Irene and Krystal have dinner together after back from office. Krystal enjoy her food since she’s hungry while Irene playing with her food and spacing out

“Yah! Kim Juhyun!” Krystal said loudly
“What?” Irene startled
“Why not eat your food? You said you’re hungry earlier”
“I suddenly lost appetite” Irene said and push her plate
Krystal wipes her mouth with tissue “Are you thinking about us?”
“Sort of”
“That what I want to talk with you” Krystal lean her arms on the table
“Talk”
“What we should do now? Shall we stop? I mean everyone getting apart from us now. You see you family; they not close with you like before. My parents also same, mom sometimes ignore me and avoid when I want to talk to her. Unnie also not contact me since she return back to her dorm last Tuesday”
“We’re not breaking up, never. I’ll fight for us. I don’t care about anything. If they don’t want us, we’ll leave to other part of the world but leaving you is not in my life to-do list” Irene said in serious manner
“Don’t risk yourself Juhyunie. Even we’re not couple anymore, we still can see each other. I don’t want you to get hurt and our family as well” Krystal said worriedly and she know Irene will never take back her words
“Nothing bad will happen, don’t worry. My family won’t hurt me and you. It’s true that their words so harsh and you don’t want to hear it but hurting me badly, they’ll never do it. Trust me”
“Your family maybe not but my parents, even they look cool but hell will loosen if they explode. I worry if they kick me out of the house”
“If they throw you away, I’ll buy house for you. Money is not a problem to me. You’re not alone honey”
Krystal heaves heavy sighs “I just can pray so that nothing bad will happen to us”

rene phone vibrate on the table and she check it then she sigh “What happen?” Krystal asked
“Umma and appa want to see me tomorrow. Along with my oppa and unnie”

Kim family gathers in Mr. Kim office room, everyone mind filled with curiosity. Mrs. Kim discharged 2 days ago and her relationship with Irene shaking badly. They barely talk to each other and like Mrs. Jung, she also avoid her daughter. They also not dinner together since her return home
“I call all of you here now is because I want to talk about recent issue. Your umma and I want to clear with everything either it end well or not” Mr. Kim said
“Ok appa” the kids answer
“First of all, Juhyun do you still stick with your decision to choose Krystal over us?” Mr. Kim looked at Irene
“Appa, I not choose her over all of you. I choose everyone but I don’t want to break up”
“We against your relationship but you still defend it so what’s that mean? Isn’t it you choose her more than your own family?”
Irene pouts “Ok appa”
“So, are you still choose her or not?” Mr. Kim asked again
“Can I not make choice?”
“If you date a right person, you don’t need to do this, not at all. We’ll not wasting time gather for this topic”
“Come on Juhyun” Mrs. Kim interrupt
“I…I…” Irene scratched her nape
“You what?!” Mrs. Kim lost her patience
“I choose Soojung”
“You sure? You still have time to change your decision” Mr. Kim said and he can’t believe his daughter choice. As a father, it so hard for him to accept the fact that the daughter that he spoiled since baby swing to other way that not accepted by everyone around them. He’s sad but him not showing it. He needs to be strong and calm for his family.
“I’m sure appa, I cross my heart” Irene said confidently and she can hear her sibling groan in frustration
“I told you nothing can change her. If we can change her decision, it was success few days ago, not now. Let her enjoy her new life as lesbian” Mrs. Kim so upset
“Ok” Mr. Kim so disappointed
“Just proceed with next thing so that we can dismiss quickly. I want to rest” Mrs. Kim command
“Ok” then Mr. Kim walk to his table and get an envelope then he return to the couch again
“What is that appa?” Hyoyeon questioning curiously
“This is punishment for Juhyun”
“Oh” they nods their head while Irene start to feel uneasy
“Child, appa unwillingly doing this to you but appa can do nothing to bring you back as my baby daughter that I know since before. You’re new Irene Kim now. I don’t know which part that me and your umma doing mistake in raise you and guide you to be a good daughter that we wished for. Now you brave enough to step on us, you turn disobedient, not listen to your older sibling advice. I feel like I lost you in blink of eyes now” Mr. Kim confesses his feeling. Mrs. Kim and Seohyun cried as they heard their confession “You made umma cry then lost her sleep and Seohyun devastated. Your brothers even they look like nothing happen but deep inside they also sad because of you. Everyone love you so much but you choose to ignore their feeling in first place”
Mr. Kim pulled out the letter from the envelope “The moment you decide to choose Krystal is the moment I conclude that you’re grown enough to be independent. I talked with your umma about what to do to you and she said she want to punish you so that you know how it feels when you mess with us, your umma to be exact. First of all, from our company you’ll lost 8% of your share which mean you just have 7% share in both YJ Group and GSY Corps. Then you’re disqualified from the candidates of next president of YJ Group so only Seohyun and Taeyeon still leave. Your training is just a waste all this time. You also don’t have rights to be observer for their training and also you can’t chair any important meeting like you used to do when we’re not around. You also not involve any more in Sooyoung training start from next week. Frankly speaking, you just a regular employee in our company and no privilege as Kim’s”
He turned to next page “For your property, the black VISA that all of you have, you must give yours back to your umma or me immediately. Just use your own credit card. Currently you have 3 phones and 2 laptops but after this just chooses one of phones and laptop then the rest give it to us. You only can drive the car that you use every day and if you want to use the other, ask permission first. About penthouse and your private suite, just choose one of it only. You not allow having both now. You’re not allowed to go for vacation more than once a year if you’re alone but if we go, you must join. Your finance will fully handle by your umma and you cannot use more than the limit that she decide for a month. Whenever we have event that need all of us to attend, you must come no matter what unless health reason. If we held company event, you must come as Kim Juhyun and not allows close with Krystal. Don’t ever show that you couple with her in or outside the company because if you’re caught because of your carelessness, you’ll totally kick out of this family. You’re still Kim in our company but you’re underprivileged unlike your brother and sister. You’re the first ever who receive this kind of treatment. We feel bad to do this because you’re our daughter but this what you asked from us”
“Kim Juhyun, I give you a year to change back to the old you. If you change within a year, everything will back to basic. You’ll enjoy luxury life like you go through since born but if you change after a year, you’ll be normal citizen” Mrs. Kim said while stare at her daughter with motherly expression. She not dare doing this to her because she’s the closest to her since before but Irene really play with her emotion “One more, Krystal not freely coming to this house without a good reason. Even she’s Jessica sister, that doesn’t mean she’ll get special treatment in this house. Understand Kim Juhyun?!”
“Yes umma” Irene said weakly and her tears keep falling down
“Make sure to return back your stuff like your appa said. I want to see it on this table; all of it includes car keys and private suite or penthouse key. I give you time until next morning to do everything”
“Ok umma” she sobbing but no one comforts her
“That why I said does not play with me. Even your tears also meaningless to me if I really mad. You know the impact of mess with me but still you want to try. See now I give you a try and you taste it as much as you want” Mrs. Kim said while looking at Irene. Even she said those words but she’s crying inside. She never want to do that to her but she want to give her lesson so that she realize what she did was totally wrong “Seohyun, walk umma to bedroom now. Umma want to rest”
“Ok umma” Seohyun quickly wipe her tears and help her umma stand up
“Dismiss” Mrs. Kim command and everyone leaved the room except Irene

