Months later...
"Are we finally finished?" Julian asked
"Yeah it took months of random rehearsals but we finally finished" Josh added
"I just need to edit it and yeah we're done" Sean said
It took awhile thanks to their schedules but the Migos finally finished filming their concept video. And they eventually settled for a mix of both Julian and Sean's idea with the boys starting it with just them three but divided off into pairs with their girl partners for the second half
"So we would first like to say thank you for taking the time to do this with us" Sean said
"So thank you KayHanAti!!!" all three boys thanked the girls
"You guys are so welcome" Tahani said as she's exhausted from doing the same dance repeatedly for over 3 hours
"Yeah it was fun! We've been meaning to have a new KayHanAti video too so it was more of a collab" Tati said
"Yeah Tim just left but I can tell even he was glad with what we did with that big smile on his face" Kaycee said talking about Tim Milgram their filmmaker
The pairs were Sean with Tati being more romantic and more of a duo, Josh with Tahani style was more of a slower RnB vibe and Julian with Kaycee having a faster hip hop style
"I say we celebrate!" Julian said
"How?" Tahani asked
"Sean can cook for us and we can have a big dinner" Josh suggested as everyone loves Sean's cooking
"I don't know man, I would have to go shopping for ingredients and still have to cook and..." Sean started until Tati kissed him
"Pleaseeee!!!!" Tati begged as she didn't let go of her man
"Fine" Sean said as he got his stuff together
"I'll even come with you!" Tati said to Sean
"And we'll just clean up here and head to your place" Julian said as they had a lot of the props laying around at their shoot location
"Alright we'll see you later!" Sean said as he and Tati left to go to a grocery store
Grocery Store
Sean quickly got a full cart of food he would need for a dinner of 6 people and potentially more as his parents will probably want some of his food
Tati helped a little but ended up just doing grocery store puns the rest of the time...
"Orange you glad I came with you!" Tati said holding one of the oranges from the cart
"I'm always happy when you're with me, with or without the puns" Sean said pulling her close as they continue to wait in the extra long checkout line
"That's you being nice and telling me to stop with the puns isn't it" Tati said
"No, I'm just thinking about stuff" Sean said as he shifted his attention back to his girlfriend
"Like..."
"Do you ever get the feeling that Kaycee doesn't like being around us even in a group?" Sean asked
"Now that you mention it..." Tati said "Ever since prom ended she barely mentions your name when around me"
"Same with yours when she's around me" Sean said
"Do we annoy her? I mean I know we're still a new couple but I didn't think we were that bad" Tati said as some new couples are so lovey dovey they annoy others close to them
"Hey lovebirds! Stop holding up the line!" Someone behind them said as they were next in line
"Sorry!"
The cashier ranged them up and they quickly left and put the groceries in Sean's car and they were now on there way to Sean's place
"Maybe I should just ask her?" Tati said as she was contemplating texting Kaycee asking her if she had a problem with them
"No, I'm sure whatever it is she just needs time" Sean said "Julian and Josh get annoyed sometimes when I talk about you but that may be because they're single and jealous"
"Haha maybe that's the reason!" Tati said relaxing a little but still would like an actual answer
Sean's house
"Its crazy how you can just walk into Sean's house so easily" Tahani said
"I'm like the Lew's second son they love me" Josh said as he had taken out the hidden key Sean had shown him before and allowed the four of them in the house
"So what should we do now?" Julian asked as Sean and Tati were not here yet
"Hide and seek?" Kaycee suggested
"No" Julian said
"Last time you two hid under the sink for hours" Josh said remembering Sean's Halloween party "I'm not looking for you two again"
"It only took you hours because you four kept getting distracted" Tahani said remembering the stories of Josh and the others messing around
"How about we find you two this time?" Kaycee suggested
"Fine... count to 20" Julian said as he and Josh took off to go hide
"20...19...18..." The girls started
About 20 minutes later
"Okay they're good" Kaycee said
"How can we not find them? We checked everywhere in the house, and I'm starving!!" Tahani said
"...They're not in the house!" Kaycee said as she dashed outside "Check the garage!"
