Zane laid there, watching as Lucinda approached him with a bottle of a pink glittery potion.
"Drink this." She said, handing it to him. "It'll stop you from shocking others when you tried to touch them."
Zane stared at the bottle, glancing up at Lucinda.
"Thank you..." He muttered. He gulped down the liquid, coughing a bit afterwards.
He blinked a few times, looking back up at Lucinda.
"It worked! Your eyes aren't green anymore." She squealed, clapping her hands together.
Zane stood up, throwing his arms around Lucinda's waist, sobbing.
She smiled, tears pricking her own eyes.
"Shh, it's ok, you're safe now." She held Zane close, petting his hair.
She no longer hated Zane.
She cared for Zane.