Seohyun back to their dorm and she walk lazily to kitchen after put her stuff in her room. Sunny, Jessica and Tiffany eating ice cream there and chatting while Yuri and Yoona shooting for drama.
“Hi maknae” Tiffany beamed her eye smile when she saw Seohyun coming
“Hi unnie” Seohyun sit on the chair beside Sunny
“Are you ok? You looked so down” Jessica asked when she noticed Seohyun face grumpy
“I don’t know unnie” the maknae rested her head on Sunny shoulder
“Hyunnie, feel free to tell us, we feel bad seeing you in this state for past few days” Sunny cooed and caressed Seohyun cheek
“It’s about the family meeting yesterday unnie”
“Oh yeah, what happen? Is it bad or not?” Jessica asked curiously
“It’s bad bad bad, it’s so bad” Seohyun sighs as she sit properly on the chair
“What happen to Juhyun?” Tiffany asked
Seohyun tell them everything that they heard on their family meeting. The older girls gasped as they can’t imagine how hard Irene life is after this
“Oppa not tell both of you about this?” Seohyun look at Jessica and Sunny
“I not brave to ask this to Hyoyeon” Sunny giggle
“Me too” said Jessica
“Hm, that’s what happens when we mess with umma. If she mad, she’ll turn the world upside down and she don’t care about whatever happen. Appa sometimes can tolerate if the problem not really big but if it like current issue, there is no way he’ll let it go. Appa also no joke sometimes”
“Soojung are also not really different from Juhyun right now. Mom gives her cold shoulder since last Sunday and appa also act nonchalantly with her. Both of them so upset now” Jessica share about her family situation
“I don’t know what I should do now unnie. I totally can’t give her some support but it’s hard to see her live like this” Seohyun said sadly
“Hyunie, just keep strong and pray so that everything will be ok really soon. I also feel sorry to all of you especially your umma but there is nothing we can do. I called her few days ago and she sound so sad, I feel sorry at her. If you need us, we’ll always here for you” Tiffany engulfs Seohyun to hug
“Thanks unnie” Seohyun hug her back

