2pm-Conferance Room -AR
The staff have been holding their breath dreadfully for the last 30 minutes in the conference room ,listening and observing their boss as he was strictly mentioning and discussing some key points and rules must be taken into consideration and followed unrelentingly ,he introduced his self first and got into different subjects ,one which is a result to another and the list went on .
His speech along with his exterior appearance controlled the room with such a power
"Any questions? " Arnav Singh Raizada asked in a steely voice
The employees started looking at one another ,silently drowned in a relief
The fear of being fired or scolded in a very insulting way were giving them hard time and impossibility to think of asking questions ,for the time being they are feeling like a heavy burden has faded into thin air .
Their boss had been firm and up to point ,he didn't look angry but more bossy and dominant
"None ?then get back to work .And keep in mind mistakes are unforgivable here "
They started collecting their pins and papers, one by one leaving for their cabins
Arnav took frantic steps towards the reason behind the mess he is undergoing at his own bloody company!
"Ms Wilson , you stay here .there's something I'm going to discuss with you " he said menacingly
The 23 year old blonde girl sheepishly gave him a dense glare ,her red glossed lips pressed hard to flaunt her dimples
"Sure ,ASR" and the timid look on her face was replaced with a lurked uncertain expression .Her eyes gazing at every inch of his face "her plan is working out" she thought as she was looking at Arnav holding a file on his hands
"I can see that you have been assigned for reviewing reports ,Right ?"
"Yes, ASR. "
"Do you realise it's unethical to switch to a job which you were not approved of ?" More than question it was a sarcastic statement
"Uh ,umm ..I'm sorry ASR .I..
"Boss, call me that only !"
"Ok ..I was just trying to help here ,Since it is our first day to meet you boss .I wanted everything done and up to the mark ,didn't intend to spoil it like this. please ,forgive me for that boss " she faked helplessness
"Consider this as the last warning Ms Wilson, if this happens again you won't have the privilege to ask forgiveness "
"Definitely Boss ,I'll make you come..........to know that I'm a hardworking person " she said as she lidded and blinked her eyes
"Get out "he snapped
She took a baby steps towards the door ,moving her hips left and right .Her tucked up above knee skirt is sticking to her like a second skin .
when she turned her face nearly sure he must be drooling on her well-shaped curves and butt she got her reality check as Arnav was engrossed in some files .it raged her that she didn't get the attention she was desperate for.
But hell ,she is never going to give this up at any cost !
Alice was moving to her cabin when she was dragged by someone to a corner
"Is this your new tactic to trap the boss??" Cristina Asked her colleague in a furious tone
"What you crazy talking about ??Why everyone questions my good intentions? "Shrugging her hand off her ,faking a betrayed look
"Good intentions?.?haha my foot !"
"Don't act innocent, Alice .you know what I'm exactly talking about .today we could have all been fired for your stupid plans to get the boss attention! "
"He didn't fire you did he ??guess after he has seen my irresistible beauty he couldn't be harsh to this much of sweetness "she said unashamed
"Keep hallucinating girl ,I hope you got your reality check already when he made it clear to you upstairs "
"we were alone for the first time and he was so good to me .now stop poking your nose in my matters "
Alice left a raged Cristina and hurried to her office ,counting each move she should take in mind to accomplish her ultimate goal

"But why would she suspect you ??Did you fight with her before ?tell me John, I'm boiling her !"
"Just shut up and keep your eyes open ,she is not an easy prey as we thought her " John screeched over the phone
"I know she is ,she knows somethings.."in a trembling futile attempt to mask fear Sasha finally dared to tell him what she got to know today
"bullshit !it's no way she is aware of anything can threaten us ,give me sometime .I'll handle it all .just keep your eyes wide awake ,Honey "
"I'm still afraid .what if she really got to know.."
"Leave it to me. Khushi Gupta won't have this much of time to understand everything .it will be too late for her to react " a hellish laugh unleashed from John end
"I'll do My best ,I'm missing you so much "
"You have no fucking idea how much I'm missing you too wild cat "
"Will see you soon then "
"Sure ,bye"
Hanging up and throwing the phone to lay on his bed ,he is getting late for meeting Arnav Singh Raizada, he would get the deal finalised by hook or crook
"It's not something big which you consider sins khushi ! I'll make sure to tell you so many stories before sending you to your loved family !it will make your death even more enjoyable! "
He grabbed his phone and walked out of his house to reach his next destination

