Capitol News Update: Quartell Quell
President Snow:
Welcome, Welcome.
100 years ago there was a terrible war between the 13 Districts and the Capitol that protected them from harm, The Traitors where defeated and we lived back in peace once more. But freedom has a cost and we The Leaders of Panem made a degree that we would remind our past with the annual: Hunger Games, with each 25 years a Quartell Quell, Today i will be announcing the 4th Quartell Quell for the 100th Hunger Games
There was a big loud cheer, everyone really wanted to know what this year Quell would bring.
When the war was near, and the bloodspilling almost ended. They already knew that the amount of enemies can be small, So this arena shall be filled with 12 Tributes, 1 from each district, doesn't matter about the amount of boys or girls.

Reapings District 1

I was walking to the Justice Building together with my friends we just signed in and i had to stand with my same-age-people. I was together with Rose and Elenor , i was going to say something but then Adrianna came on stage, A mid 20's women who has Blood Red hair, with her long eyelashes and Shining red-white-black dress, her hair was in a long Ponytail and it looked really thight.
"Hello everyone and Happy Hunger Games. As you all know this is a Quartell Quell so it means a SPECIAL REAPING" She said happily. Everyone was cheering and shouting, she was adored here in District 1. "Well its time for a Tribute to be chosen. She walks to the Big Glass Ball, with like millions of names in them. "Let it be me" i say to myself....... it is: "Satin Strange" Adrianna says. "This is my chance" i scream as loud as i can:" I VOLENTEER!!!" i run on stage, everyone looks pissed at me now. "What is your name?" Adrianna asks. "I'm Esmee... Esmee Nicolai" and i look at Rose and Elenor, i just know they are going to miss me.
Reapings District 2

Connor, was just on stage or my heart already starts beating. Im going to Volunteer me me me. Connor reads the name:" Violet" Stone" i open my mouth and i hear:" I VOLUNTEER!" But it did not came out of my mouth

I said it, i said it and i can't take it back. I walk to the stage where Connor is waiting for me, i walk up and he asks "Bravo, a volunteer!, What is your name?" "Ashanti i answer" i stand there looking at everyone. "IM READY TO GO" i say in the microphone.
Reapings District 3

Im looking at all those donkey face's, I would love to show them my pidgeon. A ugly women walks on stage and her stupid voice says something i can't understand. She calls a name and then Albert the boy next to me says "Jelle i would give u my chicken if you yell: I Volunteer."
A chicken those are great to make chicken i think, "Deal i say and then i yell: I VOLUNTEER!!, as loud as i can" Everyone stopped and looked at me. That stupid women was talking again and she said:" AH a brave young child ready for the Hunger Games." wait did she said the Hunger Games? peacekeepers came around me to take me on stage "Shit"

I walk with my friends Annika and Zoe to the Justice building There is, Sterling standing ready to call a name. "Maud Hofsteenge" i heard and i knew i was screwed. i was ready to cry my eyes out, my mom grabbed by peacekeepers to make her stop screaming and i.... i could just not believe it

I walk up to the stage, hoping that my brother is going to volunteer. I stop at the stairs and look at him, the peacekeepers are pushing me until i fall over the stairs. I have nothing to do then just deal with it.

Oh shit, Jasmin was on stage overexcited as every year "Happy Hunger Games everyone, hope everyone is excited just as i am" Everyone was quiet. "Well great crowd" Jasmin joked. "Well it is time for the Reaping, time for the brave tribute of District 6" She walked over to the Glass Bowl got a piece of paper and read out the name: Anniek Spark. I got shocked, tears ran down my face and just to make it worse the peacekeepers grabbed me and dragged me out on stage i fell on stage really hard on the floor. "Well are you alright girl, dont mind those pesky, rude peacekeepers" Jasmin said. and she helped me up, "Anniek Spark everybody"
Reapings District 7

"You're up Sage" The Mayor said of District 7. "Showtime" i said tired i hated the mornings more then everyone else, but my Black-Dark bleu hair looked good and that's all wat counts "Let me get my bow-tie done first" i stringe the teal bow-tie on my neck "Done". 2 peacekeepers open the door for me when i walk trough the doors i see a great big forest . I can see a great bridge heading into the forrest. And the crowd is so big. The houses and stores are all beautiful of any kind of sort of wood. "Hello everyone, Thank you all for having me here" it was quiet and nobody spoke. "Let's get our brave tribute for District 7 shall we" I walk up to the big glass bowl, And i close my eyes, And i just grab 1 piece of paper. The Tribute from District 7 is: "Patrick Silva" i cheer.

