Your POV
I currently looked at the positive pregnancy test in my hand. My hands were shaking and I didn't know what to do.
"Y/n, you are going to be alright. It's not the end of the world," Aaliyah told me.
I gulped, "Yeah, right."
I threw the test away and exited the bathroom, Aaliyah following behind. How am I going to tell him?
Shawn's POV
I heard the bathroom door open and I was thankful because I had a meeting soon and I needed to get ready.
"Took them long enough," I mumbled before heading to the bathroom.
I opened the door and I found a huge mess. Great. They didn't clean up after themselves. I suddenly noticed something in the trash can that I didn't recognize.
"What the hell?" I said as I picked it up.
A positive pregnancy test. There's no way in hell that this is Y/n's. My eyes widened.
"So that's why she's been acting so suspicious!" I whispered to myself.
I stormed out of the bathroom, not caring that I had to get ready.
"Aaliyah!" I yelled out.
She looked at me, scared. Aaliyah looked at what was in my hand and her eyes widened even more.
"What the hell is this?" I asked her.
"A pregnancy test," she replied.
"Why didn't you tell me you were pregnant?" I shouted.
Her face lightened up and started laughing.
"You think this is a ******* joke?" I replied.
"Shawn what the hell are you yelling at her for?" I heard Y/n ask from behind me.
I turned around and she noticed the test in my hand. Her face fell.
"That isn't Aaliyah's, Shawn. That's mine," she informed in a timid whisper.
My face softened, "Is the baby mine?"
Y/n looked at me, tears in her eyes and nodded. I smiled.
"This is great! I'm gonna be a father!" I exclaimed, hugging Y/n.
"You're not mad?" Y/n asked as I set her down.
"Mad? Why would I be mad?" I replied.
"I didn't think you wanted a child," she said looking down at her shoes.
I cupped her face in my hands, "I can't wait to have this baby with you Y/n. I love you so much."
"I love you too Shawn," Y/n replied, bringing her lips to mine.
"Ahem! I do believe an apology is in order!" Aaliyah interrupted.
We pulled away and I looked over to Aaliyah.
"I'm sorry Aaliyah," I apologized.
She nodded her head, "Thank you! On the bright side, I'm gonna be an aunt!"
We laughed.