Irene, Lee Junho and Im Jinah go to SM Entertainment to have meeting with SNSD and their management staff about their new project. The meeting was chaired by Im Jinah, one of the senior in their company since Irene not allowed doing it anymore. In the middle of meeting, the meeting room door knocked by someone and one of the staffs signal the visitor to enter. Lee Teuk enter the room awkwardly
“Yes Lee Teuk-ssi, what can I do for you?” one of the managers asked
“There is someone from YJ Group wants to meet Ms. Kim”
“Ok, come in”
Lee Teuk go out then few moments later, Seohyun’s secretary, Park Sooyoung or Joy Park come in then bow politely
“Sorry to interrupt the meeting but I have to see Ms. Kim” Joy said
“Which one?” Seohyun asked
“You Ms. Kim”
“What is it?”
“I received a call from Head of Secretary and she informs me that there is a meeting about new advertising program joint with public relations development 2 hour from now. She said one of Kim’s must attend it because it need approval from one of you before proceed to next step”
“Then why they need me? Where are President and Executive Director?” Seohyun frown
“Both of them go to Apgujeong today”
“When they’ll come back?”
“They full day outside today for event and meeting”
“Aigoo, who handle this actually?” Seohyun palmed her forehead
“Emm, Ms. Irene Kim” Joy said while looked at Irene who spinning her pen on the table “She handles it overall but Head of Secretary said…” Joy made hand gesture and Seohyun understand
“Joy, I really can’t go now. I have lot of things to do today”
“But…” before Joy continue her sentence, Irene cut in
“It’s ok unnie, I’ll chair the meeting” Irene stated coolly
“But Ms. Kim…” Joy panic
“I’ll do it this time, last”
“Juhyun, no” Seohyun said
“Let talk unnie” Irene stand up from her chair and they go to other side of the room
[Kim sister conversation]
“Juhyunie, don’t go. If they know, you’ll get into trouble” Seohyun said worriedly
“They who? Appa? Umma? Oppa?”
“Yes, I don’t want to add more trouble to you. I’m enough seeing how hard you go through your new life” Seohyun said sympathetically
“Don’t worry unnie, no one will know this. I know how to handle everything. Count on me. I just need you to sign the document so that they’ll think that you who chair the meeting”
“Are you sure it’ll work?”
“Yes, I’m sure” Irene smile assurance
“Ok” Seohyun said “But Juhyun, whatever happens to you, unnie always here for you. Remember it” Seohyun cupped her sister face
“Ok unnie, I know all of you still have eyes on me. Hyo oppa still care about me even he not obviously does it. If I come home late, he wait for me at living room even we not speak with each other and I know he left foods for me to have dinner then sometimes he heat it before he left to his room. I can see he worry about me but tell him that I’m ok. I miss all of you unnie”
“We miss you too”
“Let go before my tears fall down here” Irene chuckled and rubbed her face
“Ok” both of them walk back to meeting room
“So, what to do?” Joy asked
“She’ll go to the meeting since that was fully under her. She’ll talk about everything until the end so that she don’t need to come to any meeting regarding the project after this” Seohyun said
“Ok” Joy jotted down every command
“After the meeting, send all documents that need signature to me. Inform me before you come”
“Ok ma’am”
“Start from next meeting or anything about the project, I pass it overall to Ms. Deputy President. She’ll monitor it until it launch” Irene stated make Seohyun shocked because they not talked about it before this
“Are you sure?” Seohyun furrowed her eyebrow
“Yes”
“Ok then”
Then Irene turn to meeting table where everyone look at them “Sorry for the interruption on this meeting and I, Irene Kim kindly ask for apologize because for some reason, we have to do major changing in projects management include the one that we currently discuss about. I entrusted to chair this meeting at first but now it was change to Ms. Im Jinah. So if you all want to discuss regarding the upcoming project, just refer to both of them not to me anymore. Everything that involving me who handled it since before, now all passed to Ms. Im and Mr. Lee. Frankly speaking, this is last day I come to see you all as head of the project. I make it clear, right?” Irene speaks like she going to resign from her work. SNSD members give sympathy look at her because behind her smile that she flashed, there are written lot of sadness and she unwillingly leaved everything that she started
“Ok Ms. Kim” the staffs said without knowing the real reason
“Also if both of them are not available when you need them immediately, just ask Ms. Seohyun. She can help”
“Ok”
“Thanks for your understanding. If you all don’t have any questions, I have to go now to settle next meeting”
“We don’t have any question Ms. Kim and thanks for everything. We enjoy have you around and it great working with you” one of the managers said
“My pleasure” Irene smile proudly “So I got to go now. Till we meet again” she bowed 90 degree
“See you again Ms. Kim” the staffs stand and bowed followed by the members. For some reason, Seohyun feel like it is the last time her sister working with the company. She’s so sad when think about that.
After Irene and Joy leave, they continue with the meeting
