"
"Omelette you in on a secret. You and I would brie perfectly gouda. Life would be feta if we were togetha. We'll be grate." He cleared his throat. "Y/N L/N, will you go on a date with me?"
Heart attack #4.
"Just a date?"
"Yup!"
"Definitely."