Tahani did find Julian in the garage but was not happy with what she saw
"Please don't tell me you two have been in that car for 20 minutes making out" Tahani said pointing to Sean and Tati
"Has it been 20?" Sean said as he checked his phone "Yeah I guess we have but only because Julian wanted a good hiding spot"
"Yeah so blame him" Tati said as she popped the trunk
"Hey you found me" Julian said sheepishly as Tahani was pissed
"I'm starving and you decided that kissing was more important than food!!!!" Tahani said to Sean and Tati
"Okay, okay, I'll get started now" Sean said as he exited the garage with some of the groceries
Sean walked out and saw Kaycee and Josh outside sitting and talking and it felt weirder to him the closer he got to them
By the pool
"Got you!" Kaycee said as she literally jumped on Josh's back to catch him
"Dang and I thought I did good hiding by the pool" Josh said as he accepted giving Kaycee the piggyback ride
"You did look like a tree at first with your hair but the pool light didn't help you" Kaycee said as they made it to the side of the pool closer to the house
"Alright get down" Josh said as he lowered Kaycee "Still can't believe it took you 20 minutes to come outside"
"Hey hide and seek usually means inside!" Kaycee said as the two sat down
"You think Sean and Tati are back yet?" Josh said
"I don't know?..." Kaycee said as her mood slightly dropped
"My bad" Josh said
"No, don't! I'm getting more used to it" Kaycee said
"Yeah you're getting better, like the time Sean and Tati kissed and you didn't fake vomit" Josh said "Besides I'm sure there's some guy you'll like more than Sean"
"Perhaps... What about you? You haven't been pursuing anyone since you got cheated on" Kaycee said changing the topic
"I'm just going to be single for awhile and focus on my friends and dancing" Josh said "If anything that showed me I'm not ready for a relationship anytime soon"
"Is that a star?" Kaycee asked looking up
"Uh yeah Kaycee its night time there's a lot of stars" Josh said wondering if this girl could get any weirder
"No look!" she said as grabbed his hand making him point to what she was talking about "Those five stars make a big star"
"Oh I see it now!" Josh said as he lowered their hands
"What's going on here!?" Sean asked surprising the two
"Hey Sean did you just get back?" Josh said getting up to do his handshake with Sean
"Kinda but I going to get started on cooking just letting you two know" Sean said as he head to the kitchen
"Oh let me help!" Josh said following after him
Back with the other three
"Come on let's get inside maybe we can help speed up the cooking" Tahani said
"Wait!" Tati said stopping Julian and Tahani
"Whats up Tati?" Julian asked
"I have to ask, does Kaycee have a problem with me and Sean?" Tati asked
"Why would you say that?" Tahani asked
"It just ever since prom ended I just had the feeling she doesn't like me and Sean together" Tati said "Do we annoy her with our couple stuff"
"I wouldn't say that per say" Julian said
"Then what is it? And you better not say nothing!" Tati said
"When Kaycee feels comfortable telling you she'll tell you" Tahani said as she pushed Tati inside
"There you guys are! Let's play some games as the boys cook" Kaycee said already holding cards at the table as Josh and Sean were cooking
"Aye I finally can get my revenge on you!" Julian said as he sat down quickly
Sean's House: Kitchen
The kitchen was a decent distance away from the table where the other four at so Josh and Sean could have their own conversation without it getting interrupted or spied on by others
"Pass the spoon" Josh said as he held his hand out for the spoon to stir the batter only to not receive it "Come on dude I know what I'm doing"
"What's going on between you and Kaycee?" Sean asked Josh
"Nothing! Now pass the spoon" Josh said as Sean finally passed the spoon "Why do you think something's going on between me and Kaycee?"
"You two were holding hands out there!" Sean said
"We were?"
"Yes you were"
"...Oh that's because she was helping me see something in the sky" Josh said
"...I'll take your word on it" Sean said as he goes back to his cooking
"Besides what would it matter to you anyways?" Josh questioned
"Shut up dude you know I used to like Kaycee" Sean said
"I didn't until recently when you finally told me and Julian about how you fell for Tati during the prom stuff and that's how you got over Kaycee, but you're with Tati someone who you even told me you loved so I don't see why you have a problem between me and Kaycee" Josh said "Unless... You still have feelings for Kaycee?!!"
"Shut the fu- up!" Sean said as softly as he could not wanting to alert the others
"Oh my gosh you do!" Josh said as if the book he was reading just got a rewrite
"Maybe" Sean said
"But you're with... and she... and you..." Josh said as he now sees the love triangle form
"Don't you say a word to any of them! Even Julian" Sean said threatening him with the knife he was using to cut his fruits
"But-"
"-Not a word!"
"Fine, but you need to get your love life together broski!" Josh said
"...I know" Sean admitted
(A/N: Fun fact! I bulk write chapters so If you ever wondered why the sleepover chapters (1-4) seemed different from the prom chapters (5-10) and why the prom chapters seem different from these current jealousy chapters(11-) that's why since I'm in a different head space each time I write)
