The six were having a little party of their own in the limo singing and dancing to their favorite songs
"🎶SHE SAID DO YOU LOVE ME I TOLD HER ONLY PARTLY I ONLY LOVE MY BED AND MY MAMA I'M SORRY!!!!🎶" They all sang along annoying their driver
"You're here!!!" The driver yelled at the 6 teens
"Lets go guys!" Kaycee said as with the assistance of Josh gets out first
The other five share a look and took a breath and followed after her
And the moment of truth the entrance
Like most proms they had supervisors and volunteers to watch the kids/teens and to check their entry in as Prom is usually paid for but in this case they only want people that had followed the rules to be allowed in
And checking them in was Janelle Ginestra aka mama beast
First Sean and Tati
"You too look so cute!!!!" Janelle said pinching Sean's cheeks
"Janelle!!" Sean said obviously being embarrassed in front of Tati and his friends
"Sorry but yes you may go in" Janelle said as they walked past her but waited on the others
Next Kenneth and Tahani
"Good to see you again Kenneth hope to see you audition for IMMA again" Janelle says as she checks her records on who was Tahani's date
"Haha maybe" Kenneth says
"Alright Tahani Anderson and her date Kenneth San Jose you are allowed in" Janelle says
"So far so good" Tahani says as they also wait on the last two
Lastly Josh and Kaycee
"Josh! Where's your date?" Janelle asks
"Right here!" Josh says wrapping his arm around Kaycee
"But it says here your date was-"
"She couldn't make it and Kaycee's here to take her place so you can just scratch her name off that list and put Kaycee Rice there and we'll go right in" Josh says as he tries to take a step forwards only to be stopped by Janelle
"Can't do that!" Janelle said as Willdabeast came out as he noticed Sean and the others staying outside
"Come on!" Josh said "Look my date cheated on me literally right as I was going to pick her up"
"That sucks bro" Will said to Josh
"I know and somehow in this world Kaycee couldn't get a date so this works out perfectly!" Josh pleaded his case "If not at least let her in I was the one that got dumped"
"Josh..." Kaycee said
"I would love that but the rules said you had to give us a day in advance" Janelle said
"I know but this is Kaycee you have to at least let her in" Josh said pleading more for Kaycee than himself
"Bro unfortunately we already had a ton of last minute dates and we turned them all away we can't show favoritism even to you two" Will confessed
"Come on Will" Sean said as the four approached them "You know I was going to ask her until you said we couldn't you can't put this on her"
"You four inside!" Will said ushering the other four into the prom room
Prom:
Will had them go inside to see a ton of tables and an even bigger dance floor space
"Go in and have fun don't worry about Kaycee and Josh" Will said as he disappeared somewhere
"There you guys are!" Gabe said as he came up to the group with Bailey
"Yeah you four are late!" Bailey said
"Sorry we had a few roadblocks" Tati said
"I'll say, where's Kaycee?" Bailey said
"And Josh I thought they were coming with you" Gabe said
"Long story short Josh is trying to make Kaycee as his date so they can both get in" Kenneth said
"Well I'm sure they'll get in but never mind that we saved seats for you six anyways" Gabe said as he showed them the ten person round table with Will and Julie already seated at
The table was across from Julian's table where he was sitting with Charlize, Nat, and others
"There you guys are the food almost arrived!" Will said
"Why do you all look a little down?" Julie asked noticing that none of the 4 look excited
"I know we all want Josh and Kaycee to be here but this is our Prom as well and we need to try and enjoy ourselves" Sean whispered to Tati who nodded
"Oh don't worry about it just a little hungry" Tati says as they all take their seats
"Well don't forget I said I would beat any boyfriend you get Tati" Will said glaring at Sean
"I'm not her boyfriend yet" Sean said
"Yet?" Tati said
"Yet!!" the rest said
"...Imma go talk with Julian" Sean said as he quickly got out his seat
Back outside Prom:
"Please Janelle!" Josh asked once more
"I'm sorry I really am" Janelle said
"I'm sorry Kaycee I tried!" Josh said to Kaycee
"But Janelle I love Josh!"Kaycee said to Janelle shocking them both
"Look I know you two are close friends but I can't just-"
"-No I mean I really love him!"
"Kaycee look you don't have to-" Josh said
"-I had a crush on you since we were little, back when you would call me annoying for being weird and bothering you"
"I'm still sorry I was a jerk back then"
"But me bothering you was because I was little girl and had a crush on you and didn't know what to do!" Kaycee continued "And it took some years and we finally became friends"
"Kaycee-"
"But you were interested in other girls so I stayed your friend, you even became one of my best friends"
"You don't have to-"
"I love you! And when you came to my room and saw me crying like a baby and asked me to Prom my heart skipped so many beats I swore I died and gone to heaven" she said
At this point she turned back to Janelle
"Please this might be my only chance for my crush to actually like me back please Janelle please!" Kaycee begged
Janelle got up and hugged Kaycee tightly "You remind me so much of a little me!" she said as she looked around to make sure no one's watching "You two go in, I'll sort it out with Will!"
"Really!"
"Yes go in while I dry my tears" Janelle said as she pushed the two inside