Khushi held her injured hand with the other one ,she has been kicking the dangled boxing bag hard untill the pain attacked her every nerve
It's one of her diversions to forget the bitter detestable life , but today each time she hit the point she hissed in pain .it made her feel weak all of a sudden and collapse on the couch crying out as the cut stung her like never
She stood up and went to the drawer ,with a difficulty to manage every thing with one hand .she held the fast aid box ,searching for a bandage to cover the scratched skin .
Memories haunted her once again
Flashbacks
"Khushi ,let me see your hand please " Anil (20 year old) was trying his best to convince his sister (7 year old ) to show him her hand
Khushi was playing in the backyard and as she was running ,she lost her balance and hit the ground
"Princess, I want to stop it from hurting you further ,just let me see please "
Khushi let him hold her hand as he was diagnosing the injury ,she tried to stop her tears from falling but couldn't because it really hurt her
Anil placed her on his lap and got the cottage drenched in the antiseptic, he gently cleaned the cut and covered it with a bandage
"Is it hurting?"
Khushi nodded ,he wiped away her tears and whispered softly
"Pain will go away , my princes is a brave girl right ?"
Khushi stopped crying
"Bhaiya, will you take me to sheesh Mahal. I want to play there "
"Of course I will take you princess ,but be careful not to harm your hand "
"Okk"
her mood cheered up instantly like every time her brother mended it
Flashbacks end
Khushi eyes turned misted
"I'm no longer that brave girl bhaiya, I'm a fragile breakable person now " she closed her eyes and let the tears trace their way down her cheeks
Her phone started ringing, she removed her tears and composed her self ,it's Sali calling
"Hi Khushi ,how are you sweetie "
"I'm ok Sali, missed me?" She teasingly asked
"Well I miss you already but I got something more important to say ,guess what? "
"You have fixed the marriage date" she said teasingly
"Khushi ,you are such a tease !No that's not it, well check your emails . I've sent you something "
"Not now I'm..I will check on my laptop after taking a bath "she lied unintentionally to avoid any set of questions related to her injured hand
"I'm going to break the surprise because it's more important than taking a bath Khushi, I've sent you a job form. It's urgent for a company to find a new PA. Fill the form and send it to them .maybe this is your chance darling "
"Thank you so much for this sweetheart .I'll do the required procedure ,hope it will work out this time "
"Best of luck girl, I have a strong feeling it will work out .ok ,I have to hang up now. See you "
"See you " and hung up
Khushi remembered the man who saved her today and dropped her home why did he look so bothered about her safety ?and why he left no stone to drop her home ?and why did he look at her in that way ?like he wanted to say something with his eyes ?what difference does it make to him if that car hit her !
Khushi let a sharp breath out ,she is already in a mess and has no such space in mind to figure out what an outsider has to do with her and for what reasons he invaded her messy life ..

John smirked in satisfaction, it's not the first time he signs a deal with a well-known company ,but considering the Indian background as a plus point to his future plans ,it was more tempting to join hands with ASR industry. In future when he grows his business in India, He will need a big support from the icon of fashion design .
"The pleasure is all mine ,ASR "
Shaking hands and exchanging wishes, they both walked out of the conference room .
John observed with envious eyes the well constructed huge place with all sorts of modern technology and many people working round the clock .if this is just a small branch of extended buissness what would the headquarter look like ?maybe no less than empire ,John thought with annoying jealousy as he was escorted along with his men and ASR to the lift .a gust of insistence passed through john ,he should take forward what has been left incomplete sooner rather than later. A sly smile played on his lips ,it's giving him pure pleasure to imagine it all happening ..

After a tiring hectic day ,Arnav laid on his bed at his new home
He rubbed his forehead in a futile attempt to brush the headache away ,first meeting khushi and craving to know more about her ,then meeting the staff and instructing them ,and back to back meetings with clients have drained his energy
But out of all ,it's that girl who made it all tolerable. He was fucking worried for her enough to drive him insane although they barely know each other. Again that image can't spare his mind of her standing in front of a speedy vehicle ,almost hit her..
"Noo" it escaped his mouth involuntarily, lines of wrinkles spread across his forehead
" Khushi " he uttered her name like a prayer..
