I knocked on my parents door because I was hungry and they were fighting. My dad was telling my mom that she was always telling him he's fat and making sure everyone knows including the kids and turning us against him by saying bad things about him. And I realized she does do that. And then he was telling her how she always does things her way and not his when clearly his is the better way to do it and how he works really hard and he covers for her and takes care of her and she does nothing in return. She said she was sorry but that was how she was taught and that he never told her. He told her he did but she didn't listen. Then he told her she never thinks about things financially and on and on and on.
I think they don't love each other anymore but are staying together because of us. That's what it sounded like. They don't sleep in the same bed anyways. He said it was back problems and it could be but it could also be a lie or be both reasons. Idk.... But I realized my mom is pretty cruel to my dad and I haven't been that nice to him because of the things my mom says. Now I know and will try my best to be nicer to him. Not so much with her. She made him sad.
