October's POV
I was the first one up so I went down to the kitchen and cooked breakfast . I cooked some blueberry pancakes, bacon and I squeezed some fresh orange juice. I can't believe today could be the day we finnaly got signed, I mean me and the girls have been working for 2 years performing and school wise.
Taysia: Hey sis
October: Hey, Still nervous?
Taysia:A little.
I could remember the day her mom brought me home. I was about one and a half. My dad had shot and killed my mom and my dad committed suicide afterwards. I had been over my grandmas house that day. My grandma was on her way in to drop me off and when she opened the door, their they were. Sitting on the floor. DEAD. When the case finnaly closed I went over to custody of Ms.Wynn (Taysia's mom). Me and Taysia hadn't known each other before then, but once we did get to know each other we were closer then ever.
Taysia: What you thinking bout?
October: Nothin. Go get dressed so we can eat and leave. Cause it's eight now.
Taysia: What about the rest of the girls?
October:I got them
*An hour later*
Talya's POV
Me and the girls had all ate and got dressed and were on our way to school. Taysia's alder brother (Tayshaun) drive us to school. Once we got their we headed strait to hair and makeup. Taysia had the hair crew die her bang a honey~ blond color. I had them put in a blue clip in and October had them press and curl her hair. And Jamilah left her hair alone. The last performance was coming up, which was us. On our way on the stage we ran in to Amber and her crew.
Chey:Good Luck
Diana:Sike!!!
Ashley: We'll be I'm first place for sure!!
Me and the rest of the girls ignored them and kept walking till we got to the stage. We all stepped in our spotlight. Mines purple, Taysia's green, Jamilah's blue, and October's red. The contains opened. I could hear everybody screaming the groups name: The Wonder Kidz. We all introduced out self to the crowd.
Talya: I'm Dreamz
October: Heartz here to let you know what it is.
Jamilah:Aye, it's Milly!
Taysia: And I am...... The. Kidd. WONDER.
The base to "Right by Side" by Nicki Minaj dropped. And from their it all happened naturally....
~ half an hour later~
We had just got down performing and the announcer called all the performers back on the stage to announce the winner.
Me and the girls were holding hands so tight we could barely feel them.
Announcer: Third plane goes to...... The heart breakers, Second place to the Swaggies (Ashley, Diana, and Chey)......
Wait if they didn't get first then who did?
Announcer: And for first place........ THE WONDER KIDDS!!!!
I wish I would have had a camera to take a picture of Ashley's face. IT WAS PRICELESS!!!! After the announcer was done everyone walked off the stage. We were greeted by someone unfamiliar.
???: Are you the Wonder Kidds
Taysia: Yes.......
???: I'm Keisha Gamble, Mindless Behavior's manager. I was wondering if you all would like to be signed to interscope records.
Talya: OMG that would be great.
Keisha:Well I've already talked to your parents. All you guys have to do is pack up and we can leave tonight.
Jamilah: where are we going?
Keisha: California
Taysia: Ok, how about we run home and pack up and meet you back here at 7:30
Keisha: Fine with me.
Me and the girls all quickly ran to our houses and packed up. Tay had Tayshaun pick us up and drop us back off at the school. We all said our finall goodbyes to our parents before we left. Tay and October had got sorta emotional.saying goodbye to Tayshaun. And let's just say out of Tayshaun, Taysia, and October the could have made a river. Wet met Keisha by a black van with tinted windows. The driver took our suitcases and put then in the back.
Jamilah's POV
Me and the girls all got in the van. When we got in we saw 4 very sexy boys. I couldn't really recognize them it was so dark. I heard one of then whisper something.
???: Say something.
??: Why I gotta say something.
Prince: Hey ladies, I'm Princeton. I've heard some positive things about you from Keisha.
Roc: Roc Royal.
Prod: Prodigy
Ray: I'm Rayray.
Jamilah: Cool, I'm Jamilah. But call me Mila.
Talya: Talya but call me Tally.
October: My name is October Shannel Carter. Most people call me Shani cause of my middle name.
Taysia: Tay is the name rapping is my game.
Keisha:Aw shit, tickets can't be used until tomorrow. I guess we gotta stay in a hotel.
Prince: Fine with us.
Roc: Anyways..... Any of you guys have a fave boy band member.
Shani: Well mines is Prodigy.....
Mila: Roc.
Tally: Ray...
Tay: I'm pretty sure you can guess
Princeton's POV
I really wanted to know who was her favorite. I mean she is really pretty and I think I sorta like her.......
Ray: Is it me?
Tay: Cocky much, I was taking bout Prince.
Prince: Oh cool.
I looked out the widow and started to stare. Before I knew it I was day dreaming about somebody with Ocean blue eyes.
Prod:*hits Prince* You ok bro?
Prince:Yea I'm good
Prod: Well me and everybody except Tay are heading up to the suite.
Prince: Wait, were at the hotel already
Prod: Yea, we've been here for like five minutes now
Prince: Oh well I'll meet you up there
Prod: Ight
Prod hopped out the van and closed the door. Me and Tay sat they're in complete silence until got up. She fell back down but this time I'm my lap.
Tay: I'm so sorry.
She tried to get up real fast but I pulled her back in my lap.
Tay:Prince what are you doing?
Prince: Look, I know this crazy bit it feels like I have some connection with you even though all I know is your name.
Tay: Prince, I don't know......
She looked up and my eyes met with hers. Her eyes were just like the ones I was day dreaming about. I slowly leaned in to kiss her but she jumped up.
Tay:I um, have to go October needs help with her um, nails. Yeah nails.
She hopped out the van and ran into the hotel. Was it something wrong with my breath. *sighs*, I guess I better head up to the room.
Tay's POV
I had just walked in the suite when I saw Keisha walking out one of the rooms.
Keisha: Hey Tay, there's only 4 rooms so thou and October share a room, Prince and Prod, Roc and Ray, and Mila and Tally.
Keisha: Ok and is there anything wrong, looks like you've seen a ghost.
Tay: I'm fine
I walked in to the room where me and October stuff was in. She was sitting on the bed listening to her iPod. I walked in and closed the door behind me.
Shani: What's wrong with you
Tay: It's Prince, I was trying to get out the van and I fell into his lap. I said sorry
and leave but he pulled me back into his lap I was like "What are you doing". I looked up and when my eyes met his he tried to kiss me.
Shani: What's wrong with that?
Tay:I don't know, it's not like I don't have those feelings for him but~
Shani:I know what's wrong with you, your scared to give your heart to him because he'd be you're first boyfriend. Your scared that in any moment he could just dump you. But you have to take that risk Tay, because if you don't you'll never know how you truly feel.
Tay: Thanks Shani, but how am I going to do that. Things between me and him are sorta akward now.
Shani:Don't worry about it.