Everyone is looking at me as shocked as i was , i was just getting over and i just had to deal with. I walked over on stage, and there i was on stage next to Sage. I looked over at Distict 7 for one last time hoping that i would see it again.
District 8 Reapings
Noah Dalmolen:
I look at everyone thinking who would get picked, but when Sapphire called out a name is was me."Noah Dalmolen" she said, without crying or anything i walked on stage like it was my everyday. I standed next to Sapphire and i grabbed the microphone just to say: "Nice"
Sapphire sended me into the Justice Building and said later "Well we got one who is excited" and i was not knowing what was going to happen later on

After some people shouted at me for being ugly, i grabbed a piece of paper with all my love, just to see one of those stupid faces die. I grabbed the paper and read it: Job Adel, come on up" The boy walked out of the crowd and just ignored me. "Let the games begin" i say in the Microphone

When my name is was called... i just said nothing. I wasn't ready to even go up on stage. I had to go, or the peacekeepers would try to get me. I looked down, and walked up on stage, i stood next to Clemont who called out my name "Good, Max are you ready?" He asks. I just ignore him, i really want to ignore everyone

There are sooo many peacekeepers here, when you get picked you better walk up on stage yourself, and that is what happened to me. I knew i was walking to slow, so i got on stage as fast as i could, without showing any emotions. "Well you are excited aren't you?" asked Helena. I was to scared to answer something bad. Scared of my family to get killed by peacekeepers

I was on the train heading to the Capitol. I would arrive in the Capitol in over 2 Days. I look out of the window and look through the trees. I am so full, the train is filled with food, so much that i can't eat more. I decided to watch the Reapings. 1 to 12 they are all interesting. All good enough to feel the power of my whip. Clemont whent to bed because he attempted to talk to me multiple times, but it didn't work

We are at the capitol in just 12 Hours, i should get some rest, and eat something before we arrive. Sterling is eating together with me at the table, we are not speaking to eachother. "Hhmmm let's the Reapings shall we" he says "No thanks" i answer "Oh come on you want to know who your up against don't you?" he says, and i know he is right so we watch, Esmee and Ashanti are careers maybe i can team up with them, our Districts raised careers. So that will be no problem.... but what if they don't want me in the team

"Well you already impressed them by volunteering, have you watched the Reapings?" she asks. I nod "Well then do you already know who you're teaming with?" "Of course is sticking with the Careers, Ashanti from District 2" i answer "What about Distict 4?" Adrianna asks, "The girl... Maud i think..she did not volunteer. But she just cried so we will see then" i say and i look out of the window, We arrive at the Capitol in 1 Hour

I want to Welcome you all to the Tribute Parade. I have to announce that District 1,2,4, and 7 already have arrived, the tributes of that District are already getting ready for the Parade we will have mor.......... Oh good news, The tributes from District 5,6 and 8 have arrived also, and the tribute for District 3 will be here in 10 minutes. That was all

I'm sure you all have seen the Reapings but now everyone is gathering up here to see the Tributes LIVE!!. We are all waiting for the Tributes to show up. The City Center is Stocked with Millions of people, just to see a glimpse of this years Tributes, and we all know that there are 12 tributes for this year, because it's a Quartell Quell.

Wow she is just Shining in Gold, with Gold Lipstick also. It's like she is pure gold her hair is shining also Gorgeous..... wait.... is she throwing Glitters... YES SHE IS.. AND CRYSTALS!!! I love that
Wow District 2 Looks amazing a great Grey Silver look, wow that Pony Tail finishes it all. Stone is just braided in her hair. And her dress looks like pure metal like How??? Just wow
District 3 looks clear blue isn't he. Wow i think that is his face his : I am the man . Face it makes it all so shocking. He looks like a discoball with a challenging face
There we have District 4, Oh my, that dress i really flowing.. Can you all see that... can you see that, There are shelps braided in her hair. Pearls are used as piece of her make-up .... Green eyelashes as "seaweed" nice, I like this one

wow that suit has some power in it for sure. The shoulders are just giving light what a bright white suit, that boy's black hair is really prayed in gold he has a lantern head how amazing
That girl from 6 sure knows how to travel, what a lovely dress. But that helmet makes it all. Her make-up has soo many straight lines is like a road, I like the stripes on her dress also what a great pattern
Oh and there we have District 7 with a oak wood suit, if im correct. Ah gorgeous, instead of a bowtie of clothing material they made it of Leaves, ah District 7 is full of wonders
Oh my lord.... Those neon colors on WOOL, how on earth did they do that, i think we have colorfull sheeps. "The crowd goes in a cheer"

