= Third Person POV =
"Trigger, huh?" Chris muttered as she studied the vial of the Electric Eel's DNA that contained the drug that amplifies a person's quirk from its weak state to a more powerful one. All the interns were having their time off to relax before going patrols with different sidekicks though right now Chris was investigating the villain's quirk & why he was struggling to cope with such a massive size "I haven't seen or heard of Trigger in years." she mumbled under her breath
"Young miss." Chris looked over to see that KAREN appeared before her, she moved her gaze from the vial to her "Sir Akulo wishes to speak with you about the progress with the first year interns." a small smile cracked onto her face as she nods her head
"Send him in."
"Hai." she taps a few buttons on a virtual screen & then there was a sudden ding, Chris let out a quiet sigh as she puts the vial away in a draw before locking it & puts her helmet on that was sitting on her glass desk, she was wearing her father's original suit since it would seem odd if she just waltzed right into the Micro's office like it was nothing
"Mr Micro, sir?" she made sure her V.I was on before speaking
"You can come in, Valdez (when she's micro she says their last names)." & in he came, he was wearing his hero costume while holding a transparent clipboard but it was glowing a blue
"It is nice to have you back, sir. How was Norway?" she chuckled & leaned back in her chair
"It was pleasant, much more quiet there then here if I'm being truthful." Valdez chuckled "Anyways, how are the interns coming along?" that seemed to have made him smile
"Splendid sir! Especially two students, even though they go to different schools their teamwork is excellent!" she smirked under the helmet, he tapped away at the clipboard & a virtual screen appeared between the two "Name: Jitami H. Christian. Age: 15. Gender: Female. Class 1 A in the Hero Course but also still in the Support Course at U.A High. Name: Arawa Saigen. Age: 15. Gender: Male. Class 1-A also from the Hero Course but goes to Sangoshō High!"
"What are their quirks?"
"Jitami's is a mutant (I checked, its a mutant type) type called High Spec. Apparently her Principal has the same quirk as her too, Arawa's quirk is a transformation type quirk called Machine Manifestation." she hummed & pretended that she didn't know
"Those are very interesting quirks, how are their combat skills?"
"Outstanding sir!" he turned the clipboard around & all you could see were 10/10 on nearly everything "Those two are one of the best first year interns we've ever had that are from different schools!"
"Really now?" he nodded
"But I've grown an interest with the U.A student. I caught her training a fellow student of hers against the gladiators, it was marvellous watching her demonstrate a few combat techniques. It was absolutely flawless."
"What family is she from?" Valdez hummed & tapped away at the clipboard
"In not entirely sure & in her bio it doesn't state whether the H. in her name is her middle or last name, plus it doesn't say what it stands for either so that's a little troubling." she nodded her head
'At least not a lot of my information is on that...' she thought quietly
"Though, I was able to find some what of a relative from Jitami." Chris was silent as she motioned her hand for him to continue "Name: Jitami Kaiteki. Age: 48. Gender: Male. Nationality: Japanese. Status:... Deceased, oh man." Chris was clutching her hands together & held back a whimper
"So... no, leads on her mother? Just her father...?"
"Yes sir..." she took a deep breath, she placed her hands on the table before lifting them up & the virtual screen appeared of her gadgets
"Hmm, send her to William (yep, Willy from my One Piece story "ASL'S Pirate Brother" check it out if you want). I wonder if he'll be able to help her upgrade any of her gadgets." Valdez nodded & goes to leave but she held her hand up to stop him "Also, cancel the patrols today. We start tomorrow, I'm still doing the list on who goes with who." he nodded again
"Of course sir."
"That is all, you are excused." with that Valdez walked out of the room & left Chris alone, she waited for a bit before finally taking the helmet off & letting tears fall down her face, she knows that both her mother & father are dead but it still hits her like a train just hearing that their both dead
"Young miss, are you feeling okay?"
"... no..." KAREN let out a small sigh as she walked over to her & wiped Chris's tears away, she closed her eyes & looked away before looking back up at KAREN
"Young miss, I know you would have wanted to meet your parents but please... you need to stay focused. I know it hurts... even if I'm not a human, I know how it feels." Chris sniffed & stood up but hugged KAREN
"I know..." was all she said before leaving the room
= Jitami Christian =
I let out a sigh while running a hand through my hair as I made my way to William's workshop, it was fairly big because he builds quite massive inventions but also small ones as well, though some tends to explode unintentionally... like mine sometimes. I seem to have chuckled at the thought of that, I was now in front of his workshop so I go to walk in but I hear an explosion on the other side of the door
'The hell...?'
