"Honey I'm home!" I yell as I walk through the door.
"Mitch?" He calls out.
"Who else would it be?" I strike a sassy pose and hear him laugh while I start to put away the groceries I just bought.
"Hey we need to talk real fast."
"Sure what's up?"
"We need cash." I look at him likes he's crazy. "To pay rent."
"Oh, uh we could sell something until we get paid."
"How about that?" He points to a chair I didn't know we had.
"Uh yeah that works. I'll put an add up for it on eBay tomorow."
"Cool because we need cash and we don't get paid until next month."
"Honestly, when you said we needed to talk I thought you were going to kick me out."
"Me kick you out? Pfft, never!" He says with all the sarcasm in the world.
"Hey I'll always be a better roommate than willy."
He puts his hands up in defeat. "Well you got me there."