Well, talking about topless, Only a like man-skirt of grain. Of course District 9. He is like having all kind of grain in his hair. That is actually really stylish
Well i think Meat is a new fashion. That suit sure looks delicious a scarf part of sausage. A hat with a little part chicken and a full leather suit, of course a cowboy never can loses his meat District 10
Well i think there we have a Julius Ceasar. That toga is around that boys body, with Grapes and Apple Trees nicely done for District 11
Wow that white suit is ruined with coal. I love it, it's so classy so beautiful and that red finishes everything im missing

Well i sure was famous, yesterday... well i hope so. i head over to the Elevator for training Marina explained everything already 2 Days of training then 1 day of individual training.. the next day intervieuws and then the Games, and yesterday was parade. In total 5 days that we are here. I walk into the Elevator and press the button TR: TrainingRoom
But when im at floor 4 a little girl enters. "What district are you from?" she asks. "From 9 , I guess you're from District 4" i say. "Yup, but how do you know. Did you saw the reapings" she asks "Nope we are on the Fourth Floor, This floor is for District 4 and The ninth floor is for District 9" We both laugh and the we are at The Training Centre. Only 3 people are here also. "So what's your name?" i ask "Maud" she says "Shall we team up in the Arena?, with friends you can get much further" i say. She is thinking and finally she says: "Yes, i will team up"

I arrived at the Training Room there we're only 6 people here, i did not know what i had to do so i decided to make some friends. But i did not know who to make friends with. So i was just standing there not knowing what to do.

Who that is depends on what strategy you are choosing, and how much you pay attention. 1 Tip dont ignore the survival skill. You are not allowed to fight, you have time for that in the Arena. I decide to make a parkour run, i want to know if im fast enough if someone is chasing me "Hello" someone said, i turned around and it was a Training Helper he asked :"What would you like to do here?" he asked "I want to know how fast i am when im getting followed" i say "Ah so you want a Robot chasing you over the parkour then.... no problem just stand there and you can run when your ready" . I don't look at the parkour because then i know how it looks like, i dont know how the arena looks like either so thats why. I take a breath and start Running.

I look at the Parkour a boy is running with a robot chasing him. When i see he is almost at the end i see him fall hard on the ground. The robot infront of him, but then its over. I go back to my station Axe-Throwing and i see 2 Boys there, The boy with the Axe in his hand is from District 7 and the Blonde Boy is from District 3. "Go away, your annoying and it's this close to jam your head in with the Axe!" He says then the other says "You will feel my power" and he looks at me and says "This person and me are going to Kill you"

When i turn around to grab a Sword, it was already taken by a girl from 6
"Esmee come over here" Esmee was at the spear station but then came to me to know what's up. "What's up?" she ask's "That stupid girl from 6 has my sword i want it back" Esmee looks at her and says with a evil smile "Well then let's get it back"

I was hitting many dolls. But then someone grabbed my sword, It was the career girl from 2. "You have my sword, so im just taking it back" She looks arrogant. Next to her stands another girl also a career from 1. When i decided to walk away The girl from 1 whispered in my ear:" Your the first to die, so you know" They wall off and im a there struggling my tears

When i finally chose out a weapon it was the katana, and i sure was ready to use it at some dolls. When i was busy, and pretty good also i looked over at the Boy from 7 he was making good progress with a Axe, He was throwing them and when he throws they stick deep. He looks at me, but then i just look away.

I notice that the boy from 12 Jessy i think was looking at me, i stop with the axe's and i walk over to him. He is really handy with a Katana. "Yea sure i want to team up" Jessy says and i am just Stunned. "What's your name" He asked "Patrick" i reply. Good let's get back to training. He turns and use's the katana again, and i go to Throwing knife's just to make sure i have another skill.

I practise with every survival skill, making a fire, knowing what berries are poisoned. And of course bow abd arrow, I shoot multiple times at the target. My shooting skills are average the trainer said. I trained on my reloading and so on. "Show off" i heard behind of me