"Oh man!" I slowly open the door & smoke was all I see "I was so close!" I clear my throat to get his attention, as soon as he saw me a giant blush made its way to his face as he started spouting out apologizes. William Salazar (Portuguese), my top Inventor out of this entire agency. He's quirkless & doesn't exactly know how to fight but boy is he smart when it comes to inventing things! Its very impressive, he's almost as smart as I am
"Sorry to interrupt you sir, but Mr Micro told me to come see you." he took off the goggles he was wearing, though their was an outline of ash around his eyes, & put on his glasses
"O-Oh, that's right! Haku-kun informed me that you would come, its just that I was so hooked into my work I got a little distracted & started overdoing things..." I sweat drop when he started mumbling, oh, how could I forget that sometimes he gets off track & starts explaining on & on about things that isn't really necessary... its quite cute
"Um sir, your mumbling." I giggle when his face exploded with a bright red as steam came out of his ears but he was also waving his hands at me while shaking his head
"I-I-I'm sorry! I didn't m-mean to get carried a-away!" I shook my head "I-I'm William Salazar! H-How do you do...?"
"I'm doing great! I'm Jitami Christian, plus its completely fine. We all do that sometimes, don't we?" he suddenly calmed down
"... r-right..." we stood there in silence for a bit & I couldn't help but feel a bit awkward, I swing a bit before clapping my hands
"Um, are we going too..." he jolted up
"Right right! Of course, m-may I?" he asked as he motioned for my gadgets
"Oh! By all means." I set all of them on the table & I couldn't help but laugh a little as he stared in awe, his eyes sparkled when he picked up the hoverboard
"You built this? All on your own?! This is amazing! So fascinating, extraordinary!" I blush a little "& your hoverboots, those are stupendous! But what about those gloves? I suggest you put repuslors in them." I raise an eyebrow
"Repuslors...?" he nodded
"Its primary function is propulsion. The repulsor style of energy is created by taking excess electrons & turning them into muons, which can penetrate deep into atomic matter. It can be used for flight our a type of weapon." I nod
"In other words it can also be used to stabilize flight when I'm using my boots." he nodded his head this time
"Exactly." I face palm
"Argh, idiot! I was thinking that but didn't install them into the gloves." I let out a frustrated sigh "Thanks for the suggestion, I want to install them now! Think you can help me sir?!"
"A-A-Are you sure?!" I nodded my head with a wide grin
"Of course!" the two of us worked together on upgrading my gloves, making them more stronger but also we had an idea that they could absorb any kind of impact & double it "I'm calling it Double Impact! Dangerous & stupid but I love it!"
"I think i-its dangerous, c-crazy even!! W-What if you get k-killed?!" I shrug
"Fuck it. At least I tried, right?" I giggle when I saw the color of his skin drain "Now come on! Fire that railgun at me!!"
"But I thought it only worked with punches like All Might's!"
"Who cares?!" I see him hesitantly power up the railgun & it whirls up & just as he was going to fire, Haku, Lune & Jordan walk in
"What in the blazes-- turn that off Salazar-kun!!" Lune screamed at him
"Oh thank god! I thought she was going to make me kill her!" I pout when Haku turns off the gun & sets it away, he crosses his arms & shakes his head in disapproval
"I know you are one of the strongest interns here but what you were going to do was very dangerous, crazy even! What if it got you killed?!"
"That's exactly what I said!" I hear William yell
"I'm sure it'd be fine! Its not the first time I did something like that!" Lune shook her head this time
"Its still unsafe & reckless!" Jordan then smacked the back of my head
"Just don't force William into it, its like he's got a glass heart." I look over at him & see he was holding the fabric where his heart is as tears appeared in the corners of his eyes, I laugh a bit
"I'm sorry for that, Mr Salazar." I apologize with a boy, I watch him kneel down onto the ground before curling up into a ball, all three adults face palm
"Goddammit William/-kun."
"I really am sorry but, without taking the risk you can't learn, try or experience something or anything new. You just go for it & deal with the consequences later, once its done." I see them look at each other with looks, but the Jordan looks at me
"Okay kid, the four of us need to have a word alone so scram back to the dorms please." I nodded my head
"Of course." with that I walked out of the room & as soon as far away, it suddenly hit me like a train…
… that's exactly what I said to them as Micro…
(Meanwhile With Them)
"What's the coincidence?! That exact sentence is exactly what Micro-sama said to us when we were merely interns!" Zoka said to Valdez "What if those two are possibly connected?!"
"There's no way Mr Micro got together with someone & had a child with them! There's no flipping way!" Evergreen said as she shook her head "Not just cause I'm a tiny bit jealous, it just couldn't be."
"B-But what if it i-is?!" Salazar questioned to Evergreen "I-I mean! She said another line to me M-Mr Micro-sama said to me about m-mumbling!" Valdez suddenly spoke
"Enough!" they went quiet "I heard she was his biggest fan so she could've just read some quotes that Micro said, though why the hell would she do something like that?" they look at each other again
"KAREN-san!" she appeared before them "Do you think you think you can keep a close eye on young Jitami H. Christian for us?"
"Why? Is something the matter?" all three of them shake their heads
"No no, its nothing to important." KAREN just shrugged & nodded her head, though she knew what was up
"Of course." & she disappeared
"There, now KAREN-san will tell us whatever Jitami-san is to Mr Micro-sama." Evergreen shook her head
"I think that's going a little overboard."
