He once gave me a cigarette.
And it tasted terrible.
But I finished it.
I've let the smoke influence my lungs.
I've poured poison right onto my lungs, right onto the flowers that were growing there because of Rin.

She made flowers grow in my lungs;
But unfortunately she wasn't watering them.
And even tho it felt awful,
I've asked Asuma for one more cigarette.
And it went on and on.
It was terrible,
But it was perfect for the times
When I've felt terrible.
So I wrapped my lips around the cigarette many more times hoping that if I inhaled the smoke,
It will take all my sadness with it as I exhaled.
It wasn't like that.
"Please, it's ruining you"
Rin pleaded me to stop.
So I did.
Solicitude didn't look good on her.
