"What's up with everyone?" I ask sitting down in the cafeteria, at lunch the next day
Will laughs at the awkwardness and my stupidity of not sensing it before I made the comment
"Wait what happened your face?" I say to Reece on front of me raising an eyebrow
He has a bruise on his cheek and scratches and cuts down his face and neck
"Ask your best friend" he says obviously pissed off
I look at Kelsey at the opposite side of the table as me but at the other end
"What he pissed me off" she says when everyone looks at her
"What she means is she came over to my house last night when I was having sex with some girl and all of a sudden I was her punching bag"
I cover my mouth trying no to laugh along with everyone else at the table but the two of them
She rolls her eyes "you were the one that text me to come over"
"And you said get lost"
"And then I told you I was at work"
"So what was I supposed to do sit in home alone"
Kelsey rolls her eyes and Will decides he should make a comment "is someone jealous?" He directs his statement to Kelsey on front of him
"Ow what the fuck" Will shouts after Kels kicks him under the table
"I'm not jealous" she snaps "he's the one who's wanted to bang me since I went to one of this schools parties"
"Don't flatter yourself babe" Reece comments
"I wouldn't anyway you're with a new girl every night" she snaps back "talk about low standards"
"Ya well I stopped wanting to bang you after i seen you when you weren't at a party" Reece mutters
Kelsey hears him and grabs Connor's opened bottle of water beside her. She stands up with her stuff but before she leaves the table, the boy on front of me has water dripping from his head all over his clothes
By the time I register what happened Kelsey is already out the cafeteria after throwing the bottle in the bin
Everyone in the cafeteria had stopped talking and with all the photos it was a definite the situation would be on RWH later
Reece mutters incoherent words under his breath before he storms out of the cafeteria
"And people thought me and Kayden were bad" I mutter finding the situation slightly funny
Kelsey text me to tell me she wasn't staying but she'd come to see me when I was doing my shift tonight
The rest of the day went pretty quick and before I knew it, I had to get ready for my shift tonight
I fixed up my make up and changed into a pair of ripped black jeans and a cropped black t-shirt
When I got to work Kayden was already behind the bar
"I didn't know you were still working with your arm" I say wrapping my apron around my waist
"Customers love me, what can I do" he smirks
I roll my eyes and serve a customer on front of me
Kelsey comes in a few minutes later and luckily the place has quietened down so we can talk
"What's up" I say walking towards her after I serve a customer
"Oh not much" she puts her phone down "just watching videos of me pouring water on Reece"
"He deserved that to be fair"
She rolls her eyes "he's such a dick. I seriously amn't even jealous it just pissed me off because when I finished my shift I drank a good bit and I didn't want to drive so I walked down the street to his house uh I hate him"
I laugh she's totally jealous
"Sophia shut up"
"You have to admit when you soaked him earlier it was"
She rolls her eyes and tells me to get her another drink
I get her a drink and serve a few customers and when I come back from serving her I see Helen with Mason in her arms
"Hey" I say walking over to them beside the bar
"Hey Sophia" Helen says giving me Mason "we just thought we'd come see you, Masons been missing his partner in crime"
I talk to Helen for awhile and mess with Mason while Kelsey talks to Kayden. Helen goes to the bathroom so I go over to Kelsey
Kayden has a mischievous look on his face and when I look up I see Reece walks in, with the rest of the boys behind him
Kelsey doesn't notice but Mason points towards the boys and giggles like even he knows
Kelsey and Reece notice each other at the same time and they both roll their eyes
"Get me the strongest drink you have" Kelsey tells me and Reece tells Kayden at the same time
We both go to the opposite end of the bar to make the drinks "you're such a dick" I say to him knowing he's the reason Reece is here
He smirks "what if it's not you and me fighting I'm allowed to enjoy it"
"Let's not jinx it" I laugh
Kayden lets me take my break early, so I talk to Helen while playing with Mason. They had to go a few minutes before I finished my break so I just fixed my makeup while I was waiting
When I get back Will is sitting beside Kels and the rest of the boys are sitting beside him Reece being the furthest away
"What's up?" I ask trying to get rid of the awkwardness
Kels keeps drinking but Will nods for me to follow him. I check to see is there any customers that need serving because Kayden was talking to the boys
I go out the front to where Will is "What did i miss?" I ask
"Well Reece decided to loudly tell Kayden that the same girl from last night was coming here in a bit" he starts and I roll my eyes at Reece's ways "Kels wants to go home but I told her if she goes Reece wins"
"Them two should just admit they like each other" I say
"Like you and Kayden?" Will smirks
"That's different" I look at him
Will rolls his eyes "How?"
"Me and Kayden are always drunk when anything happens"
"You know what they say" he grins
"That if you don't shut up I'll do it for you?" I smile at him
"Touchy when we bring up the subject are we?"
I roll my eyes
Reece comes out a few minutes later and lights a cigarette, when he comes out Will goes in
"I didn't know you smoked" I cross my arms turning to him
"I don't"
"So why are you?"
He takes the cigarette out his mouth blowing out the smoke "less stress"
"You're bringing it on yourself you know"
"She pisses me off, I swear" he mutters
"You're asking for it tonight" I tell him
He rolls his eyes "I just wanted to get a reaction out of her"
"Good luck with that one" I say "I better get back to work"
It was almost eleven when the girl from last night came and the bar was pretty much empty so me and Kayden are just talking to everyone while cleaning up
The whole group goes tense when the girl walks up to us, she has short blonde hair and to be honest she looks like a rip off Kelsey, so that explains everything
I'm talking to Kelsey when she gets here, Kelsey stays loud and like her normal self trying to pretend it doesn't faze her, but if you know her you'd know it has
The girl who's name is Clare notices Kelsey after a few minutes of sitting on Reece's lap and kissing his neck
"What the hell is she doing here" she points at Kelsey
Kelsey laughs not finishing the sentence she started. She turns to Clare and Reece "Didn't realise I couldn't have a drink where I worked"
"Not when my boyfriends around" she says defensively
I laugh at the word 'boyfriend'
Kelsey seems a bit upset for a minute but she quickly covers it up "boyfriend? I'm glad someone could finally hold him down"
I have to go serve a customer and as soon as I'm back Kelsey is gone
"Where's Kels?" I ask and Kayden nods to the corner where she's making out with some random brunette boy
"Well that backfired" I say but only Reece knows what I'm talking about
A few minutes later Kelsey comes back with the brunette who she introduces as Issac and all of a sudden it Reece that's pissed off
"I'd watch out if I was you, Kelsey likes rough relationships" Reece says trying to put Isaac off
"Well I'd watch out because Reece likes to be a dick" Kelsey snaps back
"Yeah says you, your such a bitch"
"Ouch. Watch you might actually hurt my feelings"
"Like earlier?"
"Like I give a shit what you think"
"You seemed to last night"
"I don't mean to stop your fighting" Isaac starts "but I think there's something going on between you two and I'm not going to get in between it"
"Yeah" Clare says "I'm breaking up with you babe"
"Wanna go get something to eat" Isaac says go Clare who nods and they leave holding hands
Everyone but Reece and Kelsey start laughing
"Oh my god they just ditched ye" I laugh
"Shut up" they say at the same time
