Elena POV
I feel a light breeze on my face and feel warm arms around me and my eyes slowly flutter open and I noticed that I was in Damon's arms and we where out of the plane and he was taking me to his car which was just a few steps away
"I'm glad your awake"damon looked down at me with a smirk
I see a guy with Damon and I's suit cases and following behind Damon
"Are we back in mystic falls"i asked tiredly
"Yea princess we are home"damon said as he opened the door and slowly slid me in the passenger side and buckled me in and closed the door of his camaro as the guy put our suitcases in the back
Damon then walks over to the other side of the car and opens the door for himself and climbs inside the divers side and the guy just closed the back and nodded his head at Damon and left to go back to the airport building
"Are you ready to see your family again"damon said with a smile looking at me as he put his keys in and turns on the car
I nodded my head and lay my head back and out the window as Damon pulls out of his parking spot and started to drive back to my house
I watch as the houses and trees go by as we get closer to my house.I turn my head and look at Damon
"You are the most beautiful man I have ever seen"i said with a sigh
Damon chuckled at me and looked at me with a smile and a cocked eyebrow
"I think your still a little tired"damon said
"No really you are"i said as I lifted both of my hands to my stomach to get more comfortable
But I then feel that my stomach has grown more just since I fell a sleep a gasp comes out of my mouth and damon looks at me with worry
"What is it"damon asked as he slows down the car a little
"My...my stomach"i stuttered as I looked at my stomach
Damon looked at my stomach and then let go of the wheel and put his hand on my stomach after I moved my hands for him
"Oh my god"was all he said as he quickly took his hand away
"We have to get you to Bonnie"damon said and then pushes on the gas pedal
"Damon I'm fine"i said with a tired voice
God why am I so tired a just slept threw that whole flight.I felt so weak that I couldn't even hold my head up right
Damon pulls out his phone and calls someone which I was guessing Bonnie
"Hello Bonnie it's damon we just left the airport and are all most at Elena's can you meet me there I need you to check on her and call Meredith and tell her to meet us there too"damon said really fast and then said bye and hung up the phone
I watch as we pass the trees faster and faster till we turn down my road and damon stops at my house he gets out of the car and runs to my side of the car and picks me up in his arms and takes me to the house he try's to open the door but it's locked so he breaks the door handle
"Hey you have to pay for that"i said with annoyance
"Yea yea I will"damon said as he walked threw the door and brought me to the coach
"Than-"I stopped in mid sentence as I get a very sharp pain in my stomach and I gasp out
"Elena what is it whats wrong"damon said as his eyes traveled my body with worry
"My...stomach"i said as I wrapped myself in my arms
"What can I do how can I help"damon asked with fear
I couldn't talk the pain was so bad I felt like my insides where being ripped out
"Damon!"i heard a voice yell and hear foot steps
"Bonnie we're in here"damon yelled back
I see Bonnie's face and try to smile but another wave of pain goes threw me
"Ah god...it hurts"i said as I thrashed around on the couch
Bonnie crouches down beside me and looks at Damon
"Pull up her shirt I need to see her stomach"Bonnie said with worry
I feel Damon's hands go on my stomach and I feel him gently pull up my shirt and then look up at Bonnie's face as she looks at my stomach
"Can you do anything"damon asked with fear in his voice
"I can do I spell to slow down the growing but your not going to like how I have to do it"Bonnie said
"What do you have to do?"damon asked as he grabbed my hand
"I have to make a small incision into her stomach and do a spell and once I'm done you can give her your blood"bonnie said
My stomach was so bad that it was hard to keep up what they were saying but I did hear it
"How much will it hurt her"damon asked worriedly as I thrashed around some more
"To be honest it will hurt her a lot but only for a few moments"bonnie said
"Ok as long as this will make her pain stop"damon said with a nod
"Ok clean the table and then put her onto it and I will go look for some candles"bonnie said as she stood back up
The pain stopped for a moment and I watched Bonnie leave and left Damon's hand leaves mine. My eyes go back to damon and watches him push everything off the table and then turns back to me and gently picks me up and I hiss in pain
"I'm sorry princess but Bonnie needs me to move you"damon said as he gently put me on the table
I see Bonnie come back in the room with three big candles in her hands and them crouches down beside Damon and I
"Ok elena I'm going to pull your shirt up ok"bonnie asked as she put the candle on the table where my feet are
I nodded my head as another sharp pain goes threw me and I then feel Damon's warm hands on my stomach
"Ok Elena this is going to hurt and damon I'm going to have you hold her down I need her still"bonnie said as she grabbed a dagger out from her back pocket she already knew that she was going to have to do this spell
I closed my eyes waiting for the pain to come but it never does I look at Bonnie and see the dagger go into my belly right above my belly button
But why couldn't I feel the pain I look at Damon and see his eyes they look as if he was in pain could he be in pain right now but why was he taking my pain and putting himself threw pain could he do that did he have that power
Bonnie started doing the spell so she was out of it at the moment but I still had the pain but I couldn't feel the pain from the stab wound but I could feel it from the baby so I was still a little weak
"Damon stop your hurting yourself"i said weakly
"No I'm fine I..just want you to...ok"damon said with a hiss at the end
"Damon stop please"i bagged him but he wouldn't stop
"There it's done"bonnie said as she looked at me when she opened her eyes
"Good"damon said then bite his wrist and put it to my mouth and I took it and swallowed his blood he then took his hand away then smiled
"Since when can you take pain away"i asked with a little anger in my voice
"Since I was turned"damon said with a smirk
"Any other powers I don't know about Damon"i asked as I slowly sat up
"Um I can change the weather"damon said with a shrug
"Of course you can"i said as I carefully got off the table as Bonnie and Damon helped me back up
"Wait so in a way your like a witch"bonnie asked with a cocked eyebrow
"Yea I guess in a way but it's just cause I'm a vampire"damon said
"No vampires can't control the weather that's not a power nether is taking pain away"bonnie said
"Oh it doesn't matter right no-"Damon was cut off by Meredith running inside
"Elena what's wrong Bonnie called and said you were in lots of pain"Meredith said with worry
"Elena's pregnant with my child"damon said as he helped me sit on the couch
"I thought you where a virgin"Meredith said with a cocked eyebrow
"I was In till two days ago"i said as I pulled up my shirt
"Then how in the world do you know your pre-"Meredith stopped once she saw my stomach
"Holy shit"Meredith said with shock and crouched down in front of me
"You just conceived and your this big"Meredith said with worry
"What should we do?"damon asked Meredith
"Well um you should get her in bed and I will run over to the hospital and get all the stuff I will need"Meredith said as she got up
"Ok"was all damon said and then the next thing I know is I'm in my bed
