Jacob Knight's P.O.V.- No mist
Hi, I'm Jacob Knight, and I'm the nerd of Kerrington High (A/N Just a random school name) along with my best friend, Annabeth Chase. She has stormy grey eyes, princes blonde curls, a tan and fit body.
She could easily be with one of the Queen bees in our school, but rather than putting layers of makeup and flirting shamelessly with the boys, she loves to stay in the library reading the last edition of Newton News. (A/N don't judge)
Anyway. We were walking down the hallway, and just the usual stuff like boys flirting with Annabeth, and Cassandra Jones bulling us.
Just right before lunch, we were all called into a special meeting in the gym for the whole school.
"What do you think is happening?" I asked Annabeth.
"I don't know," Annabeth said, trying to squeeze to the front.
We all sat down and wait for our principal, Mr. Muller, to start talking.
"Students, you might be wondering why did I call you all to this assembly. Well, we have a special guest for us today. Mr. Hermes!" He said.
A guy with a staff walked in wearing a suit.
I heard Annabeth stifle a laugh but it disappeared as fast as it came.
"Hi, I'm Hermes, and I'm here to tell you all that the Olympians are real, like the demigods, Romans, and Greek." He said.
"HOW BOUT MAUI AND MOANA?" A boy shouted.
"That's a myth." Hermes smiled, winking at him.
"Um, how do we know you're not bluffing." Cassandra Jones said.
"Ahhhh, Ms. Jones, I'm Hermes, the messenger of the gods." He smirked, and in a flash, he was no holding a stick but with 2 snakes on it, flying shoes, and a toga.
"Now you, believe me, girl?" he asked.
Cassandra nodded timidly before sitting back down.
"Now, being the messenger god, I have to go to other schools. Bye!" He grinned and flashed away.
People started talking loudly when suddenly, all doors locked shut and there was no way out.
Suddenly, monsters barged in, which I recognized as hellhounds, some snake women, and the Minotaur.
"I smell Hermessssss." the snake-women said together.
It all then start attacking random people when Annabeth suddenly ran down the seats.
"Annabeth!" I yelled.
"I got it." She smirked like she had done it all her life.
Impossible.
"Nerd, you're going to get yourself killed!" Cassandra yelled, putting her hands on her hip.
"Nah, I'll beat the odds. Again." She smirked and suddenly, she has a sword on her hand.
"YO KELI! REMEMBER ME!" She yelled.
"Ah, the daughter of Athena." she hissed.
Wait, what was she talking about. ANNABETH MUST BE A DEMIGOD.
"You're friends are not here. THEY cannot save you. We're too strong." she hissed again.
"You said that a little too soon." a voice said, and we looked up. There was a blonde boy flying holding a Cherokee girl, an eagle carrying a brown girl, A metal dragon carrying a Latino boy and another girl, and one with black hair and appeared out of the shadow.
They smirked and held a stance together, but it felt like someone was missing.
"I'm coming guys, but where's Seaweed brain?' Annabeth asked.
Seaweed brain? What kind of name is that?
She said hi to all of them and joined in.
"I dunno," the Cherokee girl said.
"Ahhh, the sssseven. " she hissed, "but where is the last one?"
"Yo! Bull boy, are you glad to see me again? I wouldn't mind sending you back to Tartarus again!" a voice said.
Suddenly, a boy with black hair yelled and swoop down from the sky on a pegasus.
"Perseus Jackson." the minotaur groaned.
"Ah, Bull boy, look like you still remember me!" he said. People were staring at them in shock. They all held out their weapons as new monsters came.
"Ready?" the blonde boy smirked.
"You know it." They all said and huddled together.
We, students, huddled all together in a corner as zombies and skeletons start to crawl out of the ground, and Annabeth shouted orders.
Water rose high behind the black haired boy as lightning sparkled around the blonde boy
The Cherokee girl had a dagger and the latino boy was literally on fire. The last girl was surrounded by shimmery white stuff.
The eagle was now a boy, who transformed himself into a dragon, and the brown girl has diamonds all around her, ready to pierce someone for her command.
Minutes past when no one dares to take a move.
Suddenly, Annabeth yelled, "Okay, guys, just like capture the flag, have fun, protect your loved ones, and don't die!"
They all cheered loudly.
"Leo, still got that super loud speaker?" the Cherokee girl yelled.
"Yep!"Leo said, pulling out a speaker and the speakers started blaring Ready for it by Taylor Swift.
"CHARGE!" They all yelled as the ran into battle.
There was a bunch of smoke, dust, water, fire, zombies, and skeletons. In 10 minutes, all the monsters were dead and were turned into a pile of dust.
They all smirked and went out of the dust. They were only sporting a few scratches here and there, not even sweating.
"Battling these are way much easier than battling dirt face." the boy with the black hair said.
"Yeah, and I died!" Leo said.
"We don't need to be reminded of that." the goth boy said.
"Awww, Neeks, you know you love us." Leo smiled.
"It's Nico for you and I don't like you guys."
"Because I'm not your type, right?" The black haired boy grumbled.
"I THOUGHT WE DROPPED THAT TOPIC!" Nico shouted.
"Yeah, when you started dating Will. You have a thing for blonde boys." the blonde boy grumbled.
"OH MY HADES! JASON, YOU HAVE YOUR PIPER AND PERCY, YOU HAVE YOU'RE ANNABETH! AND LEO, WHERE DO I START WITH YOU? I DON'T KNOW. YOU WERE NEVER PART OF THIS CONVERSATION, AND YOU HAVE CALYPSO! GOSH!" Nico yelled, pointing at the girls.
Silence.
"I never thought the day Nico shouting would come, but it did," Percy said.
"Stop teasing Nico." The brown girl said.
"Thanks, Hazel." Nico smiled faintly.
"I'm confused." the Asian looking guy said.
"It's better like that, Frank. Trust me." Annabeth smiled.
"Um, who are you." Cassandra crossed her hips.
They started to rant off their titles, Annabeth and Percy finished last, which took 5 minutes.
By now, everyone's mouth was hanging open.
"Whelp, I guess you'll never see us again! Bye!" Percy grinned and they walked out.
I never saw them again, and Cassandra never bothered me again. Magically, every time she insults someone, owls surround her and peck her.
Every time it does, I smiled at the sky and prayed to Athena. Years later, I found out I was a clear-sighted mortal and became a Greek mythology teacher, hoping one day, I'll see the seven again.
