Quirk: "Fragrant Fumes", basically a ripoff of Midnight's quirk, but here's an explanation:
She produces fumes that have different side effects. Midnight can only produce fumes that cause people to faint, whilst Kaori's quirk has multiple effects. For example, she can cause someone to faint, become weakened, heal someone, change their emotions, or cause them to become somewhat ill. Of course, there are limits to this so her quirk is not overpowered.
Hero/Villain costume: (Still a work in progress)
Weaknesses: Water or any kind of small space. Her quirk doesn't normally affect her, depending on how much room she has.
Strengths: Large spaces, plenty of room, large amounts of people, as this means her quirk can affect more people.
Overuse of Quirk Effects: Drowsiness and her muscles begin to lock up. Most commonly, she'll become pretty idiotic like how Denki does.
Other info: She's a bubbly girl who enjoys laughing a lot. She tries to keep things in a positive mood, and she often wears plenty of bows. She tries to avoid talking about her family, as they aren't too close.
